Im currently working from home, and my computer completely stopped working. I panicked, and employee Guy immediately put me at ease! He provided OUTSTANDING customer service. He went above & beyond to get me back to work. My computer was returned & repaired the very next day at an affordable price. I went to apple because my 1 year old Mac stopped working. It was a week after the 1 year since I bought it, and because I didnt buy an insurance apple wanted to charge me $430 just to look at the computer and fix the basics, they said I may loose all my data and that if there was a water damage it will cost more money. Luckly I found Alice Computerworks and they were on point, gave me fair prices and I ended up spending a lot less, not loosing any data and having great service with a free warranty. It turns out it was water damage so apple would have charged me an additional (and probably expensive) fee. These guys are my go to for now on! No more apple store for me!

Alice Computerworks is a bit overpriced for repairs and buying needed gear, they do not give much detail to what they plan to do with your device, and barely brief on what they changed for the price you pay

The company I manage, Ellens Silkscreening, has worked with Alice Computer for about 5 years and their service has been outstanding. We have an office network of 10 computers and Alice are very responsive if we ever have networking, software, or hardware issues. They have also helped us establish solid online backup systems and firewall protection for our office network. We see them as an essential and valuable partner to our business.

Wonderful experience! Great customer service and amazing technical skills. They replaced my hard disk when it failed and salvaged all of my files at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return for future needs.

My kid needed the screen replaced on his laptop. Got a recommendation to come here, did, they replaced it within hours and did a real nice job, all thats fine.My problem is, they charged $200 for a part that retails at $50. Id have been happy enough at $150 and blissful at $100, Im more than just happy to pay for good service and good parts, but its weeks since this happened, and $150 labor for what couldnt have been an hours work still rankles.

Superb, as usual!

First off, the staff is really nice if youre cooperative and understand what they trying to tell you. They know a lot of stuff in their field and Ive already been there twice for my computer. They will always try to find a solution to the problem. For example my computer had a broken ram slot,but I had no clue until I went there. So they recommended me buying a new computer, and Ill go there someday to buy that computer. If youre looking for computer repair this place is the way to go.

This is my go to place if i have any issues with my computer or phone. Excellent customer service, trustworthy and great price. I have my iphone screen replaced with much better price than other places.

One day my MacBook Pro started giving me a flashing folder with a question mark when I turned it on. I brought it to Alice and they were able to replace the hard drive with and SSD. I paid for same day service and had my computer back up and running 4 hours later. Amazing.

Due to the software issuers problem, they could not connect the newer scanner with Adobe Acrobat DC; but I still trust this shop. The technicians are reasonable, professional and very patient.
