Don’t have paint in stock that was recently bought there. No point in buying from a paint store where you can’t continue to get the same paint. Was told to drive to a different store and check by a disinterested employee. Will stick to Home Depot in the future

I needed a small can of touchup paint for my new home. The sales person informed me the smallest sized can was a gallon. . .but she did not tell me there were different grades of paint. The gallon price was $60! Ill have Home Depot match it next time.

I am a homeowner and not a professional painter. I depended upon the expertise of a young female employee at the San Marcos store. I was concerned when I watched her add the pigment to the base paint. It did not seem as if there was much pigment added. The next day I began painting my garage door and observed how brilliantly bright the color. Nothing like the color of the sample I had request. Nonetheless, I continued painting hoping the color would darken. It did not. It was a stark contrast from the existing paint I was trying to match. I returned to the store the next day and another employee told me the employee had used the wrong base color. I watched the pigment enter the can and noticed a significant amount more than the previous time. Because of impending rain I have not been able to try the new paint. Hopefully, it will do the job.

Not helpful at all! The gentleman I encountered at the counter had an attitude that displayed a negative one. He left me the impression that he did not want my business or money. I was ready to buy but gave me the indication that he didnt need the business. Will not enter a business if the feeling is not of a welcoming one!

Very clean business, nice displays, great location and employees that have been helpful and efficient the three times Ive shopped there. Im a DIY and when Ive asked questions about technique have received sound advice. When quality matters, I recommend this store and paint. They have awesome sales too.

Paint color was vastly different than the color I picked online, and the sales associate was the only one in the store so I had to wait through 2 phone calls to pick up the (unsuitable) paint that Id already paid for.
