Came here to get my husband a very specific style hat and they didnt have it in stock for his size, so we had to order it online and have it shipped to the store. It arrived that same week and they called me to let me know as soon as it was in! I actually ordered the wrong style and CJ, the same representative as the first time, was more than happy to help me adjust. He was quick, efficient and even called around to the other stores to see if they had it. They didnt, but his excellent customer service and attentiveness was beyond compare! I live in Round Rock and will return to San Marcos just because of him! Thanks again! I know my husband is going to love his new hat!!

Came in the store looking to treat myself to some new hats. Took advantage of b2g1 free deal. Homegirl at the counter was super helpful. Also got a matching hat for my son which I happened to find on clearance which ended up being half off the clearest price....what?! Anyways overhead some clown complaining about a super awesome deal he got earlier in the week. Im guessing the store wouldnt honor it again because guy who originally gave it to him did shouldnt have. The clown seemed very ungrateful and unreasonable but all employees maintained professionalism and kept their composure. What kind of man complains to anyone about a fashion accessory like a hat. Unless the employee spit in his face or stole money from him you should never be complaining about such trivial things. Anyway Ill be back next time on my way back from SA.

Not satisfied with the embroidery I paid for, what I paid for wasnt what I asked for. I do not recommend getting personal embroidery here.

Lids had some good stuff. Lots of Lenard jerseys on the clearance rack that I thought I could burn if they needed the help.

I like this store because is one of the biggest but the only 3 employees were to busy talking to each other. I was the only costumer in the store and I had to go and look for them for any questions. And when they dont want to work they just tell you that you need to order the size online. So I had to look hat by hat and I did found the size.Poor costumer service 👎🏼

This is for the big sports fan. Mostly jerseys and hats from baseball, football and basketball. But if you are looking for some of the additional hats most Kids stores have.. This one doesnt have a huge selection of those.
