Our family had shirts done at Big Frog San Marcos. We had orders called in on different days and in less than a week before the date requested. Jeff and his amazing staff went above and beyond and had them ready all at the same time. Their professional customer service and patience they had with me and all my questions reassured me that I was in good hands! We were pleased with how the shirts came out, high quality with such a quick turnaround. I highly recommend this place.

Big Frog was quick to respond to my first email about the project, cost, and the design. I was able to add more after picking up the order and realizing I needed two more at the last minute. The price was better than some on-line shopping and I could feel the quality of the t-shirt before I ordered. Love how brilliant the colors are on the t-shirts. Some other company’s the color seems to be pale. I’ll be using them for all my summer camp needs!

I really love this store I could not find a t-shirt I had for over 5 years and had my husband take the faded tattered old thing to Big Frog and they were able to find a way to sharpen the colors and in fact in large the design and do this on five t-shirts that were different materials and therefore required different methods of printing the design on them. Big Frog even emailed what the finished t-shirts would look like and my invoice too, great people great store they found a way to do what I wanted when no other store would now thats service and true customization! Big Frog San Marcos has been my go-to provider for work shorts for my business. They have a great selection of t-shirts and collared shirts as well as different printing options. 9/10 StartsThe shirts and sweaters look absolutely amazing but I have not washed the items yet so Im not willing to say 10 till I see how they hold up. The employees were very attentive to getting us to our goal product and I appreciate their patience when we were still going through the design phase. Understandably, there was a hiccup during delivery that could have been avoided if we could have picked up the items at the store front, so as a reminder to everyone please account for that sort of thing to happening your timeline.

Ive not received products yet but getting the quote and ordering was pretty prompt and helped me find an alternative style when my first pick was sold out.

This company does a tremendous job of providing customer service. They also do great work and are very careful, conscientious, patient and helpful!

Big frog is a lifesaver for me, I usually have big projects that I design over night in my sleep. I wake up there it is. My projects are printed on fabric. It has to be measured, and put together like a puzzle and printed on the fabric with out wrinkles or burning. Every staff member has the knowledge, skills and patience, they are a class act. Taylor helped me with my design for my shirt out of the images that were already on the Internet, but it was fast. Got them printed up in about 1 week & a half and they were fantastic!

Great customer service employees very helpful . Design of my shirts is good. My expectation was I get what I pay for a good design with a good quality T- shirts the Problem 1. Is quality of the T- shirts are poor and cheap 2.The neck collar stretched out that is a no no for me I’m a stickler about that. I should had really went thru the shirts when I picked them up. I’ll keep them meanwhile I’ll look around for another vendor that makes quality t- shirts.

I have ordered celebratory t-shirts from Big Frog two years in row. They take their time getting the picture/wording just the way I want it and make sure to follow up afterwards in case there are any changes. Both times I have received my shirts in a really respectable time manner and they looked amazing. Everyone is super friendly and eager to help when you walk in and the prices aren’t sky high. Everyone was great. Very nice, accommodating and FAST! The shirts we did in a few hours with the DTG tech (direct to garment) printing actually turned out better then the ones I paid for from an online provider. Big Frog was clutch because the other company who shall remain nameless sent me only 9 of the 12 I ordered. Big Frog was there to make it all work out. 7E3107: We ordered a swimming parka and couple for beanies with my granddaughters swim club logos and her name on parka. While the folks at the store were very courteous and helpful in taking the order but the follow up on the order was not kept. Follow up severely lacked during various times and various details of the order. At the end of the whole process with some delay, they were able fix the parks logo and name and also did give us one extra beanie with club logo.

We showed up just days after they opened after suddenly deciding we wanted t-shirts to wear during a ceremony that honored our schools award winning science teacher. We had no idea of what design we wanted but graphic designer Karen had plenty of options to give us. The process took longer than normal because we walked in with no plan, but the staff were eager to help and very patient while walking us through the steps and were not rushed through it. In fact, it was the staff that insisted they run a practice print first - to make sure we were completely pleased with the result. We werent; they made changes and re-tested at no cost to us. (we all know how expensive ink is!) We left completely happy with both t-shirt designs, and the high quality of the shirts themselves (theyll last for years). Big Frog is still fine-tuning their process (they are a brand new business) but its quite obvious they enjoy what they do and are just as invested in your t-shirt success as you are. To save time, try to have a design in mind when you show up; but if youre at a loss for ideas the graphic designer will have plenty to help you out!

We are theee worst possible customers. Came in last minute with only a roughy idea of what we wanted. They were amazingly helpful when it came to walking us through our options, they were even more patient when it came to us calling back to change the color of the shirts.
