Whenever I get a chance to work from home, I stop by at this location about 3 times a week. I love the atmosphere and the location. The employees are nothing but kind to me although the drinks are pretty basic, not really worth the price they advertise. I think the environment and the employees make up for the high price. Overall, great place to study or work!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO LOGICAL ORGANIZATION WHEN BUSY! I got to Foxtail waited a few minutes to place my order. Yes, they were busy so I decided to take some videos so I can promote them on social media and in this video you can also see how long the line got after I placed my order. Logically, it would make sense to make your customers order based on time stamps so they dont get upset waiting for so long and see the people after them receive their drinks first. I ordered two simple Coraditos. The staff here did not care about WHEN I placed my order but more about the 20+ people after me who got their drinks first. Rude! They have no system in getting the drinks out. They literally make whatever they want when they want. Literally by the time I got my order the was NO line. How is it probably 20 drinks were given to other customers before mine?? The worst part is I ordered two Corditos. Its much less time consuming and complicated than all the other drinks they handed out. Managers need to train their staff to hand out drinks based on the time it was ordered not based on whatever their staff feels like making next. I have a video of the entire line GONE and only after that did they give me my drinks and BROKEN BAGEL sandwich. Like I said, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ORGANIZATION! Yes, its busy but figure out a logical system to not upset your customers by serving the customers that ordered after them first.

Now this place is nice. The seating is great. And I just ordered a cold brew with nothing in it and the taste is amazing. The Barista named Cayman was super nice and informative while I was placing my order. He was also very patient with me because initially I was confused.At the end of the day, “it’s a dope spot “.Plus, the flavor of this cold brew Is truly one of a kind. So what are you waiting on? Go on and get you some.

The nitro cold brew coffee was delicious but I was really impressed with the pastries. I wanted to try every single one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and there is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Great local spot.

There’s just something about this coffee that’s different. It has a crisper taste with notes of caramel. I can’t get enough. Cool atmosphere and great staff who are just happy to see you. I can go no less than twice per week or I crave it so badly! Great local business.

I go here quite often to meet up with friends and have a chat over some coffee. This is such a great location. I usually get a vanilla latte and it’s good every time. I will say that cell phone reception is rather poor here but they have WiFi that’s really quick. So it works out quite nice. The outdoor patio is really nice as well with plenty of seating. I recommend visiting to grab a coffee and hang out with some friends or come alone and pop your headphones in. It’s a good environment for either.

The atmosphere was inviting by the looks, but the service was definitely lacking. I walked in the door and not one batista (out of the 3) looked up and acknowledged me nor any smiles when eye contact was made. The product alone will not set a business apart from others, but more importantly the service the customer receives. I was very disappointed, I ordered a cold brew with extra half and half and barely any cream was added. We are coffee lovers and just recently moved to the Lake Mary area, maybe we will try it again and hopefully receive a different experience. This time very disappointed 😞

I will start by saying that I am not a coffee drinker, so if you are looking for a review on their coffee I am not the review you should be reading. I did however have a delicious donut and loved the design of both the interior and exterior of the building. The staff was incredibly kind and I was able to get some work done thanks to free wifi and have been back for several meetings.

Great local coffee shop located conveniently near the Lake Mary work and living centers. Plenty of parking, right off International Parkway. Both indoor (power outlets) and outdoor (covered) seating/tables with lots of space. Good coffee and drinks with breakfast type food items.

We had the cortado (no sugar) and the cortadito (with sugar) with a fresh croissant and both were to our expectation. Awesome place

Went here to try some place new. Upon going inside we was stared at like the circus arrived. The coffee was fairly priced for the size but wasnt tasteful. Ill stick to Starbucks.

Really nice little coffee shop! The workers are super sweet and were very busy. The food was fresh and tasty. I love that they support local artists products in the shop. I saw this funny how to wear your mask in the shop. I love it🤣

I took my mother for the first time to Foxtail and she loved it! We were too excited to try the vegan banana bread that we dug in first before the picture... and yes it was super flavorful and yummy. Caramel lattes were also delicious (one with almond milk on the right). I love that Foxtail has grown to many locations!

This was my first time at Foxtail and it was awesome! I had a caramel latte and it was just as delicious as it was beautiful. The establishment was clean and it was a great atmosphere to sit and chat with an old friend. Definitely recommend!

My initial thoughts of their coffee... its amazing! I 100% reccomend this to anyone who likes coffee. The quality is incredible and the coffee itself tastes absolutely awesome. The place is clean and spacious and a great place to go and study. Its also very close by to many stores and the mall so I definitely reccomend everyone to try this.

