Excellent granite installation experience.I chose to work directly with Stonite rather than use Lowe’s as middleman. Everything went smoothly from communication by email, to selecting granite at Daltile, to payment and installation. This kitchen counter job was part of a large home remodeling project.I’m very happy with how it turned out.
I went to lowes to buy my counter top and they work with this company !! stonite in texas and i had one of the worst service and experience ! they arrived very late and they made the cut for my sink short THEY LEFT A BIG GAP!!! when i called the company back they decided not to fix it Now i was lef with a Big Gap and cant be cover and now water its going into and its going to damage my cabinet ...the worst service ever my Biggest mistakewas hire this company ... the owner should be aware of this big mistakes .
Daughter was very anxious and excited to stop by and look at countertops. We were immediately told we had to have an appointment but someone would get to us. After 30 minutes and no one showing up I called their phone. Lady told me they would not help me with out an appointment but she would give me the number. How hard would it have been to come downstairs and work just a little with my daughter? Customer service is horrible. Dont blame COVID!!! Was I not wearing expensive jewelry or my daughter not meet the stores client profile???? A few words one on one would have been professional.
I would recommend this company very highly! I was treated well and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, professional & easy to work with. The product & service were outstanding!
Unless you are working with brand new cabinets dont bother with this company. They refused to give me a quote after I paid $75 to have them come out. Seemed to be making many excuses why NOT to do the job. Wanted me to rip out my kitchen before giving me an estimate of costs. I understand that its hard to tell in some situations, but at least be able to give me a ball park figure. Ive had a new roof, new siding, new bathroom, new flooring all put in my house with a price up front.
The guy that runs this place is very rude, treated me with very little respect even though I was just trying to help him out in a scenario I was not required to do so. I would never use this company. The woman at the front desk was very nice and professional, I feel bad that she has to put up with the man upstairs on a daily basis.
ProSource of San Antonio outsourced the quartz fabrication and install for my laundry room to Stonite. I first incurred a $135 trip charge because the contractor recommended by ProSource did not have the sink installed prior to measurement. The Stonite rep who later measured used hi-tech equipment but didn’t measure correctly. The backsplash was 1 1/4 inches too short and had to be remade. The countertop edge was not cut properly for a 3/8 reveal on the edge of my fireclay farm sink and had to be refinished onsite. The doorway threshold was supposed to have been beveled but was made square. ProSource requires payment for everything upfront so the customer doesn’t have any recourse when the subcontractor screws up. ProSource has told me that I will be charged for Stonite to remake the piece and yet another trip charge. A very simple project that has taken over 2 months to get a small amount of ice white quartz to complete a laundry room. Not acceptable.
Stonite did a great job with my kitchen remodel. They installed my counter tops within the week. They were very personable and helpful throughout the process.
Wow. What a waste of time. Couldnt get pricing from anyone and it was nearly impossible to even speak to someone who knew anything about my project. I was told several times someone would call me back, but no response. There seems to be little to no communication at this place, let alone respect for my time. Very disappointed.
Very friendly professional and knowledgeable employees would highly recommended this place to anyone who is looking to have granite work done
Went to the showroom and they have small samples no different than anyone else. The guy that could quote prices was in the back and never came out to help. There are no slabs either to make your decision. You especially need slabs if you looking at granite. We build 70 homes a year. Disappointed because it was close to our construction area. We will pass.
Stonite is the BEST!
