Got to meet up with My sister Gayle for coffee on our last day in the Orlando area. The Mall was just opening & we were able to be the first to get some much needed coffee.The place was very cozy and clean.Our coffee was on point. We even took Chloe for some training to be a Therapy Dog in Jacksonsville.Great place to spend some time with my sister.This place is owned by a Lt. from Seminole County Sheriff Office, please support the cause of the Manicure Movement.

This place is real cute, and in the mall. They have great coffees, teas, desserts, etc. I ordered the spinach avocado, and added chicken. The salad as u can see was visually appealing, but not so yummy. It was missing something, oh I know Avacados, I literally only saw 3 tiny pieces that were overly ripe. The dressing wasnt original it was some Kraft type thing, and the chicken tasted like the frozen chicken pieces u can microwave. I would not recommend this salad. Nonetheless the desert I had made up for it. Its a white chocolate cheesecake with raspberry filling. So bomb!

Nice place to stay while waiting to board our ship. Breakfast wasnt the best but your around the corner from other eateries.

Boston Coffeehouse is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area. Better coffee than Starbucks in my opinion. My favorite is the frozen Nutty Irish Lady and I definitely recommend.

Their coffee and smoothies are always great. Tasty sandwiches and desserts too.

This is the place to go for the best keto donuts. Hubby and by I were in the areas when I by suggested we try this coffee shop. Im so glad I did. The keto donuts were excellent. My husband who eats real donuts even liked this keto donut. Said it was just as good as a real one. It was so good he ate almost half of it. Although its not pictured hubby and I bought flavored coffee. I ordered something with mint. I cant remember what he ordered. I found mine too sweet. ( But this was because I havent had a sugary coffee in years) Hubby like his and mine too. So if youre in the area and youre on keto, go get yourself a donut or two from this place. If youre not, go try the coffee. You know its worth it if a tea drinker (Hubby) likes the flavored coffee from there.

I really like this coffee house! I know normally people go to Starbucks but this is a great alternative if you want to try something different. Such great choices to choose from such a nice ambience, really really really think that you would enjoy this. Its a nice dark vibe in there, everything smells really nicely, they have more than enough seating, so you would really enjoy yourself. Seems like such a nice place to go to during the holidays. Go enjoy a cup of coffee at Boston Coffee House you wont regret it.

The coffee here is excellent. The breakfast egg cheese on a bagel very tasty and satisfying. The lunch sandwiches are good. Nice place to unwind . Not the kind usually seen in a mall . Very cozy atmosphere

The menu was the same as Deland Boston c h, but there was a distinct difference in attitude and service. Deland Boston c h Is far and away the best. We asked if they were owned by the same people which they are not. Wont go there again

This place is absolutely wonderful. The new owners have completely turned this place around. The food choices are amazing. Everything Ive had has been very delicious and fulfilling. Coffee choices are fantastic as well. They go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. They take pride in what they do and it shows through their service and quality of food.

Cute coffee shop in the mall. I wish I had time to order breakfast, as they serve some stuff that sounds really delicious, but all I had time for was coffee. Coffee was great, service was fast and friendly, and all of the patrons in the shop looked like they were really enjoying their food.

I usually get the Yankee Doodle frozen whenever Im here but this time I decided to try something new and got the Irish Eyes R Smilin frozen and was not disappointed. It was great! I may just order it again next time!

I had their keto coffee, it was very good! I enjoyed it alot. I didnt give 5 stars because the employees arent friendly, theyre rude but not very welcoming. I always feel a little awkward when Im served there (Starbucks is always very friendly). A smile goes a long way.

Ok, let me start by saying I LOVE Boston Coffee. I used to frequent the one in DeLand, but you can never find a place to sit. I was so happy when they put one in the mall. I love just sitting, eating, drinking my coffee and just people watching. We even go for a “second dinner” on Black Friday! It’s a very welcoming place. I look forward to mall trips just so we can go to Boston Coffee!:) BUT- it seems like every time I come and the owner is not there, it’s a mess. There is NEVER soup. I mean, lunch time and no soup? I don’t get it..... I also get the gourmet grilled cheese, and the bread is sometimes so hard, I can’t even bite into it. The place runs completely different when the owner is not there.

