We purchased turf 3 months ago. After it was installed we noticed lines running through it. We were told to let the turf relax for a month it will go away After 3 months they are still with us and Purchase Green now tells me that they are cosmetic and NOT covered under the warranty? But. we will reduce the replacement cost $.80-$1.00. Be sure to shop around

Had a very good experience with Purchase Green. Sean was very helpful to us and the installer he recommended did a wonderful job. His name was Luis. I liked that they had several of the grasses installed inside the showroom so you could see what it looked like down. Very helpful! I think their prices are very good and the product exceptional. We found this place driving by. I had enlarged my back yard and with the water situation decided to go artificial. Good initial customer service, good to the point of sale, but poor post sales service. Israel was good for the sale, but after the sale, his words sorry we are sooo busy right now. 1. Asked me to wait to get my purchase so he could service another person that arrived after me. Then took a phone call, while I waited for another 30 min. Then when he was ready to cut my turf, I asked if he could cut it in half. He said, No, we are too busy right now. It literally takes less than 2 minutes for the machine to cut the roll.

Best local company to acquire the items i needed to complete my turf job in an area where my puppy sometimes uses the restroom. Their infill material will help prevent the smell of urine and make my turf last a lot longer.

I was looking for a piece of artificial turf, and was told to try Purchase Green in Escondido, CA. I spoke with Jonathan on the phone, and he was extremely helpful and patient with me.