Best cappuccinos in the Central FL area. I love all coffee shops and I refuse to pick a favorite. I love Foxtail for quality caffeinated beverages. The employees are great too because they always greet customers right away and always with a smile, which goes a long way and makes the coffee taste that much better.

Better than Starbucks. They could be better about customer service but, the coffee was so worth it! I got a cold brew with cream and I savored every sip. I actually felt a little sad when it was gone. They are right next to my hair stylist so i will definitely be back! Wish there were more of them around.

Coffee is good; however a little pricey. $12 for 2 iced lattes. Service was quick. Indoor and outdoor seating was nice. Outdoors is a breezeway so even in the Florida heat it was comfortable. Ill definitely find myself visiting more to enjoy a cup of coffee and read outside at a table.

Foxtail is a little off the mainstream path giving the burbs a great coffee shop without all of the congestion and clutter. A much more open and brighter concept than I’m use to at coffee houses.I ordered a large Ethiopian blend, cold brew and was pleased. It cost $6, which I thought was a little pricey, for 24oz. Given the location, it is the better option around aside from Starbucks and McDonald’s. I like the local flare and trying something unique so this was a good choice.

Id be the first to admit Im a Starbucks kind of guy and its rare for me to go elsewhere. That said, I do appreciate a local/smaller coffee shop or chain from time to time. Theres a certain appeal to walking into a place that people come to just to come to and this new location of foxtail is just that. Ive been in here a few times now and its definitely a place that I feel I can sit down for a while with a friend and have a nice chat over coffee or tea. True you can do that at a Starbucks but its a better feeling at a smaller locale/chain. The coffee and tea they serve here isnt bad either so overall its got my vote and Ill continue to return.

I think this shop has the best cold press coffee in town. My son loves their assortment of teas. They have food which looks amazing but I havent had a chance to try them yet!

Nice place with friendly staff. Inside as week as patio seating. Great coffee. Shared a quiche and some donut holes. Food tasty but not inexpensive. Our second time there.

Not bad but not amazing. My Caramel Coffee tasted a little watery and no real flavor to the coffee itself. I love caramel coffee but the caramel flavor they use was not very Carmel tasting, instead it gave the coffee a diet-y taste. They charge .75 to add any flavor so 2 coffees and 1 small pre-made egg sandwich was $19. For that price I would have expected something better than WaWa or Dunkin but I dont really feel that is what it was. Not bad but not enough to change me from getting my coffee elsewhere everyday over Foxtail. It is good here and there but still feel it is a bit watery, and overpriced. Place was nice and clean inside. Staff are great.

The Lake Mary location is very obnoxious about mask wearing. They tell you to wear a mask even while sitting at your table. They say you can pull your mask down to take a sip of your coffee. I’ll never be back.

Maybe I went on an off day but the cashiers personality was very stand offish. My coffee tasted really sour and the pastry I ordered just wasn’t good. I wouldn’t come again.

Talk to Griffin behind the counter. Let him know what your feeling like and he will whip you up something you never knew you needed. Live a little. Step away from your routine for a moment and enjoy something you didnt know you needed!

Staff is always super nice. Parking is never an issue. Seating is a bit limited inside but have a number of available spaces outside under a covered area.

As a huge Foxtail fan, I was psyched when I heard they were opening a location in Sanford. However, upon visiting on the ‘Grand Opening’ day, our experience was a disappointment. Staff were inexperienced and overwhelmed, which led to our order being missed and a 30min wait, despite my following up twice. The coffee was terrific, as expected, but the service left much to be desired. I’m putting it down to opening day jitters and I’m willing to give them a second chance.

Just ordered from foxtail via Uber eats and never againAn over four dollar cappuccino came In a tiny cup with absolutely no froth so it wasn’t a cappuccino. I asked for sugar got none none and none was in the bag ordered a breakfast sandwich which was pretty bad And stale, i asked for some ketch-up again got nothing I can’t believe I spent $20 for a terrible coffee and sandwich, I will stick to Starbucks

One of my favorite coffee shop

We came here very excited not having to travel all the way to Altamonte but left beyond disappointed. The establishment looks beautiful and very peaceful, but staff was not too knowledgeable on the coffee. But what made it worse was to find out that the sandwiches were PREMADE!! I was looking forward to that fresh sandwich, but that you will not find here. Back to Altamonte I go!
