This review is for the Tractor supply in Sandsprings ok.The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Anytime I need something carried to my vehicle all I have to do is ask and and it gets done. The store is clean and when they have baby chicks they are always looked after.The only issue I have is that they are often out of stock on dog food/cat food. However I am not sure if the employees even do the ordering, not going to blame them for the issue. If I ask about a product that is not on the shelf they always go back in the stock room and check for me.

Great store and employees. They went above and beyond to help me. I could not ask for more from a great group of people.

Tractor Supply is convenient for me and has a broad inventory of things I need. It is my favorite place to buy screws, nuts and bolts as it is all priced by the pound and organized to make it all easy to find. It is a much better deal than the home stores.

Great place to shop for Mothers Day! They have some really cute porch planters! Just fill with dirt and some pretty flowers! Leave enough room for mom to plant a few of her own! What a sweet surprise!! :)

They have the brands I love plus a lot of other choices on food. They also have a variety of hardware so I dont have to leave town. Its nice to have a 10 min trip vs. 1 hour to go to Tulsa and back. My only complaint would be they are always moving things around so Im always having to ask for help. They are always very courteous and helpful though.

They are always super helpful and very friendly here! Even though the drive is about 30 minutes for me to get there, it’s always worth it. The aisles are also always organized so I never have trouble finding things that I need!

UPDATE! Due to the response I received from Tractor Supply I am changing my review from a 2 start to a 5 star. They went farther than they had to to make things right with me, & would have done more if they would have felt I wasn’t satisfied. Very happy with Tractor Supply! END OF UPDATE! They say they carry certain things & you call to make sure they have it, & they say they don’t carry anything like that. When you tell them that you’ve seen it there before, or that it says that they have it online, you get reluctant, hold on, let me check. Then they come back to tell you that sure enough, they have some. Pitiful customer service.

Good store & good products, went with my niece to buy a gift for her grandpa and upon checking out the service was terrible. The chashier greeted the people infront of us, talked a bit, and even offered the guys boy a candy cane. Once it was our turn to check out, she didnt greet us, not a single word was said aside from the total, and she didnt offer my niece a candy cane. She also looked stunned after I kindly said, May you have a great night. Sounds petty but I genuinely think it was a race thing

This location is always kept clean. They have animal vaccines for your puppies. The prices are fair. Its easily accessible for handicapped customers. The staff are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to insure your needs are met.

This does not work for any metal use. I use on concrete or wood to seal. Lasts about 3 years then drys and cracks. Small projects for retention is ok. JB weld works for important bonding projects. I have seen the materials break before JB weld breaks.

The people were as helpful as possible but corporate only staffs 2 people at any given time (even weekends!). This seems a poor strategy for providing good customer service. In addition, it explains why more often than not I have to go hunt someone down in the stockroom to see if they have the feed Im needing in back stock. Its rarely on the shelf. Make no mistake, Im not criticizing the effort on behalf of the staff. They cant possibly operate the register, load out large items, unload semis, answer customers questions and keep the shelves stocked. Ridiculous!!

Pretty much what you would expect. Great place for farm stuff. Probably the cheapest place for animal food. Always my choice for dog food.

I rented a post hole driver for $7 dollars on the weekend. Made my gardening dilemma disappear! Great price and great service.

This is the tractor supply where I get my cat food and fish food. They have a good selection of feed and their prices are very reasonable considering that theyre in a highly populated strip center. I typically shop at the reasors nearby so its convenient for me to pick up animal and pet foods at this location.

Good place and friendly. Dont forget to ask for the 5 percent discount on bulk purchases. Go get your farm tax ID and save even more money. Go to your county treasurer office and fill out the paperwork.

The Tractor Supply store I went too in Siloam Springs Arkansas had the most helpful and friendliest staff of any of the Tractor supply stores Ive ever been to.

Very disappointed with this store, i was looking for a piece of chimney pipe so i went online to find one, this stores website said they had them in stock so i went to get it i ask where the chimney pipe was located and headed that way i found the shelf tag for what i was looking for but it was empty so i went and ask the lady at the checkout if she could have someone check if they had any she pulled it up on her computer and said it shows they have 4 in the store, she ask another lady to check the backroom for her ( i personally dont think the lady check the backroom seeing how it took her less than one minute to look) the lady said they must be out of stock on that item ( now Im thinking to myself your stores system shows you have them in stock, your website shows you have it in stock IF your system is off by that much HOW DO YOU OPERATE YOUR STORE? ) Very disappointed with this store and i havent nor do i plan on going back to any Tractor Supply store so beware if you find it online at a store and it shows the item in stock THAT doesnt mean that it will be😦😣.

Store clerk/cashier leaning on checkout stand when I came in, never stood up or moved to say Hi. I am finding this the usual when this teen is working. They were out of the food I needed. This store only seems to have one or two workers who even care about anything anymore.

Only 4 star because almost every visit to this store, I have to stand in a slow moving line waiting to check out. Would be 5 star otherwise. Its a nice, clean store and employees are very helpful.

I buy *All my Dog Food here ! I feed - 15 Dogs, from a Great Dane /Pitt mix @110 lbs.. to a 4 lb Chi-Pin ! They are Always Nice, Polite & Helpful with my 200 lbs of Food to Help me Load it! By the way Folks... I Feed 15 Babies of Every single kind, by Blending their Foods, for.... *Drumroll - *Pleassse .. for *Under $90.00 Bucks a Month ! Yes a ..Month! 😁

There was only one person that I could find working and he was checking people out. When I asked for some help to find a tractor belt was told I would just have to look at the packages. When I came back toward the register there were now 3 people sitting there doing nothing and no one offered to help. Find some place else to shop

I was in the back for 5 min or so with the bunnies that they got in I looked for a sign said no handling them there wasnt. We planned on getting one but did not do to the fact a lady was kinda rude when she said I couldnt touch them. I said there is no sign saying you cant she turned to the signs posted about no return on live animals and no handling poultry I said didny consider them poultry and continued on how Im sniffling which is allergies says Im sick im gonna pass it to the bunnies. Put your signs up correctly if dont want customers handling them I dont go into that store often as is.
