Ordered my graduation stole online and they had it done in one day. It turned out great. I was skeptical because of all the previous bad reviews, but I feel like stoles are probably their main product and what they prefer to make.

Bought a stole for graduation from here and got the worst quality, the letters are falling off, they put paper patches in sewed holes that are visible through the opposite side. Would not recommend ordering your stole here. Research somewhere else .

I have been coming to Creeds and Crests since I was younger getting things monogrammed. If anything is wrong that is on them, they will fix it! I read through all the other reviews and I disagree with most of them. If Creeds and Crests messed it up they fix it. If the customer told them wrong, then it is on them. A small local store cannot stop and fix every little thing that the customer forgot to add or tell. When ordering custom items, you HAVE to be specific in what you’re wanting. They cannot read your mind.

I went in there three times to get my pillow monogrammed and all three times i was turned away and when i brought in my third pillow the lady was really rude and spoke with an attitude and it made me feel very uncomfortable the first pillow i brought in a few months ago she turned away because it didnt have a zipper to take out the stuffing, i brought in my second pillow today and she couldnt work on it because it was a pillow form, i came back the same day with a pillow insert because i thought that’s what she meant and she said to me “Thats not the point, you need a pillow” in what seemed like an irritated tone i will not be going back to creeds and crests

This store is very lucky to get a review from me. I am extremely dissatisfied of how I was treated in the store and how unprofessional my graduation stole was made. I put an order in this January of 2020, because I am graduating this May. I received a call to that it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up my stole and nothing was accurate. I told the manager that my instructions were not followed. The manager told me,Too BAD!!!, take or leave it. She also said,If you want another made then pay me now, I am too busy. Ladies and Gentlemen, I just want to caution everyone about this store. Please be vary careful about what store you go to for school decorations. The negative reviews that you see are very true. This business will ruin your proudest day, graduation day.

All of the negative reviews are very accurate of the creed and crest store operates. This business is extremely shady, corrupted, and they will rob you of your money. If there are students that need items or shirts made for thier graduation, I highly advise to seek another company.

This a is message to all students, please do not order from this place because this is a shady operation. I got graduation stole costume made two years ago online and they were fantastic. I got what I wanted, spacing, logos, and a great refund policy. This creed and crest place will rob you blind. Please beware.

This store is absolutely amazing, most everything on the racks were made in the store. The service is wonderful and the owner cares very much for the Texas state community and all the Greek life on campus. You can bring in your own things and get them personalized with your name or design, or you can pick blank items in the store or order items from catalogs. The possibilities are endless, with everything they can do here. They also have a great selection of Texas State clothing and Greek clothing. The clothes not only have bobcat pride but they are also fashionable and I am able to find many ways to style them.

Ladies and Gentlemen,This creed and crest store is a shady operation. This past semester, Fall of 2019, I placed an order for a customized graduation stole. My order cost me $85 and I was happy to pay it. When it was time for me to pick up my stole, the items on my stole were not aligned. I spoke to the female manager and she told me, TOO BAD!!. The lady with the long dark hair. I tried to tell her that there were too many mistakes and I asked for a refund and she said, I dont care!!. Here comes the really bad news. I was a member of the SHRM (students organization of human resource management), and all of the stoles were messed up. The reason why I know that the other stoles of SHRM were bad is because my former classmate told me about them and she was extremely upset. Jessica, my former classmate, spoke to the female manager and the manager just hung up on Jessica. I can understand that each stole is different, but what happened to my stole and the others was total human neglect. The employees just take your money and run, sort of speak. The female is totally incompetent. I highly advise everyone to take extreme precaution and watch the employees make the stole. I advise students to seek other places for their stoles.

SHADY BUSINESS. Theyll take your money and not give you your stuff! I ordered ONE lousy shirt on 6/5 and have yet to receive it. I emailed the owner 2 weeks and she said she was sending it out and I would receive it that day. Well where is it?!!!!

I did not believe in these negative reviews until I went to the store my self. I did not even get a chance to put in order for a shirt or anything for graduation. One of the employees was talking about me. I heard a old woman talk about me, get that boy out of here!. I am an International student from Africa. I will never return to this place.

I must say that the previous customer reviews are very accurate. I graduated in the Spring of 2018 and my stole was unorganized. I kindly asked the female manager for a refund and she said,NO Jamala!!.

In the Spring of 2016, I put in an order to for a customized shirt with letters of my student organization. The letters were all messed up. The female manager said to me to take it or leave it. I will never go back to that place. Please beware of this location.

Love Nan & the girls at Creeds & Crests! They have always been super helpful and timely with bulk orders! If they dont have something - they will order it for you. This is super helpful as our chapter continues to grow.
