Terrible experience with my Maserati. Primarily with the way they handle business. New management that changed the past couple of years was for the worst. Service manager was extremely unprofessional. He got physically upset for a warranty issue, then took so long that it fell outside of warranty. I just paid out of pocket so I would never have to do business with them again. ..the whole experience felt more fiat than it did Maserati. ..I travel longer distances for my services now, but couldn’t be happier.

When we decided to buy another Ferrari Mirsonia has been helping us look for the perfect car. We have received updates for several months from her on several excellent cars. In buying the 2014 California it was important for us to have a certified car and we wanted to work with Ferrari of San Francisco because of the trust we had with them from having our other Ferrari serviced there and due to the excellent relationship that we developed. Service department is the best! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Also high end cars rarely give discount in service, but this dealer is different, checkout there website and see there service specials, i think its worth it. After my lease was up on my GT Ron helped guide me on how to maximize the value in the car. His advice helped save me over 8k versus turning it in blind. Daniel stayed persistent with follow up on leasing a new GT. I was looking to try out another brand but Daniel worked closely with Shawn to put together a deal that was too hard to pass up. Awesome cars!!!, test drive was really fun, and salesmen are actually friendly and not snobby for what I expected from Marin County. Eric and Rayes helped us out, even when we drove up in a 2002 chip painted Honda, as I (6-6 tall, 300 lbs) crawled out limping and they didnt treat my wife and I any different from the Asians that drove up in a Mercedes.We shall definitely return again. Although I did not buy an Alfa Romeo, I was very pleased. I was treated kindly and was made feel comfortable from the beginning. Adis listened and took note of all the things we wanted. At the end I chose not to buy but it had nothing to do with the service or the manager (they were both great!) They were willing to make the deal happen I just wasnt ready to buy. I highly recommend this place. We visited many dealers that day and this one was by far the most fun and most enjoyable

I recently bought a CPOd Ferrari from Tom McAfee. It was one of the cleanest used cars Ive ever purchased, with no cosmetic or mechanical issues at all, and the buying experience was easy and quick. The dealerships remodel is beautiful and we were in and out very quickly, and on the road enjoying our new (to us) car!

I live in Monterey, about 2.5 hours from this dealership, they had the Maserati color combination that I was looking for. When I called the dealership,I talked to Larry and within 1/2 hour we had the deal finalized. Ron overnighted the documents that needed to be signed. On the delivery day it took Ron 5 minutes to go over the paperwork, then Larry went over the car explaining all the details of that particular model and I was on my way. This was one on the easiest and fasted transaction I ever did. Definitely worth the drive!

I had an amazing experience buying my Ferrari 488 GTB from Ferrari of San Francisco. The sales consultants and staff very friendly and made this out of state purchase very easy and smooth!
