I was looking for vitamin shop and google it found one in Rhinehart, Sanford. The male employee greet me as I enter the store and I greet him back good morning. That was nice. The store is very organized and clean. I found the Vitamins that I was looking for plus I bought one more item its called eye Serum with vitamin C. Thank you.

This is a great VS location. They have a great selection of super foods. Staff is friendly and when a product doesnt work out they refund without issues.They offer now a subscription service, which is great if you use products regularly. Plus you save 10%!

They didnt have exactly what I needed, the employee was very attentive in seeing if they had or carried the product I was looking for. Would definitely return in the future if need be.

Great service!I called a few days ago and Kevin answered all my questions.Today, I went to the store and Kevin again helped me find exactly what I needed.1-13-20I need to refill the many items that I use every month.What a great selectionAlso, as I was checking out I saw the Truth Bar Chocolate Bar.Chocolate, coconut and raspberries gluten-free and deliciousIm planning on later today. Going back and getting more.

I shop regularly at Vitamin Shoppe, however was not impressed with this location. There were two employees working. Both standing behind the register. One cashing out a customer. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed assistance. After a few minutes of standing near the register I asked for help finding a product. The employee seemed more bothered to help. I wont be going back.

I dont go out of my way typically to write a review, but this store gave us such a terrible experience that I felt inspired.We called the store to ask if we placed an order online if we could pick it up (as advertised) within about an hour or so. The staff assured us that we could place the order online and they would have the order ready for us when we arrived, and that everything we needed was in stock.We left a couple hours later so we could pick up some enzymes my sick mothers doctor had prescribed for her.When we got to the store, the epically unhelpful staff told us they could not find our order, and when we showed them the receipt and order form showing proof of payment, and their stores location they seemed completely uninterested. We stressed the importance of this order for my sick mother and they reluctantly called their store manager.After no more than 10 seconds on the phone, the employee came back and told us that since it was the weekend the order would not be processed until Tuesday... The same employee that assured us he would have our order ready seriously told us that an online order, paid by debit, wouldnt be processed for over 4 days.This isnt a mom and pop store either, the employee literally told us that this was a corporate store. Which blows my mind that payment and order processing could take a ridiculous amount of time.The staff are unhelpful, the way the store handles online orders is entirely from the dark ages, and apparently no one knows their own stores policies.If you need items from this store, might I suggest Amazon, as the product is cheaper anyway and at least Amazon offers prime and ships same day... Including weekends.Entirely unacceptable
