The folks at Ogden are super professional and helpful and the work is top notch. I dealt mostly with Aaron and Stu in the office, and was super satisfied with them. The store is clean and well laid out and their prices are incredibly reasonable for what youre getting. I came for new carpeting because my new home had been done poorly by the previous owner. Stu and Aaron were quick to give me a pretty accurate estimate and then sent someone out to do a more precise quote. I ordered my carpet and a week later it was being installed.The people that came to do the work were very competent and did a great job in seaming the carpet in my massive bedroom and cleaning up. There were a few unexpected things under the old flooring and they were very helpful in resolving them without complicating matters, then they stayed until the job was done and done right. They even did a pretty good job with the new baseboards.Afterwards, Aaron and Stu both called to follow up and to see if I was satisfied. It is not easy to find good flooring professionals in the area, but I highly recommend Ogden for your flooring needs!

We just got our floors installed in our place of business. Before deciding on Ogden, we shopped around and had a couple of estimates. We decided on them (Ogden) because they were the only ones that offered their expertise knowledge on the best possible flooring for our business (no one told us that we needed a vinyl-based material because of the type of business we are). The sales rep was awesome and the installers were there on time and worked in a timely manner. The best part was the finished product!!! We were more than thrilled at how beautiful our floors looked!!!We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to install new flooring!

I searched for a good quality engineered hardwood floor that would go with my style and only at Ogden I met representatives who took the time to share their knowledge and expertise with great patience and without being pushy. I did extensive comparative shopping and eventually bought my floors at Ogden. They provided really good pricing and their customer service was outstanding. My nearly 1800 sq feet of wood floor look beautiful and get complimented a lot. I already recommended this company to others and will keep doing so. If I ever need flooring again I will of course Use Ogden again.Thank you Aaron and John and Stew.

Be very careful when going through Ogden in San Marcos and dont let their friendly staff fool you. They price gouge to the extreme and run a very shady business. Be very careful and be sure to check all your prices before going through them. I bought $6k worth of tile through them only to find out 2 weeks later that I could have saved $2,000 through a different place for the EXACT same tile. When I confronted them about the situation they lied and began to avoid my calls. They run a very poor business and did not make it right by doing anything. I paid $4.09/sq ft, when I could have paid $2.89/sg ft.... While I only have myself to blame, all I can do is warn future customers to check many places before settling with a place like Ogden.

Aaron helped us through our decision until we arrived at the tile, style and color we needed for our space. One of the owners came to our house for the measurements, was very courteous, answered our questions, and provided suggestions for the layout so the flow from our existing tile would look best.We will be replacing carpet soon and Ogden will be our first stop to shop.

Great selection and the owner was really helpful. He explained the difference in quality and pricing on hardwood since I knew nothing about hardwood floors I had a lot of questions :) . Their pricing was reasonable and they will do the installation as well overall good company to work with.

Buyer beware! Disorganized and prices are not as they appear. See other reviews. Job completion will take much longer, as they burn through sub contractors and laborers. We regret using this company. Please do yourself a favor and go with another company.
