Shelves were stocked ok. Store parking lot dirty but shopping inside was fine

This is one of the older Winn-Dixie stores still left in Central Florida. For example, there is not a pharmacy in house. If you dont mind embracing the 80s this is not going to bother you and it does not me. What does is the fact that it is minimally staffed and therefore has fairly long waits in line during more popular shopping times. Not uncommon with most retailers yet it feels more pronounced at this store.

Store is needs updating / cleanliness is not their forte. Decent selection cheap prices friendly workers

Very poorly maintained.. disappointment during visit. Recommend inspecting product dates if elect to shop for groceries here. Yogurt was about a month past expiration date in two different areas of the shop and packaged Pancetta was clearly brown in tint. ..became concerned with all items being purchased here and why they were not being turned and or removed from rotation. ..may require more thorough Department Manager inspections if actually available. ..store appeared like they were either. looking or lost a handful of employees.Those displaying effort working there earned stars, store and Management operation team does not...can only imagine the impact this has on overall neighborhood appearance and community.

Although I seemed to pick-up more than I originally went shopping for... I was extremely happy because my family and I were able to find EVERYTHING we needed. I went home, cooked, and received awesome reviews.😁😎 Did I mention that, I found what I needed? No substitutions... made all the difference. Having great sale on meat right now. Being a newly remodeled store its nice to Walk into. Easy to find item makes it a better experience as well. Customer service is normally willing to help with a smile if needed except today the blonde on seafood didnt act to happy about helping or having a jobI was disappointed in that area yet all in all Id go back and have already

Dirty, hardly and fresh cut produce damaged floors

Some great people and some not so much, not very well stocked, not a happy work environment but its just groceries

Always has what I am looking for. Good meat prices. Nice produce, however, sometimes can be pricey.

Not crowded, staff was nice. I like the split half way down the isle, it’s super convenient. Lots of parking in a cool part of the city.

Found everything I needed and it was priced fairly. I required assistance to my vehicle and the cashier was very gracious and helpful

Great friendly people. Lots of great products you dont find in other stores. Great place to shop. Be careful in the parking lot though, I dont ever feel safe in the parking lot.

I love the fruit section you dont have to ripen it like you do it Walmart

This is a neighborhood store, and they do a good job.

This store is awesome has transformed from a 1/2 star to a whooping 5 star shoping experience, a couple of transformations had to take place. First of all corporate had to give the managing staff some respect ... And invest money to improve qualty of display.. In which they finally did... From the Store management team to the stock personnel there is a huge amount of pride going on... What really works is the store managers frequently work side to side with there team, they treat there employees with respect... GREAT JOB EVERYBODY.

Needs updating all around.Some really great deals but double check yr receipt before leaving to make sure that Buy 1 Get 1deal showed up. Only 50% chance it did. Some nice staff, some not. I only go for sales on Sodas, coffee, dog food etc.

Good except I couldnt find the gluten free bread, didnt see any in the frozen bread section of the freezer isles. I dont shop at Winn Dixie much because it hasnt been the convenient grocery store, but Ive moved so I might be going there now IF they have Gluten Free stuff.

It was New Years day, and there were only 2 cashiers working, and both lines were long. One of the two cashiers I noticed while waiting either was tired from a long shift, or just wasnt personable. It was a transactional experience like going thru the self serve isle. The gentleman didnt speak, just rang up my groceries, and that was it. I witnessed both me and the customer in front of me receive the same. Maybe stocking shelves would be a better fit, because being in sales and customer service myself, Ive learned they go hand in hand, so if you dont really want to deal with customers, then another opportunity may be better in another department.

They need to update and remodel this one like they have others, and they would have more business

Not my favorite Winn Dixie. The staff is pretty friendly though. I sometimes find the meat section lacking. The beef esp. Went in 3 weeks ago and couldnt find any sirloins or strips. Just ribeyes, and cut much too thin for me. Its a decent store. I especially like the registers at winn Dixie. Its very easy to see each item, the price and your total. I wish every store made it that easy. Love the sales and the points I earn. Another shout out to the staff, they really are very nice.

No Electric car so I could not go in I Cant walk very much I go there 3 or 4 days a week and have the same problem

The store is clean and the staff are very very kind. The prepared food is REALLY good because theres like 5 grandmothers in that kitchen daily. And no Im actually not joking. If you cant get dinner for the family cooked in enough time, go there and purchase their family dinner and you will not be sorry. Flame kissed (baked) chicken is straight from heaven!!!!!

It looks clean but the food odor is heavy. Prices are not as great as they claim. You need a card to get the sale prices. I am sticking with publix and trader joe

Excellent customer service and good selection of items that I would not expect (organic items, sustainable cleaning products, etc) for a very good price. Have been shopping here for years and have never walked in and not been greeted by genuinely kind people.

Its okay. I dont like that they no longer have a pharmacy, or that you can only get prepackaged stuff from their bakery. The staff has never been unfriendly though, so they have that going for them.

Very clean store

The aisles are clean and roomy. Store is spacious with a great variety and theres usually sales on a lot of the items you need. The staff being friendly add to the experience. The experience feels more personal than other supermarkets and gives you that nostalgic feeling you get from Historic Sanford in general.

Not near the selections of items compared to other Winn Dixies in nearby towns. Have to go to Publix a lot for recipes that call for items out of the typical meat and potato meals.

Shelves kind of empty. But that means they are selling food. Take a few lesskns from the Oviedo Store...But its good in here the atmosphere is great in this store.

Everyone in the store is very nice. I tried the Fried Chicken from the deli and it was awesome. They have a lot of bogo deals. However, I feel that their prices are a bit high.

I normally dont shop Winn Dixie but I was in a hurry. This one was quite a bit better than some and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I dislike all the cards for getting the price on the add when it isnt cheaper than others without cards.

I totally LOVE my local Winn~Dixie! We have the best deli, best wings, best produce and THE best meat department hands down. The Sanford Winn~Dixie managers and staff rock. Super clean store. Never have to wait and always friendly.

Employee including management are very friendly and helpful.The store is clean and products are displayed nicely.I eat a lot of pork products. Most packaged products are Smithfield. They are a China owned company, and I dont buy anything owned by China. So if I need pork products I have to go elsewhere.

Winn Dixie is not one of my go to grocery stores because of the prices. I only shop here when I don’t want to drive out to Walmart and then I only buy what’s on sale. Prices are too high! The customer service is good, the managers are always greeting the customers with a smile.
