An awesome experience from start to finish. Would reccomend. I remember it being easy to get scheduled. Not within with my preferred timeframe but close. I recieved a call the day before confirming my appointment. Upon arriving at the location, I had to call fof the exact location which is unfortunate because its a great business thats hard fo find. Upon entry I was warmly greeted and when the secretary got busy with a troubled client the Specalist came out and helped me with my paperwork. She was also very tolerant of all my questions an picture taking. Lauren even took time to address some of her pictures, giving the experience a very comfortable feeling. Finally, she recommended I call the Dr that referred me to see if I can get in while Im out this way (45 min from home). What a great idea! Thanks for the hearing lesson (explanation of my ears).

I highly recommend this place! Lisa is so patient and so knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly and really cares about her clients. She has helped both me and my 9 year old son identify and deal with our hearing issues.

I am very happy with how Lisa Ballinger and her assistant Ashley took the time to carefully explain how my testing would go and prepared me for the best and worst. I did have to get hearing aids but I am grateful for the way Lisa sat me down and explained in detail what was happening with my hearing and what to expect with wearing hearing aids and how important this is. She explained the new improved technology and the importance of having good hearing aids. Would recommend Lisa Ballinger and her other office partners to anyone. They really do care for their patients. I thank them so much.
The doctor is really nice and cares for her patients. Was nervous for my appointment but she made me feel at ease. Great place!
I have been a patient with AHT for 15 years and have always been treated with respect and honesty. Lisa as well as her staff made me feel like family. I never had to wait to be seen for my appointments I have had there, but as in any medical office there will be emergencies that occur. I would highly recommend AHT for your hearing needs.

Do not go to this place! Find a better hearing office like HearUSA etc. There are many better hearing places out there if you Google it. The employees here at AHT are rude and dont know how to schedule appointments. They double book clients and will have you wait for 45 minutes to an hour at the lobby. How did I know that they double booked me? Lisa, the owner/audiologist told me. She said, sorry, you waited because I got double booked. Really?? How that happened, I thought theyve been in business for 15 years??? Double booking is a lame excuse. As you can see, this is the most recent review here and we have proof that Im a client at this place. If you are an elderly or a family member or friend of a hard of hearing you accompany, you wouldnt like to wait for 45 minutes long, would you? Not fun esp if you have other important things to do or if you need to go back to work etc. Also, they are prejudices there. This is a personal experience and I wouldnt write a long review if this didnt happen to me. Im Caucasian, and my wife is Asian if you are different color dont go to this place! This place is unprofessional and unfriendly!
They Take care of my moms needs for over 5 yrs they are AWESOME
We own one of the Cricket Wireless store branches in Sanford. I went to this place to see the facility for my father, it looks okay, but the front ladies wear too tight jeans which look inapproriate and unprofessional hmmm.... seems like the owner doesnt care about professionalism and the proper attire for clinical office like this.
