Im not part of the welding industry. Just a guy off the street looking for a CO2 refill. Pleasant, friendly staff. Even filled it while I waited and the price was fair.

Friendly and fast. Took my tank with expired certification for no extra fee and had the cheapest price I found.

Very disappointed. Bought over $1300 worth of product and went to go pick up my cart for the bottles we bought. The younger gentleman that helped us assured us that we had paid for everything. The only thing that we did not pick up that day was the cart for the bottles because it had to be ordered. Before the transaction was complete we went over everything in detail that we had purchased several times. I went in today to pick up the cart and he said that the cart was not paid for yet but admitted to us that he had told us that it was included in the price. I run a retail store and I understand people make mistakes. The fact that he just stood there and said Im sorry and didnt try to make the mistake right is how you loose customers. I will never do business with this place again nor will I recommend this place to any of my customers.
