Amazing experience here, went in to buy my son his 17yr old birthday gift today and left out with way more than and was seriously happy about all of it. Manny is the man he hooked up right and made my day for making my sons gift extremely incredible! Can’t wait to go back for myself! I will now be getting all hats from this place!

I asked for help getting a josh Allen jersey. The girl working was more interested in talking to her coworker than me. She then needed help with which jersey was Allen’s. I showed her and said I needed a large and she said “oh I only have small and XL”. How on earth would she have that memorized??? She didn’t even want to pretend to help me.

New styles always comes to this store. The guy work there said they get a truck in every Thursday

This lids was not bad at all besides only letting in 4 people at a time! But anyway the cashier was helpful and I didnt find what I was looking for but I found a good substitute. I would visit this place again but only if they lifted the 4 people in the store at a time rule and made the store bigger lol

This is the third time I showed up at 1210 for the store that opens at 12, only to find them still closed. On a weekend....

Customer service was bad! We end up just walking out! We own a business in Houston we wanted to try one hat first with our company name to see if we could make some for our employees.

Descent size store. Bigger than any store Ive visited in San Antonio. Employee Tayor ran me up right away and reminded me of my access pass which I forget I had. Thanks again

Enter at your own risk (well, going out is already a risk, so we should really be staying home - I know). Anywho, it is a very small store. And while they have a sign posted that says masks are required, one of the employees had no shame in not wearing one. He didn’t even care enough to put one on as customers walked in and irresponsibly may have exposed other employees and customers. When asked why they required masks for customers while the employees didn’t wear them, he completely ignored the question and the customer asking it. It’s so simple. Luckily for our pockets, they did not get our money.

Went to buy a couple hats. Went in daw signs that says ask associate for details on sales.. I asked and he gave me a smart azz answer and said no not while stimulus checks are spending.. if youre in san amtonio.go to the lids in rollinoaks mall their customers service always a 10

It says we need masks to enter the store but one of the employees had no mask on, I’ve been there 2 times this week and it’s the same guy with no mask on & btw also treats customers like it’s whatever. I asked for a size and didn’t even bother to bring it down.

No one answers the phone. Cant get order i left something in the store and cant get any confirmation due to no one speaking to me.. Sad day.

I didnt think Id ever see a discount Lids, but lo and behold, here I was at the outlet mall standing in the middle of a great selection of caps at a great price and even better deals (buy 2, get 1 FREE!). I even found a fitted cap for under $20! The staff were friendly, not pushy, and for the size of the place, the selection was a nice surprise. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Not happy at all with the stitching. Paid 30 dollar for a 5 dollar cap with terrible stitching.Check out the photos. No custom job for me again. The guy should have warned me for this type of cap. Looks like the rocky mountains

I drove about 40 minutes to this store just to be met with a Sorry, ill be back in 15 minutes handwritten note on the door. Okay thats fine, ill just chill here for a bit... 15 minutes later and... nothing. Also fine, ill just go get something to eat i thought. I returned about 30 minutes later and still find the same note on the door. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, this store need some major supervision.

I love the selection and really enjoy visiting each time I vacation in the area. Kid closed the store at least 10 maybe 15 minutes early tonight which is absolutely unacceptable. Guess ill wait till next year to spend my money in there (which pays the little bastards salary).
