AVOID THIS STORE! Sanford isnt among the best places to be, and this store holds true to that moniker. The cashier was quite inept and needed constant attention. While dealing and interacting Shawn the Food & Beverage Manager at this store, his attitude and demeanor did nothing to credit him as being labeled as a manager. His attitude, not only towards me but other customers, was very discourteous and rude. The gentleman is extremely ratchet and in need of further customer service training. It would definitely be a credit to Wawa to terminate his employment and deny him of any unemployment benefits.

Wawa is 1 of the #1 gas stations around the food puts them over the top. fresh cooked food at an awesome price the employees are fast friendly helpful and efficient the only other gas station I go to is shell

I like Wawa, its a good place if looking for non-ethanol for yuard equipment.The problem they face is rude shoppers who abandon their vehicles at the pump to order a sandwich.I now limit when I go there.Never lunchtime!

Drink machines are broken more then they work. Good Luck getting ice. This wawa has just so many problems. Avoid

10am March 23rd. Management please review. Sure didnt expect to be shouted at out of nowhere then laughed at by the same person for responding according after being yelled at by cashier. All I did was go to check out. This should be considered a serious issue as no one should have to work with or be helped by someone who thinks its okay to abuse people.

What is wrong with this location? I have worked at Wawa for 3 years (not this location) and this customer service continues to be the worst. Customers have been allowed to come in with no masks unlike other Wawa locations where you are stopped at the door and offered one. I ordered a large chicken noodle soup and I kid you not when I got home, 5 noodles, all broth. I will just have to drive further out to get better service.

I have loved this place because it has a great team and great food.Recently went in saw some people with out mask inside the store advised the manager and although there was a sign on the door enforcing you must wear a mask.The manager didnt do anything about it.Now I dont trust going into the store.

Quality of Wawa had gone down. Bathrooms were a mess with toilet paper all around. Floors looked a bit dirty/were sticky.

The overnight crew needs more training. Everytime I go to this location between the hours of 11pm - 4am is never been a good experience. Food made sloppy with no care, coffee is old or empty. But the morning to evening crews are always on point.

Today on my lunch break I went to this wawa like I do often. I ordered a turkey and cheese sub and got a meatless cheese and lettuce sub.

This was my first time in this WAWA and what a pleasurable experience. We stopped to get a sandwich and were surprised they had a kitchen and made food to order. I was not sure how things worked and asked an employee if they had egg sandwiches. Her name was Bernice and she immediately stopped what she was doing and walked with me to the kiosk. She then went through the entire system explaining the choices and how to order. I was able to order and went up to pay. Bernice was there and she knew I was with a handicap person and so she took my receipt and went to get the sandwiches for us. What a wonderful experience. Bernice defines customer service. We ate our sandwiches outside and one of their comfortable tables surrounded by beautiful floral displays. My sister would have missed her plane if Id had to try to figure out how to order on my own. Thanks Bernice for going that extra mile. What a great place this is!

I love going to Wawa! Their hoagies are delicious, you can enjoy it in the outside areas as well. I can always count on the gas I’m putting in my vehicle when I get it from Wawa. Also, its so convenient to be to put free air in my tires. I don’t know any other gas station that does that. This location is always clean and friendly. Cant complain about this one.

Convenient to 417 Toll, this Wawa was clean and busy. But I didnt have to wait long for my milk shake (so good) or to check out. Staff was friendly. The store is well organized. Because its Wawa you know where to expect to find things. This Wawa will probably become a regular stop on our Orlando adventures.

4 stars. Only a gas station with decent fresh alternative food. Just beware if one is on their lunch break- they get backed up quick and you can easily wait 15-25 minutes for your food.

Great place for a morning toasted bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Not a sandwich person but the bowls are good, for something microwaved. Love the options of coffee, tea and smoothies. They are open 24hrs. They have hot food and coffee and most of the time gas is cheap. They also have coupons and a reward card.

