I love this UPS it’s always so fast, Great customer service and helpful. I’ve been to other UPS where if my package wasn’t taped they wouldn’t take it- this spot has always been so nice and helpful. Esp Raul-him personally always gets me in and out as fast as possible which I really appreciate.

This UPS store is great. Seldom have to wait; staff is friendly, and Ive never had a shipping problem with them. Highly recommend.

Used to be a wonderful place to go until the new manager decided to use artificial stink which reeked to scent the store along with shut front doors. I mentioned to the staff that this is a health hazard & for people like myself with MCS can set back my health for days. They said they would tell the manager. Came in just now, and was told that the manager said Im the only one that complained and they will continue to use it. I am blown away at the sheer ignorance in not educating themselves the the dangers this causes and disregard for their customers health.

Raul helped me with my Amazon returns asap. He was kind and knew how about proper customer service. He even grabbed my mail out of my p.o. box for me :) Ive always loved this UPS store but Raul makes it 10x more awesome.

Raul is what customer service is about. Came in for some Amazon returns and he took care of it and even helped me navigate the return policy on some of my bigger stuff. Always have gone here for shipping and returns and will continue to do so!

As a small business owner, its very important to me to have a place that I can trust with recurring things. Mailing is one of them and this specific stores is my preferred one because of their professionalism and overall speed of processing their customer. Had a document notarized here last week, couldnt be happier with the service. The notary was in as promised (had called ahead), service was quick but thorough, professional, friendly, and price was very reasonable. My husband is in the very vulnerable category for Covid-19, so we were grateful they were following all safety protocols. They even offered to come out to the car, so my husband didnt have to go inside. That extra step was very kind and very much appreciated!

Awesome customer service

Great local convenience to our neighborhood and especially easy to get in and out of. Never any crowds but well used by us in this area. Staff here has always been nice and every helpful. I take Amazon package returns to this place and its so easy. They have supplies and fill a variety of needs for shipping or postal boxes and even have greeting cards.

I have been using this store for more than 10 years and these present owners have greatly improved many things. The store is cleaner and much better organized than it was previously. I trust them to prepare my mailings correctly and to take excellent care of my postal needs when I am in the store.

I represent Aflac Insurance and I needed to fax documents securely and quickly. Rod and his wife Carol were excellent. Great Customer Service and friendly. Plus, Carol told me I get 10%-15% discount on business services as an Aflac Benefits Advisor!

The owners of store 4679 were very accommodating. I came to their establishment right as they were about to close the door. Even though they were getting ready to shut down for the day they made time to help me. I was able to buy an envelope and ship my item thanks to this couple. Thank you! :)

Rodrigo is cool ...for a bass player... Seriously tho this is a great place if you need to ship packages and dont want to spen alotta time in line. You can tell the owner really cares.

Customer service skills of a 12 year old. Dropped of a single package with preexisting label and asked them to cover preexisting labels on package with a blank white label. Proceeded to tell me repeatedly and rudely to do it myself. Fedex does this simple request happily plus charges me less for shipping my packages. Thanks for the turn off.

Their hours of operation say that they are open until 6:30pm during the week. I needed to send a package and couldnt go until after work. I got there at 6:20pm and there was not a soul in sight!!!! Every thing was completely locked up and closed down. If you are going to close early then change your hours!!!!!! On top of that as I was getting ready to leave one of the people that worked there went back in and came out and when I confronted them on why they closed early, he literally said, not my store so I cant help you. Unbelievable!!! And then he proceeded to argue with me and tell me the sign says 6:00pm! I told him he needed to check again and left. I will never use this store again!!!!

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever received in my life. Theres a fellow there (the owner?) whos not only rude, but completely dyslexic.I went here to send a fax, and he insisted, It wont go through. I called my office, and they said there was no attempt.I asked him to try again, and he did, and insisted (again), It wont go through.I read him the number out-loud again, he checked it, and said, Thats what Im sending to, but its not a fax number, and he became really belligerent at that point.Finally, I asked to see the fax report, and hed swapped several of the digits.It was NOT the same fax number Id asked him to send it to.Since then, Ive spoken with friends whove experienced the same thing here... The really rude, belligerent guy truly is dyslexic, and him mis-entering fax numbers seems commonplace.

Lady who helped this morning was very nice and friendly Fast, reliable service in and out! Recommend this place.

These two men, owners, have no desire to be much more than civil, & when sending out very delicate & expensive optics dropped it on the floor & visibly shrugged, as if no biggie then packed it with as little peanuts as possible & taped it, & threw it on the counter. All of this after being asked to be careful with the delicate optical instruments.I will not return, but go across the street to FedEx.

Absolutely the worst service that I have ever experienced. My company was sending something of great value overnight, that required a UPS Shipment Receipt to be signed by a UPS employee at the time the package is scanned for shipment. The gentleman in the store absolutely refused to sign the UPS Shipment Receipt and directed me to the main UPS shipping location on Bingham Dr. I had less than 10 minutes to make it to the next location in rush hour traffic. This is the second bad experience my company has had with this gentleman. Needless to say I will never conduct business with this store again.

I went to the UPS Store to return an item from Amazon and was helped by Rod. He was very patient and helpful throughout my whole visit, would definitely recommend this location.

I went to the ups store off el Norte and arrived at 5:58pm. The man in the store; assumably the owner, told me the store was closed. I immediately headed to this store in San Marcos. I arrived 5 minutes before the store was supposed to close. Rod was with another customer and took extra time to make sure she had the best service possible even though the store was supposed to be closed. He then handled my shipping need and was very good with creative packing options. I will not use another ups store. This store is worth the extra drive time to have excellent customer service.

The store is under new ownership, and the new owner is leaps and bounds better then the previous owner. I would give this place a second try if you had a bad experience previously to make things right.

Rude old man was working the front desk alone. He tried skipping me in line, he told me that returning my Uverse equipment would take 10 minutes, then proceeded to complain about all the work he had to do and justify why he was skipping me when I was next in line. I told him he was being rude, and he said I could go to a different store. I did just that, my entire experience at was different and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