So I asked Oh, when do you close? She replied at 6:00pm but we want to get out of here for NYE. So I looked at my watch and saw it was only 5:15pm.Now, I would understand if it was 10 minutes to close but 45 minutes you are going to close the kitchen? For a sandwich? Anyways, I canceled my hot chocolate order. Businesses should honor their closing time and services they provide.Its not like she said We are closing early at 5:30pm because it is NYE. (In that case, I would understand it being 15 minutes to close.)Now, my mom in law said her Cocoa Mocha coffee was delicious and way better than Starbucks. My hubby said his Cappuccino was just fine, not great.Honest but fair review.UPDATE 5:44pmI cannot believe what just happened. As the 4 of us are sitting at our table with the coffees and talking, the same employee comes up to our table and tells us Im sorry but we are getting ready to close and we want to mop up. So I looked at may watch, which read 5:44pm, and said Dont you close at 6:00pm? She said Yes but we want to mop up. At this point I was confused so I asked You mean youre kicking us out? She said Well I want to mop the floor now because we want to get home to our families. And I said Thats okay, you can mop around us. She replied Well Im just letting you know and stormed off. Her tone and demeanor was not to inform but rather order us to leave. By then we were all put off and left.By the way, I am in town with my husband visiting my in-laws for the holidays and none of us will ever patronize that establishment again because they do not know how to treat their customers.

We went to the coffee house on a Saturday at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The tables were all littered with junk and even the coffee station was a terrible mess. I won’t go to Starbucks anymore because they are way too liberal and nasty to American patriots! Therefore, we went to this coffee house. When our coffees came out cold they quickly offered to make us another fresh hot batch of coffee. I was surprised they were making the coffee fresh as they had been pumping and old tall container that looked almost empty when we arrived. The new coffee tasted average and we both had a medium cup. My husband had regular coffee Columbian and I had pumpkin spice. The coffee shop was set up really cute but it was way too messy as you can see in the pictures. They needed to have somebody going around straightening while the other three working there waited on customers that is my advice. It was an average coffee experience but better than Starbucks at Starbucks is not helping America!

Cute coffee shop located on the lower level of the mall, great place to take a break from shopping and enjoy a nice coffee and a sweet treat. Better than Starbucks, in my opinion, and staff at this location was very friendly with me. Ill admit I can be a tricky customer sometimes, especially with coffee, because I generally dont know what I want when I visit a new place. I like to ask baristas what their favorite drinks are, and this particular woman immediately listed her three favorites, describing each one. I asked her to surprise me, and ordered a large, and I was not disappointed. Next time I go, Ill have to ask the name of it, but it was something minty and chocolatey. Fantastic!

Waited for nearly 15 minutes for two bagels. The bagels were warm, but not toasted at all. The cream cheese to bagel ratio is ridiculously too much.

This is my explanation of two star rating. I have tried Boston Coffee House 4 times now. My wife would probably say three to many We nvee seem to have everything at tge?same time. Cold coffee or missing food items . Sometimes its clean but cant get service and other days just the opposite has happened. I wanted a new place to relax and enjoy a hot cup of Joe

Theres something to be said for freshly Blended and brewed coffees. Even better than the competition.

When you order a hot drink it would be nice if it was actually hot. When its not I dont want it microwaved I would like for them to redo it and apologize for the inconvenience. At least they didnt give me my money back without an issue.

I like their lunch menu just fine--Im into soups and sandwiches. Thats probably the main reason I go here. Im totally not into coffee but I appreciate good tea. The last time I went here I purchased a bag of loose-leaf, black breakfast tea. I took it home and made a gallon of iced tea but, oh my gosh, it was SOOOOO bitter! I tried another batch, this time steeping only for 4-5 minutes but again, too bitter to drink. I have decided their tea is really crappy and I wont be getting my loose-leaf from this place. Ive decided to rate them 3 stars overall, three stars for the food, but only ONE star for their poorly-stored and bitter tea.

Went in for brunch. Waited 10-15 mins and was not acknowledged by anyone. There were three girls behind the counter and not one of them came and asked our order. We got up and left.