Came in to buy a coffee on my way to work. I was the only one in line to pay and the girl behind the counter was to busy talking to the employee to cash me out. Once she finished her conversation she then aknowledged my existence but never said sorry, never said hi, never said have a nice day. And to top off my feeling of being an inconvenience to her, she didnt even have shoes on. A place that serves food and beverage....pretty sure thats a health code violation. Tossed my coffee in the garbage. I wont be going to this Wawa again.

Great location and convenient sandwiches and drinks taste great and are made fresh and personalized. They have limited time offers for great prices no apps needed like 7-eleven.

You go to Wawa, no matter why then your hungry start yelling. Could choose a lot of different customized foods. I just love it.

Very nice Wawa with everything youd expect. Only reason this isnt 5 stars is because the music was far too loud. The gas pumps were ear piercing, and it was so loud inside you couldnt even hear the person next to you or the cashier.Turn the music down and its 5 stars.

The managers and all of the staff are always in a good mood, the food is great, and gas is cheap. Now because of that they are ALWAYS busy! Thats annoying but no fault of Wawas, that just shows how great it all is. My only complaint is that they hire young kids that mess up orders or have no idea what youre talking about (even simple matters).

Place is really good but there are some employees there are very but very rude and disrespectful. One of those employees name is Lashaundra she is a cashier and she doesnt belong to that place.I call Wawa Corporate Office and they told me will reprimand that woman.I hope she learns how to respect customers.Send her to clean the toilets. Thats a job for her.

2017 May 31st Wednesday I brought my hot oatmeal with cranberries for breakfast I cant help but notice for the last 3 weeks minimum going by to April 2017 everytime I come into the store store manager and others employ here has been very noticeable that Im being watched my every move and each time observe employees whispering with each other after walking away paying for my purchases are from the sandwich area where I purchase my Wawa meals I do not understand whats up with this I am a paying customer I am a reward Wawa member I have the Wawa app on my phone I have uploaded Monies I have paid for my meals gas and other Wawa products to my Wawa app I find the behavior of these employees here from managerial down to hourly people very unwarranted thats why I give them a two star as I leave as I make my order I am being called by my first name which I never gave anyone permission to address me by my first name since I have not been treated very cordial here at this location I only use it because it is convenient location

Air pump is broken. It takes twice as long and puts twice as much air in your tire. I dont know how this is even possible. I have TPMS sensors in all of my Pirelli tires.

SOOOOO glad theyre finally in this area!For their opening, corporate should have pulled more people from other stores to assist in the madhouse. Took 30 minutes to get a free coffee. If its free, there should be a person with a clicker (tracking the number of cups dispensed) waving you out the door if thats the only thing youve got, instead of making you stand in line for 30 minutes so the register can record that 1 free coffee was dispensed.I understand that you have to track inventory, but a clicker with a designated coffee manager is easier those first two or three days. Yes, you had a coffee person. That person was swamped replacing supplies while also making the espresso coffee. That was outright unfair of you guys to put ALL of it on her on her own *on opening day*.If you offer free coffee again, do it smarter, not harder. Clicker devices are like $5, and you cant change a first impression if that impression is an insanely crowded and disorganized store.Please fix this; you are still my favorite convenience store and gas station and I hate to see people get a bad taste in their mouth from such a fantastic brand.

This is my 1st time at wawa, I got a Caramel latte. I was very satisfied of how fast their service was. The staff were very friendly, which I usually dont expect tbh.

Great location, great staff, great coffee, great subs. This place is within walking distance for me. If theres one thing I could say I didnt like is excessive wait for subs to be finished. But thats being nit picky and doesnt happen often. Also offers low gas prices, compared to the rest of the area.

I have nothing but good feeling for this place. During the hurricanes last year, Wawa was the only store that had gas. They made every effort to get it to their stores. Also the staff are very friendly. Be warned it gets busy in the morning.
