I want to thank Kendall V. For his amazing and outstanding service. I had a horrible experience dealing with customer service and corporate offices at Chino Hills and even worse experience in San Dimas.But Kendall was the best, I mean it the BEST, he called Verizon on my behalf and solved all my issues. No words can express my appreciation and gratitude to him. Thank you so very much, God bless you.I wish that other corporate offices have some of this excellent customer service.
Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the ACTUAL Verizon store in Pasadena if you need to do this in person.If you go here instead, expect it to take at least two hours to get a phone. The associate will be helping everyone else in the store at the same time.It appears no one in the store speaks Chinese and the store is located adjacent to the largest Chinese neighborhood in the world outside China.Also, if you go here, go in the morning. The manager arrives at about 10AM and appears to leave at 4PM and nothing can happen without the manager.If something goes wrong and you need to call the store, good luck. The store phone never routes to a call center and they cannot connect you to the store.

Very Satisfied!!! Im a retired police sergeant from upstate NY now living in Los Angeles area and Ive been a verizon customer for 18 years. This location in San Marino is awesome because they help you right away, no long lines, no standing around and very friendly staff. The manager Pedro is a super cool guy, very energetic and he wants you to be happy. Pedro allowed me time to check out a couple different phones withn the 14 day trial period and then he and his super cool employee Jon got me settled on a new Galaxy Note 10. You will be treated great at this Verizon location!
It is a very clean and organized Verizon Authorized Retailer, and the people working here are extremely friendly. Caesar, in particular, is of great help to me on various occasions. Highly recommended to people who are looking to buy smartphones, gadgets and smartphone related services.
What can I not say about Pedro(manager) here. His smart takes his time to make sure everything is right. I feel as if he doesnt work for the company but a friend whos telling me how to get the most for the money Im already spending instead of over charging me and giving me stuff I dont need. I drive here even though theres a closer store to my house just cause of him and his honesty. Its peace of mind knowing Im not getting messed over.

Over charging and mis-informing about the rebate details. Sold me over priced acxeroises and told me they are from Apple Care... when I called Verizon for billing update, the rep told me they get a lot of complaints from these stores for over charging and stuff...
Both representatives were great and worked as a team they sold me the best phone and I needed it at the end of the day as an entrepreneur filmmaker
Went to service my phone. They did try to help but did not seem to know what to do.. not too surprising when they just want to sell you a new phone.
This place goes from bad to worse. The employees keep changing ... be ready to spend 3 hours in there for ANYTHING you need. You would think because they are in San Marino they would have EDUCATED employees... good lord!

I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls! This is a clean, high quality store, with very professional associates. And there was actually parking available! I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everything. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill may be similar in price but I can actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.

Bought a new phone on sept 14, 2019 and the service was excellent! They took the time and shared the details of my options, and even saved me about $400/year by putting me on a better plan. Basically my VZ network savings is paying for my new iPhone- SO excited!.

I went to this store to switch verizon, and they charged me around 80 without saying it was service fee, until I got the msg from verizon told me to pay activation fee. And the whole payment is unprofessional, they dont even give me receipt and lists about the service cost.

Terrible!! Turn back!! Go to a real verizon store. Tony the manager is unprofessional and has untrained employees. Over 900.00 was taken out of my account and after over 20 calls I finally got ahold of Tony till this day he hasn’t gotten back to me from September!!! Save your money and a big headache drive a couple extra miles and go to a real verizon store!!! Still nothing for my 2 iPhone 7 Plus phones and no return on my money.

There is reason way this store has such low reviews, so not to go into all the details of my unfortunate experience I will say that the store which is not a company store says one thing but contacting Verizon directly says other, meaning that the store employees may tell you what they need to make the sale.I must say contacting Verizon directly was very helpful, So simply saying BUYER BEWARE when you go to this store.

I Was just driving by the other day, and never knew there was a Verizon store here in San Marino.Went in to check out a problem I was having on my phone the store manager Rashad helped me get all my issues resolved, saved me money on my bill, and I got a new tablet.I think the best part was that he and his staff completely catered to me, and broke down every thing I was paying on my bill. I highly recommend this Verizon will continue to shop there and suggest friends and family.
The staff relies on Verizon Customer Service for most account changes. I bought a SIM card which did not work, forcing me to go to a corporate store to get another SIM card that did work, which that store gave me for free. When I tried to return it for my money back after my trip, they told me they didnt return SIM cards. Extremely dissatisfied with this store. The employees are nice, but the service they provide is of low quality.

Dont go into this store!! The manager and two workers discouraged me from fixing my 8 month old dead Google Pixel phone for the $250 deductible (NOT TRUE, later Verizon told me on the phone that it was under warranty for a year), to upgrade to another phone for $250 (NOT TRUE, since I have to pay the full cost of the phone on my bill) but instead they charged me $239.68 with other services/products that came with it. Totally deceiving salesmanship to up their sales and services. They had me sign the electronic pad for the new phone when it was actually for the extra services that I didnt want that they said came with the phone. DECEPTIVE SALESMANSHIP!!!!!
I wish there was an option for NO STAR. Total Crooks. You should file a complaint with Verizon and BBB if you can. These guys totally kissed my ass to get a commission. JEFFREY, the store manager was in the store when his employee, JOSHUA told me I could switch over from Iphone to Samsung and try it out for 14 days with no cost. ANGEL sold me the phone, told me all the accessories were included in my upgrade. I left the store super happy. I got home and all of a sudden couldnt use my phone. I called ANGEL and he told me hed call me back. Never did. Called him back and he said it was a third party app that was blocking access to my phone. LIE. Then he told me he submitted a ticket to Verizon since it was a problem on their side. LIE. He told me to call him the next day to follow up. I did and guess what - he was off that day (I guess he didnt know that the day before). Went to a REAL VERIZON store and they told me ANGEL put in a BAD USED SIM card and that it wasnt even registering as a Samsung on the network, which he should have known when he looked at the account. Ultimately, I returned the phone w/i 7 days. I walk into the store and DESTINY tells me she doesnt have the credentials to do a return and that I would have to come back when a manager comes into the office. LIE. I told her, I wasnt leaving until the phone was returned. So they called JEFFREY who previously bent over backwards to get my sale was the rudest person I could have spoken to. He then gave permission to DESTINY (who didnt have the credentials 5 minutes before to do the return) to do the return. They charged me a $35 restocking fee a $20 setup and go fee plus all the accessories. JOSHUA admitted he told me that I wouldnt have to pay a dime and DESTINY said he couldnt be held responsible for what he said because he was a new employee. BE SMART people - go to a REAL Verizon store. Read the reviews below. They are CROOKS. Call verizon and demand a refund like I did (Which I did get) and file a complaint with the BBB. Never will I ever go to this store or a retailer again.
