BE CAREFUL!!!!!I bought a bike that was just over a year old from Biggs. It had just over 4,000 miles on it. I was told before I bought it that they had done the 5,000 mile service on it. I rode the bike and a year later took it in San Diego HD to have an oil change only to find that Biggs had not done the 5,000 mile service like I was told they did. Cody, who sold me the bike told me they had. I remember it very well. At the time I bought the bike the service was even factored into the price and they wouldn’t come down anymore because they said it had the service. Also at the time I bought it, as I was signing the papers, the woman who takes care of the loan papers kept trying to sell me a warranty for the bike. I remember her telling me how concerned she was for me because there was no warranty. She was VERY persistent. I found out a month later that the bike still had 10 months of factory warranty still.These people only care about selling the bike. There is no integrity with them. When I called about it not having the 5,000 mile service I was told they never said that. Of course it’s not documented anywhere and it’s their word against mine.Be careful of this place. Do your research. Of course it’s their word against mine and it’s easy for them to say I’m just lying, but what I’ve said is true. I will never buy from them again. You shouldn’t either.

First time Harley buyer here. After starting on smaller bikes and working my way up, my friend took me to Biggs when I was ready with that Harley itch. Holy. Moly. My life is changed. To start off, the way everyone treats you like family, and every time you come back you get the same intensity of genuine interest and top grade care.And to steal the show on this review in specific, JOSH and CODY... after the constant smiles and gratitude, and even those small tears of joy after finalizing my own Harley...what else can I even say other than now you have to deal with me coming back constantly now? 😆🤣😄. But seriously, these guys were patient, made sure all and any options were laid out in front of me, and I seriously have no words other than constant thanks. Its nothing but smiles from here on out!

Everything is set up to be covid compliant. Theres a check-in desk and hand sanitizer station when you walk in. We went to the parts counter. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpeful and friendly. They had everything I needed a couple of quarts of oil and a rear tire. The parts counter is set up to maintain social distancing.They have a beautiful selection of bikes. They have lots of apparel, patches, decals.. Everything in the clearance area was at least 30% off. Christmas stocking, stocking holders, hats, socks, lots cute stuff.Great day at Biggs!

Walked in on a Sunday after a disappointing visit to the Indian Dealership next door only to be ignored here. The receptionist was nice, but she was the only person that even acknowledged my presence. I sat on 3 or 4 bikes and not one salesman approached me despite one of them almost running into upon entering the dealership. Scratch this Harley dealer off of the list. It wasn’t at all busy, but this place couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions.

True Pricing at MSRP. Made a 150 mile drive to SAVE $3000. All other dealers had madd markups. Check their website saw the price,Called Kevin he sent a video of the bike for MSRP. A.V. Ive rented two bikes from Biggs and 4 overall from Eagle Rider (CA abd GA). Always very courteous personnel.

First off... Ive purchased several new and used bikes over the years; two previously from Biggs. As I live in Temecula, I initially went shopping at my local dealer. $1,800 OVER list price due to market conditions ... And not even a reach around. No, thank you! Harley dealer in Riverside... Jeez, no calls back, no return emails. Two different points of contact, same lack of response/effort on their part. Im glad their business is that good.Anyway... My sales rep at Biggs happened to be Cody this time. Initially, we dealt mostly through email. Me arguing price from initial quote on used bike, Cody, via his sales manager counter offering. When we were close, it was time for an in person meet. Back and forth on price until we made a deal.Working with Cody and Biggs worked out for me. I gave them honest opinions and feedback, they were honest in return.Do yourself a favor, if youre even remotely close to Biggs in San Marcos. Just go there.

Walking through the doors of the dealship I was immediately welcomed and shown respect. The sales representatives are stress free and great people to work with if youre trying to buy a bike, or just look around. No one pressured me into any purchases, and answered all my questions to the best of their abilities. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to all my friends and family if they so chose to buy a motorcycle at any Harley-Davidson dealership.

Its always good to have a reliable source when everything else fails. Biggs is always customer oriented and they do one heck of a job. Yes dealers can be pricey, but when you know the work is guaranteed and you got good people to back up the work you really cant argue much. Took my 2014 street bob in because it would not start... they replaced two items on the bike though it was a ghost chaser for them but they had me in the loop and were taking me step by step in their diagnosis process . Biggs appears to be one of those great-or-awful businesses. In my case, awful. I went onto their website to request a service appointment due to a flat tire on my Electra Glide Classic. I received no response. The next day I chatted with an employee who said she would pass my issue on to the service department immediately. A week later I have heard nothing. I found a local small shop who wants my business. Biggs doesnt.

