I love doing business with these folks. They know paint in and out and are a good resource for the homeowner. They’ll even pull out a scrap of wood, paint it with your choice and dry it with a heat gun to see how it looks. Our home is Sherwin-Williams inside and out.

Joshua is amazing and makes this store a million times better! Everytime we come to the store, he is so friendly and willing to help. I needed a large order and he was able to complete within 30 minutes which saved our property during our busiest time.

I enjoy shopping at Sherwin-Williams because I know the employees and they know me. They always apply the discounted price if there is a sale happening. The carry my paint to the car and load it for me.

The Duration exterior paint is thick, very beautiful, and high quality. I only needed one coat after priming wall and it looked great.The young men who helped me in the San Marcos store on Edward Gary St. were so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

I would tell them that if they go to Sherwin Williams instead of one of the big box stores, they would be dealing with true professionals who have a lot of product knowledge. If they are looking for custom stain colors, SW is up to the task. Ive already done this with several people from my work and my church who are building homes or remodeling/painting current homes. Yall rock!

The associates have really good product knowledge. I have always been pleased with the paint and especially the color matching. Home projects are hard enough. It is nice to have a paint store that helps you.

Customer service is first rate. And the paint is very high quality. The sales associate even carried the cans of paint out to my car. I was overwhelmed with the service.

I was greeting immediately and asked how they could help me. I only needed to paint one panel of wood and only needed a quart of paint. They were out of quart size flat paint. Not good for business to not be prepared.

Had our carpet replaced in apartment and the apartment company unfortunately used Sherwin-Williams. Of course we are in apartment on 3rd floor so I couldnt take out every single item so there was just a couple items they were going to have to move. They moved to ruin the items by throwing them out on the concrete outside and scraping it up beyond repair. Almost seemed they they did it on purpose because they had to move something and because they say, we arent reliable for anything. Would not recommend at all. If your planning on using them message me first and Ill show you pictures.

They have great products and knowledgeable staff to help you with your project purchases. The manage Steffon is very helpful.

Steff and Josh are incredibly helpful to ALL who enter the store. From the paint contractor whos in there everyday to the homeowner schmoe like me whos just wanting to match a paint sample.

I ordered some paint said Id be back in 1 hour waited for 2 just to be sure they could do it right called 2 hours later they had nothing ready and the manager on the phone said he couldnt help me I would have to reorder everything again because the guy that helped me left for the day. What a joke. If I was Sherwin Williams Id get people that at a bare minimum know how to answer a phone and be polite. What a waste of time and effort!

Not worth it. Just go to Lowes and get the color matched exactly.

Excellent service, they keep a record so if you forget what color you bought, they can tell you. Prices are a bit higher, but so is the quality.

2 stars because they dont sell Automotive paint. Otherwise, looks like any other paint store.

Not very helpful with color advise. I was quoted $6 for a paint sample then charged $7.79.

Helpful, friendly, handled everything quickly and professionally.

They keep records in case you need more of the same paint at a later time as I did.

They always make it right. On my most recent visit, I needed paint in a dark color, quart size, for furniture. They couldnt recommend any of their in-stock quart-sized paints for furniture, so they gave me a gallon at the quart price.
