I have e-mailed this company repeatedly about an order, I have called with no answer and no machine to leave a message. What kind of company does business this way? Their site states they pride themselves on exceptional service. Thats a joke. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a stone lazy susan last week. It came damaged. Im not having any success contacting them. They dont answer the phone, so I left two messages. I also emailed them and havent heard back. I hope this is resolved!

We ordered a Lazy Susan at the beginning of January. Despite numerous calls and emails we have had no response to explain why we have not received it. Stay away!

I ordered a marble lazy susan and 2 marble cheeseboards that totaled $159.97 The cheesboards and lazy susan were delivered damaged. I did call the company and gave my order number and was told I would receive new items. That was 3 months ago. I have not received the items and I have left numerous messages with no callback. Extremely disppointed with the customer service and not having the items I already paid for.

SCAM! Placed order on 5/1, was charged 5/3 and have been trying to contact company since to discuss the order. Phone numbers are disconnected.