My parents have purchased thier 11th bike from Biggs this past week. Mark and Willer both are like family to us. They make the stress of “dealership” buying feel so carefree and easy. I went to get a simple adjustment for my handle bars, and the guy that was in charge didn’t even take one look and charged me an arm and a leg for swapping out some bushings and tightening the bars. I went home and did it myself for $3 in 5 minutes. All he wanted was money, spoke rudely, completely ignored me till I chased him down and then didn’t even take one look just flat out tried charging me money for something he hadn’t even looked. This is why I prefer going to the one in Chula Vista as I’m never ignored or treated different. You with the pony tail you know who you are. I hope you don’t treat everyone like that, I run a business and never take any client for granted. Completely irresponsible.

Sent bike in for hi speed engine pinging. Told me it was qt+ low on oil. Told them I had just filled it up less than 500 miles previously, so there must be an issue. They called, said ready for pick up, just added oil and said it was fine. Less than 5 miles down the road, ping, ping, ping. Called back. Told to just make an appointment. No apology, no sorry for you trouble. No, not taking it back. Thought you guys had a good rep.UPDATE- Keiran, the service manager, called. Got the bike back in and this time did address all the problems. Much better now. Thanks Keiran for the attention to detail.

Took home a 2020 softail standard, I had a great experience with my salesman John, overall great experience with the dealership and all the staff . Rode away on my new bike and they took my trade too! yes! I chose what was a bare bones softail and began my build of my style and my own dream machine! What a vacation. Stopped in because we thought we could rent a trike for the day, but there was not any available. So what do we do instead? We bought one. A friend who recently purchased an Indian Scout told me to visit the IndIan dealership theyre having test rides today! In the parking lot out front. Youll get a free t-shirt and cap.I head over there and walk around for over 30 minutes looking at different bikes walking past men in safety vests. No one addressed any questions or offered me a ride, clearly they were offering rides to other people right before my eyes.I began to wonder what about me had them ignoring me ........ After almost an hour I walk inside the dealership and a kind salesperson approached me. I told him I was getting old and my sports bike was not as enjoyable to ride anymore. I told him I was looking into a bike with a more upright posture for comfort. This man gave me an hour of his time which was very much appreciated. Had it been solely for the customer service I received from this salesperson I would have given this dealership my business.Ill leave it up to the reader to decide what provoked such unprofessional and evident lack of customer service from the special events people.They were from out of State and were promoting the Indian motorcycles throughout the country holding parking lot events.If their behavior represents the attitude of their company towards people of different cultures........ Ill NEVER buy an Indian Motorcycle (Ironic isnt it?)

Time for another review from a very satisfied customer. This time its for Chad and his crew in service. I had to have extensive transmission work done and it was GREAT!!! They picked the bike up immediately and finished the work sooner than I expected. And best of all, no surprises when I went to pick up the bike. Charge was exactly as they promised. AND - after an hour ride in very hot weather yesterday, got up this morning and NO LEAKS. (Plus it performed as a Harley should on the ride) Thanks Chad and your team - as always you will be my go to for all my service needs in the future.

Best bike buying experience ever! First and foremost Sean went above and beyond to help me out. His top priority was making sure I was happy with the bike and was never pushy about selling it. Even when the deal looked like it was not going to work he still made every attempt to see what he could do. We started at 10AM and picked up my bike around 7PM after they closed. Everyone stuck around and even thought we were past closing I never felt rushed or hurried! I will always come back to Biggs for all my future purchases! Sean needs a promotion for being such an awesome employee!!!!!

A really great dealership that is very customer orientated. They have events and monthly rides of different types. Once a month for customer appreciation they have a ride which starts with free waffles a ride to a different destination with free ice cream or yogurt then back to Biggs for a band and lunch for the riders of pizza or sub sandwiches or Mexican food all covered by them.

We just bought a deluxe from Biggs and are very happy with the experience. Mark in sales did a great job and all the guys in parts especially Danny boy were great. This is our 8th Harley so we’ve been to many dealerships and Biggs is the best.

Awesome and not enough money I shall return

Came and visited because a friend had bought one here so I bought a used Harley Fatboy in Jan 2017, it was in decent shape from the outside. Asked the seller of any work history done to the bike and he said, everything has been gone through and our shop just did an oil change. I took his word thinking Indian Dealership seem like a legit place. Turn out, the bike had bad spark plugs, leaking fuel and carb needing repairs. Cost me a lot of money just to get it to riding conditions. Once I purchased the bike and signed all docs, I was told that they couldnt find the keys to the bike so they had to order one. Told me two weeks, called after two weeks and was told that they forgot to order them so I had to wait another 7-10 days. I never do reviews but today when I had to take the bike to a repair shop I didnt resist to create an account and let others know what their practices are when selling bikes.We all know that buying used bikes can be risky but some of us who see a bike that we like dont mind buying one so that is why we ask questions about the bike before we buy it. Unfortunately, some of us that still have values and take the word from others can get screwed. If they would have said, hey, it needs work then I would have made a better decision but too bad for me.
