Went here for jewelry repairs. Amanda greeted us at the door and was able to take us through the steps needed for the repair of two items. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We picked up the jewelry a few days later and saw amazing craftsmanship. Taylor was a big help in getting our jewelry processed to return to us. We will definitely recommend Jared to our friends. I went into Jared to get my ring resized and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got my ring back and it looked great! Then two days later my opal changed colors. I went back and Courtney was HELPFUL! She was the best worker there! She noticed there was an issue and went straight into telling me how she was going to fix it! Even though there was an issue the customer service of Courtney will be the reason I go back!

Went to this location on a Sunday evening an hour before close. The girl we were working with was very friendly and helpful and it was only her second day. We went to 3 other locations in the outlets looking for mens wedding bands, and they by far had the best selection.

Taylor and Courtney were very helpful to my husband and I. I was kind of indecisive and they were very patient with me. They helped me get exactly what I wanted, I will definitely return.

Service here was absolutely terrible. Courtney was so focused on trying to get my card information to take my money she totally missed the point of why I was there. Originally I was talking to another team member and she disrespected him by talking over him and not giving him the opportunity to answer my questions. Then when I tried to take pictures of what I liked she thought I was trying to rob the store (for obvious reason). I have been to a few jewelers and this is the first store when an employee has said you are not allowed to take pictures. Needless to say Courtney was absolutely terrible.

I went in today to pickup a couple of rings I had sent for repairs. The staff when I dropped off and at pick up were amazing! Very friendly and helpfu! I am the worlds worst at remembering names,,( I think she my have been the manager)helped me at time of pick up, I just loved her!!! After picking up my rings, I made some other purchases. Loved my experience at Jared Vault in San Marcos. I cant remember the name of the lovely woman who helped us, but she had long brownish blonde-brown hair, and assisted myself and boyfriend in finding and purchasing exactly what we were looking for.

Stopped here while school shopping. Amanda was extremely helpful and kind, her customer service and patience with me was amazing (Im very indecisive). When my fiance came in he spent alot of time being showed jewelry by Taylor who knew that we were only looking for a ring for me but he didnt mind just showing. Both Amanda and Taylor answered our youngest childs endless questions with smiles and we were all laughing threw the process. By far the best experience Ive ever had at a jewlers and I will forever drive out there when I am looking to purchase!
