I had a bad experience. I order two piñatas three weeks in advanced and they told me I was going to be able to pick up the piñatas two days before my son’s party.I paid the piñatas in advanced. I called the guy the day that I was supposed to pick up the piñatas and he didn’t answer so I left a voicemail and he called me back 2hrs after. When I asked him if I could pick up the piñatas he called me back and told me that the piñatas were not going to be ready until the day of the party. So the day of the party I tried to call him at 9:00am no answer. I called him more than ten times and he didn’t answer the phone. He texted me 3hrs after that the piñatas were ready. When we picked up the piñatas they were still wet and they had tones of staplers that when we filled them up we cut ourselves. Not buying from them never again. Very irresponsible..

What a wonderful store!!!! Needed a dinosaur piñata for a Sunday party, came in on Wednesday afternoon to look. He made us a BEAUTIFUL piñata- ready Saturday to stuff with candy. I will return, they also have tons of party supplies, numeric candles, candy, and all HANDMADE piñatas!!! (Around $30-$70)Thank you!!!!!

I rented a jumper for $120 but they DID NOT tell me that it was from 12 pm to 8 pm on the same day.But for $50 more I had to take it back to them my self.On top of that one of the chairs was broken

Excellent and on time - used them for my daughters bday.. they handmake their own pinadas,.. they took care of everything!!

They have piñatas in Novato and the people are nice.

I love their flexibility with the jumpers, their option of making the piñata you want, and their customer service
