This place is on top of it! I was greeted promptly and the young man was very pleasant! My order came out it was perfect and I am sitting here watching these kids working together and its awesome, cheers to the manager at this joint!!

Sonic has good food and drinks. It seems to be consistent from Sonic to Sonic. We love the Cherry limeades during happy hour. We also loved the cheese sticks

Just like everything else this place is going down the drain. Got a jr burger and the bun itself was hard as a rock and cold. I microwaved it, starving and deciding to eat it anyway... couldnt. It literally was so hard even after microwaving that I didnt think it was actually safe to eat. Called them and someone said they would make sure to make it fresh. But MAAM.... WHY WASNT IT FRESH TO BEGIN WITH?? Im calling this in to the health department because it sounded like I was knocking on wood and I was knocking on a bun. These are in the kids meals. Do you check your kids food???? You should.

I like the people that work here they are nice however sometimes I dont understand how food can take so long. I never have a huge order, sometimes just a drink, and I end up waiting upwards of 15 to 20 minutes. The only reason I havent stopped going is because its convenient to my work place, but the wait times are making it more and more inconvenient. Really starting to not want to go here anymore. Its faster to drive up the street to the qt.

Courteous. Lots of sauce on a well put together burger. Condiments evenly spread without being sloppy. Its the little things.Love that crave sauce. Pretty sure its thousand island.

Their service has been over and over got worse than the time prior. Used the application to order 2 drinks, watched the employee make and place on the tray. Has to call the store to request the drinks be delivered. When my husband asked was there a problem the employee the response was well it’s a rainy day. It was not even raining and there were 7 employees just standing around talking and checking cellphones. Then when the employee that finally delivered our drinks said something to the other employees they all just stared at us. Very unprofessional and hope to never go back to this sonic again. Hope that I able to at least talk to a real manager

Ordered this like 30 minutes ago. Im very disappointed. What a waste of my time and also my money. I had to take two bites to notice what my chicken sandwich had on. The chicken tenders were cold. Check your food people and avoid places like this

They always have fast service even when they are busy. Very friendly and the breakfast burritos are delicious!!

I dont know how you can screw up a hamburger, but you did it sonic. It took 20 minutes to get my fast food and it sucked. Onion rings were soggy, cheese sticks were cold, shake was half melted, and I dont know what to say about the burger other than yuck. Good job at ruining a good place.

Stall menus dont work so you have to go one by one hoping you finally find ones that work. Someone always almost backs into me because of this. Takes absurdly long to receive food. Servers are always nice but its now faster to drive across river to Prattville Sonic and back.

This ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SONIC I HAVE EVER ATE AT!!! I have ate at many many Sonics and this time EVERYTHING was made to PERFECTION. The sandwich, onion rings and cream slushy were so DELICIOUS!! Cant wait to come back!!!

Sonic is an Oklahoma staple that is unique. Everyone should try a drive-in once in their life. I would consider the food just as good as any take-out. The service is hit and miss though. When its busy, service is not great. When its slow, its not to bad.

Food here is usually good, however our last visit people waited loner than 30 mins for a drink.

More times than not my Sonic experience in Sand Springs is pretty good but the last few times it was terrible. Between the car hops totally looking lost I had two different car hops show up at my car about 1 minute apart with the same drink trying to find the call in person. I set for 11 minutes at the speaker after I push the button waiting for someone to answer it and when they finally did answer ask me to hold. When your experiences are more often like this than not it might be time to start going somewhere else for a while.

Meh! Long wait in drive thru. You have a 50%chance of getting your order correct if u make a large order. Oh n BTW they dont use REAL MILK in the shakes..

First visit I waited 25 minutes for a milkshake. They also failed to mention they were out off straws. Americas drink stop but no straws? Second time we came in for 4 corndogs and 2 cherry limeaids. Waited 30 minutes AGAIN.

This place needs new management take 30 min to get food they get mad when you ask them whats taking so long I get they are short staffed and so is everyone around the world. One guy just sitting outside smoking while there is a line of ppl. Prattville location was 10× better. Dont go to sand springs location. They need to come n an get rid of lazy workers. And get ppl wanting to work.

This sonic is pretty good. Ive had problems before, but it seems like the staff have been replaced with new, nicer people. The food is fresh and made decently also. Not bad for sonic. The prices keep going up though. Thats my only issue. Theyre kinda starting to act like sonic is a nice restaurant. Its fast food and should be priced as such. That doesnt reflect on this particular store though.

One of the worst locations Ive ever been too. Always super slow, & thats IF they dont get your order wrong (both in person or from an online order).Their stalls are often closed with no indication it wont be services until after youve set there trying to get help.The food is mediocre at best.

Gave it 2 stars because there stalls screens or card reader is always broken! Good food tho!!

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and only ordered 1 meal. They came to the window twice in that time span and asked me what I ordered. Once I finically forget it after telling them twice what I ordered they got it wrong and the burger was way over cooked as well as the mozzarella sticks. Many people have shared their horrible experience about this sonic in particular and I advise everyone not to go to this sonic!.

Service was painfully slow. Bun on burger was dry and tough. Whats up with those NASTY pickles they use now? And who puts mayo and catsup on burgers? At least the drink was decent.

Took 5 minutes after it showed that someone was headed my way with my order. ALSO when there is a different burrito order from the other 2 wrap the different one differently so the customer can tell them apart.

I got a hot dog that was the nastiest dog I have ever had. It was hard & crunchy. I really have no words for it It was that bad.

Hamburgers didnt taste like the did in the past. The pickles they use now are gross. They need to bring back the watermelon slushy!!!!

They gave me the wrong type of Red Bull slushy and they forgot my onion rings and gravy with my chicken dinner box and they only gave me 2 tenders when I asked for 5… do better sonic this was awful service

Let me say I like sonic always have and will this sonic is not on point in my opinion multiple time the fries have been cold or under cooked to me any way witch I dont need to being with but ordered a crunch wrap with bacon today and no bacon it gets worse like the tomatoes in it there were just the edges and stringy and the chicken was more crust than meat should have took a pic but in all fairness they are probably over worked under payed

12 minutes in a drive thru for breakfast burritos. 3 . They make a batch of pre scrambled egg and sausage. So that should have been ready along with their pre fried bacon. No took 12 minutes to get my food. Then I HAVE TO ASK FOR A RECIEPT!?!? so that took another 3 minutes. If I was in town for work I would not/ever go here.

The order taker was unfamiliar with the menu. She needed more training. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard. For some reason you guys dont allow that. So I asked her to hold the ranch. She stated it did not come with ranch which it does. When the order arrived I got what appeared to be cut up Chechen nuggets with ranch. Carhop was nice and helpful.

The staff here are really friendly and quick to get good orders out. If something is wrong just notify staff about it and they take care of it if its reasonable. Overall the food and service is good in both respects. The ice cream, shakes and blasts especially are really good and Id always recommend them.
