Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Workers wear their masks under their noses which makes me feel uncomfortable. Always laughing while I’m waiting on my drinks, they shouldn’t be laughing and horsing around during work.

Waiting in drive through line for about an hour then, cashier told me come inside the store your food will be ready soon. when I arrive in the store waited 20 mins then they realized order is not even placed. Never going to this location again.

99% Great employees & Some employees go above & beyond. If a mistake occurs, theyll correct it. I love the sandwiches & brownies. Dom works there, at least when I went there in 2019. Dom is a truly caring, kind, thoughtful & wonderful human being. She gets a rating of 10+ every time I shopped there.

The barista was very annoyed with my order - mind you this, I had already placed a mobile order so its not like she had to even take one. Then I got to the window and my drinks were ready, I could see them, but she just kept on talking and giving me her back and then after a good 3 mins pushed the drinks into my hands rudely. This Starbucks definitely needs a customer service improvement.

Slow!!! Took 40 min in drive thru to get 4 frapuchinos.

Thought Id left my Visa debit card when visited drive thru yesterday, somehow card went missing right after Id been there so when I went back the store employees on duty were most helpful in assisting me, especially Ruben the mgr who looked into the matter immediately. The card was found eventually wedged between my front seat, I am embarrassed to say, but I want to say thanks to all the store employees who bravely work during this time of crisis. I appreciate you!!

Placed my order on line marked in store pick up got there to find out they were short staffed door locked had to go thru the drive thru sat in line at drive thru for 50 mins to get my on line order. Not sure why the manager cant keep the place staffed as it is a busy store. Needless to say I was not very happy.😡

They neglect their drive thru. I thought the line was short so why not. It took 10 minutes for the line to move enough to order. Why didn’t I leave? I was already blocked in. This is the worst Starbucks! What do you mean you can only get me a caramel latte or a salted caramel mocha when I asked for a regular caramel mocha? It’s a mocha and you add caramel drizzle and syrup. I thought since it’s been awhile maybe they’ve gotten better. Nope. Oh how about that the guy in front of me got a big discount on his order. Could it be because the female worker thought he was cute. Quite possibly. If you aren’t in a hurry and are male this place is for you!

Coffee always good, good location, drive thru, hit or miss with the baristas. Sometimes you get a Rude frustrated person and sometimes you get someone who is just corgul. Recommend because of drive thru

I ordered a peach green tea lemonade with light ice and 8 pumps of sweetener and a hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. They gave me a strawberry acia lemonade, and I’m super allergic to strawberries so my mom tried to hand it back (but because of the virus the workers can’t take back drinks, which I completely get) but this girl was so rude about it and even when I said it was okay she was still very pushy and rude. Then we get the hot chocolate and there wasn’t ANY whipped cream. It wasn’t the drink mix up that earned the 1 Star. It was the service.

Quick, friendly service and the coffee and tea were good, but the place was really a mess. Literally every table was dirty. I might get a coffee to go from there in future, but I wouldnt sit in.

Great Drive thru experience! Fast and correct orders. Kids were on the downside that they had ran out on the grilled cheese but other than that, friendly customers service and they always repeat the order and gave the total.

Im a truck driver and cannot use the drive thru, i stopped to get a coffee and didnt know you had to use the app to order. The girl at the front door was so nice and friendly she explained to me how it works, she got me my coffee, Unfortunately i did not catch her name but i just want to say thank you for my drink and keep up the good work!

It just took too long. Then when you look thru the window the staff is in there laughing and talking.

Today was my 2nd time ordering the cold brew with cinnamon and almond foam with no ice....they seriously have to train all their baristas when they start promoting drinks like this....the night crew had no idea how to do it! The male barista asked if it was a tik tok thing? It was not made like the first time I ordered because clearly they had no idea how to do it!!!!

Worked at SB for 4 years. Staff here was okay for the limited interaction I had. Moral seemed a little dull in there, drivethru was moderate.Main complaint is the espresso bar needs to be calibrated. Shots were definitely waaay out of spec or needs to be cleaned.Room for some improvement.

The drinks made were well and were delicious but the young man who made the drinks would not call out the drinks that were ready so people were waiting around longer than they needed to. The cashier doesnt ask for your name so names arent caked out either.Is this mine? Or is this mine?

In this place they are racists and discriminators treat people according to how they appear to be seen. workers should see and treat people with respect. They come to buy with our money and they must know that if it is not for what we consume in this place these workers would not have a salary for themselves. If they do not like to give customer service they look for another job they can do in a better way. terrible service. 🤢👎🏻

Its not bad for the most part! I always take the drive through at this location its really close to my house and I get that they are super busy, but this time I waited for over 15 minutes after they asked me to pull over and they would bring out my bagel and croissant to my car even though I was the first one waiting they gave 2 other cars that where behind me there food and coffee first and on top of that the lady was pretty much like oh well!! I thought drive throughs are supposed to be a little bit faster then going inside?! specially for just a bagel and croissant. And they warmed up the Croissant I never asked for it to be warmed and they never asked me. For a Starbucks customer service at this location is not the greatest! I know they are trying there best but there energy is so blah and u can see it on there faces that they are not happy or they are tired and doing the bare minimum!

Starbucks is Starbucks, cookie cutter and conformist just like most everything else in this culture. This isnt always a bad thing - the coffee is always good, the service good, and the place is well lit and clean.

Maybe it was an off night or maybe they just had too many young people working tonight that just dont care. Completely rude and disrespectful!

Staff here is rude. They rush your order and every time mess up my drink. Then give an attitude when you tell them they made it wrong. Dont argue with the customer when they know what theyre ordering and telling you the drink isnt right. Spending $6 on a drink.. I want it made the correct way.

Did a mobile order about 5 mins in advance for a frappuccino and the new grilled cheese (because it was the only store that did not have the out of stock on it) when I get to the store I was told they didnt have it & I could get a refund which was fine. I then was waiting for my frappuccino for 8 mins while they just kept doing whatever in the back. More than 13 to make a frappuccino is ridiculous. They cant say they were busy there was one other customer which only got a Danish. There were 5 employees 1 in cafe, 3 making drinks and helping the drive-thru, and 1 on the computer with her back to everybody didnt even check to see what was going on. So 5 employees 13 mins to make 1 drink.
