Pharmacy is slow, the pharmacy is so slow and did I mention.... The pharmacy is painfully slow? Literally. They make you stand and wait for HOURS to fill your pain medicine that your doctor called in SIX HOURS AGO and they have the audacity to tell me it cant be expedited.Im in pain and you are a pharmacy that stocks my ordered pain medicine.... Why am I waiting any longer than anyone else here who had prescriptions called in? This is 100% bs, will not be returning. Transferring all my prescriptions to walmart.
If there were more staff on duty my rating would be higher. And Ive noticed that this store has cut down on products in some departments I liked, like kitchen and hardware supplies. Previously they had a slim but popular selection. Now I no longer try. The rewards system is nice. I take advantage of coupons, and sales on CVS-brand products in the wellness department.
The CVS off Twin Oaks Road in San Marcos is a really nice store. Ive found the Staff here to be very helpful and friendly.CVS has a really good rewards program that gets you some really good coupons and cash back that can applied to your purchases.CVS is my home for CBD cream. Its not cheap, but when you use your CVS coupons...great deal.
The pharmacy messed up my daughters prescription, and they dont have any carts or baskets.
CAUTION!! Don’t have CVS mail you your prescriptions. Since COVID-19 I figured I would try and have my prescriptions mailed to me only to receive 1 of the 2 prescriptions I ordered. When confronted, the manager claimed that they were both put into the same bag and blamed the USPS for the loss. Now I am out my prescription and the money I had to pay.
The pharmacy is the most frustrating experience. They never answer the phone and can never pull prescriptions from other CVS locations. Please work on the customer experience CVS. Im going to have to look for other options.
I have never written a negative review of an establishment in my life. I walked into this CVS trying to get 35mm film developed. I had dropped off film here last week, and now I was going to drop off more. So, I asked Moe to help me out and give me the slip to drop off my film. At first, he says that they do not develop film. So I informed him that I dropped of film last week, and that they do, indeed, develop film. Then he informed me again, that they do not. So I walked up to the same employee that helped me drop off my film last week, in front of Moe, and asked him for help. Of course, he helped me. Then, Moe budded in and tried helping me instead and brought me over to the photo center, only to inform me that he can not find any of the slips to send the film to be developed. The entire time, I was trying to be friendly to him and ask how his day is going as well, and he treated me as if I was not even human. Literally blew off everything I said, and made my presence seem like an absolute inconvience for him. Moe, (who is the manager too! Ha!) is quite possibly the worst, most disrespectful, and unhelpful employee Ive ever met in my life. When I asked him if my old film happened to be in, he didnt even check the giant pile of developed pictures behind him to see if mine was in there. He simply informed me that it usually takes up to a month to get back to the store. There are a plethora of people in this world who dont have jobs, and it makes me sad that one of these people could have the job that Moe has, and do an exponentially better job, with very little effort.
Friendly service. Never had a problem finding what I need. Love those late hours!
Convenient drug store, but not organized.
The staff are polite and fast.
Ive been coming to this store for about a year now and have never been compelled to write a review until last night. Eric and the young ladys have been great but I do hope this new guy is not there long. Yesterday afternoon my wife and sister in law went there to pick up my wifes meds so I mentioned to my wife that I had received 4 or 5 daily texts reminding me to pick up my meds so I asked her to pick up mine. She got back and said she was told I didnt have any. Ive had 5 spinal fusions and I currently have a morphine pump in my stomach for pain so I havent felt like going down there. So anyways I dragged myself down there and explain the situation to the clerk that I had received 4 or 5 texts to get my meds and my wife was there a few hours earlier and was told that I didnt have any meds, but he just smiles, looks at the computer and says there were 2 text... What kind of smart ass answer is that? Dude need to brush up on his people skills.
Every time I am here, no cashiers, always something wrong with computers, long lines.
I am visiting from out of town. This is a typical CVS but they could use an increase in their staffing levels. Friendly though!
I hate how long you have to wait for your prescriptions to be filled.
Outsmart.
The manager is just plainly Rude
Two stars for not having our cigarette brand
