I started my first day of work I liked it the people are all very nice.

I worked at Moen 2 years or so ago and when I tried to go back in February they said I can’t come back because I was always late when I wasn’t. I came back from break late ONCE the few months I was there because I accidentally fell asleep. Not one person on my department woke me up someone from another apartment did. I was always there an hour to 2 hours early before my shift sitting in the front break room to make sure I wasn’t late. That place wasn’t a team they were all there for themselves and I’m not about that. I usually don’t right reviews like this but when a place lies on me I have to let it out.

Worked there 17 years. My house burned down 12/21/20. Then they fire me for forgetting to clock in. Pay was good had good benefits but they need to replace management they have no feelings for you if you are a certain race. They are a sorry company to work for. Would not recommend anyone to go and work there. They are cold hearted people. Tried to contact plant manager would not take my call would not return my call. Need to shutdown cant do no better than that.

I don’t know if you would call this a review or not. Either way it’s cool. It’s nearly 3 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon . October 5 2019 to be exact . I’m having trouble with a Moen product, look online, Moen manufacturing a hop skip and a jump from my home. Carthage. Wasn’t who I needed to be talking to as far as parts goes but the Nice lady Working Security gave me the right phone number. Didn’t take long, she didn’t have to do it. It was just one person being nice to another person and there’s not enough of that going on these days. Just figured I’d throw that out there. Happy October everybody!WBW II, Carthage North Carolina

Great pay. Good place to work.

Im not happy with HR at all. Over an hour and a half ago I called to talk to my husband to let him know our 1 year is having trouble breathing and no call back yet. It didnt help when the lady picked up had attitude and then ask me two times is it a emergency.
