Literally the rudest customer service i’ve ever had. Christina has so much attitude, They need new employees at this location. Salvador is a exception, he was good.
Went here and told them I needed to ship back my packages and they told me my packages were to flimsy so they put them under fragile. Then they told me I needed to tape my own label on each box...really? Its your guys job to make sure the packages are good to go, not my job to tape up my boxes. I wont be coming back to this location.
My experience here was great! I showed up at a busy time and had issue with obtaining the correct address of who I was sending to. Arely, the person who was helping me was extremely patient and friendly. She made my experience less stressful. She was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. Thank you Arely!
Overall not good. Sarah, the manager, blatantly skips people in line. Shell spend 10 seconds with you and 5 minutes with the next person in line, in an attempted effort to multitask. It comes off as giving half your attention to customers, and not respecting the queue. I want to be treated as a complete customer, not just someone on the sidelines.Additionally, she rushes solutions. There was one emailing solution presented to me that was clearly faster, but she insisted I do it the slower way, which was frankly off-putting.She doesnt particularly trust her subordinate employees. The back and forth between her and a clearly newer employee regarding emailing issues was uncomfortable, especially since there was nothing really wrong with their emailing system.Bad management, made it awkward and stressful for everyone involved.
The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful, they answered to all my questions and helped me throughout the process. The paper is so good quality. I loved it.
Hit or miss here. It can be really fast but Ive also been skipped in line multiple times.
I went in to get my business cards made, and the team member Alex was such a huge help! I only knew what my logo was, and she did the rest. She asked many important questions, provided many samples of material, appearance, and helped me refine my ideas into a great set of cards. Definitely the right person for customer service who knows whats shes doing.
Shipping is horrible through this location. They wanted to open my boxes to ensure they were packed properly. I took my business to another location.
Simply the worst service EVER!!!! Rude staff that clearly believes that all the customers that enter are a nuisance to them! We pay your salaries people, you should treat your customers with respect. I will never go back. More importantly, I will do my best to eliminate FedEx from any shipping activities from my purchases or for our business. The days of Tom Hanks and perfect customer care are way over. Wish I could have shipped the staff to a deserted island with wilson.
For anyone who does shipping dont drop your boxes hereif they dont like the way your box looks theyre the kind that will not accept it. Go elsewhere, they will take it no problem.

Poor service, reading from scripts not using common sense. Trying to upsell me on my already pre-purchased shipping. Do yourself a favor and go to USPS or UPS which are less than 1/4 mile away in either direction on Twin Oaks. My business shipping needs will be going elsewhere.
Very slow staff and one of the guy, I believe his name is Andrew is staring at us. And he told us don’t come back again. Never going back again.

I just received the worst service when trying to fax some documents. Im not a regular user of FedEx or fax machines in general. The machine is self service and 3 employees did not explain how to use their machine correctly. As a result I had to go through the process twice. They knew I had a large stack of documents and didnt bother to tell me the potential cost.
They were very slow and made us wait 20 minutes just to tell us they didn’t have what we needed wasn’t at their store.
