Before pulling the trigger on a sizable investment on a large exterior lighting project (100+ lights), I (a private homeowner) did a year of research looking into various options and vendors. These ranged from cheap (home improvement stores) to local (regional Site One distributor) and online (Volt). During this time, I was fortunate enough to come across The Illuminator’s excellent how-to and product videos. I was very impressed with his pioneering pedigree in lighting, his straightforward products and simplistic wiring methods, and the great value it provided (when you see how much his system saves you compared to his competitors).Nate and his team were readily available to answer my emails and take my phone calls during my planning and ordering. Nate personally designed an incredible lighting plan for my home and walked me through a few follow up questions I had. My order arrived quickly and I was very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the various fixtures, transformers and accessories once they arrived. It was a very satisfying install process and everything worked flawlessly.I have received countless compliments from visitors and neighbors on the lighting impact and the house in the past year and noticed that within 6 months, every neighbor added some form of additional exterior lighting to their homes on my street, but are still a far cry from the great design Nate drew up for me (believe the advice of avoiding underlighting features and focal points and those ghastly solar “cool-blue” and underpowered fixtures!).Count me in as a Lifetime Customer for this great company!
