This place is totally awesome. No matter what gaming system youre looking for Mike has it or hell get it for you. And the game selection is crazy off the wall 🧱 he has so many games to choose from. I only get my games from Mike because the prices are hard to beat and hes willing to work with you on prices as well. I highly recommend his shop to everyone because theres something for everyone.

Its a great place for people who are into gaming and things to do with gaming, for me Im not so much into that stuff, but the people were nice and welcoming and the store was clean and organized, and prices were fair.

Fantastic selection of old games, systems, peripherals, vintage stuff, posters, books, collectables--you name it! If you are tired of Game Stores that consist of nothing more than a sad, sad shelf with 5 dusty Madden 199X N64 cartridges then give SG&C a try. Great location in the heart of Sanford, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going back!

Not only were the staff knowledgeable of the products but they were very accommodating and so kind to my little girl. They gave us a great deal and made sure we got we came in looking for. It can be really hard to find vintage games in Maine, but this place really has anything you could ask for. Not only that, but the owner is very friendly and willing to work with you.

Guy posts his hours online and on the storefront and is always closed during said hours. Why have a shop when you’re always closed? Who runs a business that way? I’ve been trying to go to his store and it is always closed, despite the hours saying otherwise. No thanks. I’ll take my business to someone who actually tuns their shop.

First time going in to this store. I asked allot of questions aboit hos snes and other game systems. And he provided excellent cunstomer service and product knowledge i left without buying anything but then ended up going back the same day and buying the legends of zelda a link to the past. A Diamond in the rough. I, like some old salty fishermen hate giving away the locations of my favorite spots...but on the other hand I really want Mikes (the owner/operator)buisness to grow and to become the iconic place he dreams/knows it will be. Its rare to step into any business and be as welcomed and well treated as when you walk in there. Prices are always more than fair and you its not just you buying from a store but instead buying from someone who is just as passionate about what he sells as those who are on the other side of the register. Places like this are rare and need to be treasured and kept around. So go in, look around and dont be afraid to ask questions or share your collecting passions.

This shop is a go to destination for any retro gaming needs, as well as collectibles and all things nostalgia. Ive personally been in here about a dozen times, and never leave empty handed. Anything from NES games and consoles to the occasional D&D minis. Overall, one of my personal favorites for niche gaming needs.
