Terrible experience and zero customer service. I ordered a slab of quartz to match my existing counter top. I went to ADP and brought the quartz sample they provided to me and matched it exactly to my existing counter color. The sample was the exact match. I was thrilled. I purchased the slab and waited for weeks for it to be fabricated. When the counter top was installed it was a different color; not matching what I had ordered in the first place. In addition the corners were not rounded as I had originally requested and the installers dinged my staircase wall when taking the piece up to the kitchen. The only way to make this situation right (short of replacing the whole counter) was to replace the backsplash behind my oven range so it matched the new counter color… i explained the issue to Patty at ADP and was met with absolutely no empathy and was plainly told that despite their many errors I will have to pay to fix their mistakes… I spent $1850 to get this work done. I am appalled by the way I have been treated as a customer and the aggravation this has caused me. It is clear to me that Patty has absolutely no intention to make this situation right and has given me no choice but to spend additional money to fix her error. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I do not recommend to do business with this company.

ADP’s work is absolutely breathtaking. I recently moved into a new house and had to get my kitchen remodeled, as soon as I walked in to ADP Patty was there to help me. She offered great service and helped me so much. She was kind, showed me slabs, and helped me a ton! The whole process went very smoothly and they are very precise and professional about what they do. I definitely recommend ADP!

They fabricated 130 s f. of granite countertops. Every aspect of the job was done very well. Eric did a great job. Excellent communication. Very happy with the results and price. I highly recommend them.

A few years ago, ADP offered much better work and customer service. Over the last two years, they have really lacked in providing the same quality and service they had before. Theres plenty of other granite installers with better service to need to put up with their poor service.

I have been using ADP Granite and Marble for the last 6 years in several remodeling projects. I do not have nothing than good things to say about them. They are passionate about what they do and you can see that in each piece of counter top or stone product that they create. They know what they are doing. Antonio, Paty and each person of their crew are all hard working people and with a level of expertise that never ceases amaze me.

Im not familiar using online reviews sorry for the last review. ADP Granite and Marble does an excellent job installing and fabricating kitchen countertops. I would recommend ADP Granite to every homeowner and family.
