Very disappointed in customer care here. I have been getting my medication refilled here for months, and was 1 day short of a doctor visit and refill. I asked them as a courtesy if they would please advance me 1-3 days of medication until my refill came in, as going off the medication for one day makes me feel unwell. The Pharmacist Milca Simon said flat out NO I asked again as a kind courtesy, and she still said no. After speaking with my Doctor he said the pharmacy absolutely could have advanced me no problem, they just did not want to deal with it.I have changed pharmacies to CVS - and when I called to tell them this very issue they replied with We will have it ready for 15 minutes for youNever again with this Walmart Pharmacy.
Top notch service. The pharmacist is a kind and easy to talk to kind of guy.
