I feel so reassured after my first visit to Bright Audiology today. They were careful with all Covid 19 protections, efficient, friendly, and professional in all capacities. The doctor explained each step of the exam beforehand, clearly and accurately, so I felt calm and prepared to follow through on everything asked of me to determine my state of hearing. It was recommended that I pursue an exam from an ENT doctor to clear up questions about my particular hearing loss. And then after that, Bright Audiology will advise me about a hearing aid. I believe they have my best health first in their minds, and not just someone to sell a hearing aid to.Additional note: I saw Dr. Hollis Elmore here. She was perfect!

Dr. Bright treats her customers like part of the family. I felt right at home on my first visit and she worked with me on several occasions to ensure things were going well and if any adjustments were needed. Her quality of customer service, engaging personal style and patience really helped during this process. She went the extra mile to ensure I received the best hearing aids possible for my situation. They fit perfectly and I am hearing way better than I have in many years. In fact, this world is a lot louder than I remember.

Best audiologists ever! I went in to drop off one of my hearing aids, because the wire cover was broken. After about two minutes, they came out with my hearing aid fixed. They told me that it was an easy fix. They also told me that before my warranty expires, I should drop both of my hearing aids off and send them in to get checked out. The whole process was super fast and extremely friendly! I love this place! They’ve been amazing from day one! I cannot possibly express how great the whole staff is to everyone. I have been a Lyric wearer for several years, and due to army assignments I have used several different audiologists. My first appointment with Dr. Bright was yesterday and she was amazing. She listened to me about my experiences wearing lyric and spent a great deal of time to assess my current situation and what was best for me, I totally had the best experience at Bright Audiology and highly recommend her and her front office staff. I have been seeing the same audiologist since I was 8 years old so it was extremely nerve-wracking to start seeing someone new! Lisa has made the change much easier for me! I am currently in the process of transitioning to new hearing aids which is never fun or easy. Very professional clinical staff. They work very hard to educate and fine tune hearing aids for patient. We had a delay in receiving the hearing aids, but we ordered during the holidays and through a discount program. Bright Audiology worked hard to compensate for any delay. You can tell that customer satisfaction is extremely important to this practice.

Jane, front desk administration, is phenomenal she knows her stuff about insurance especially Tricare and is always willing to work with my schedule.My son and I both go here, after two visits I feel that I can say that I wish they were more informational during the visits. The doctor didnt review our current hearing exams with us and then didnt look at all our prior hearing exams so that we could see how much our hearing had degraded. Just a lack of information, all around, from the doctor.For a 40-minute drive I was just hoping for better.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bright yesterday to get a new hearing exam and adjust my hearing aids. It was very thorough and I walked out hearing much better. She has the skill and equipment to make the hearing aid exactly fit your hearing deficiency. Very professional and clearly someone who strives to ensure you hear your best. I have had hearing aids since 2007 which I were fitted by another provider. After several frustrating experiences I was beginning to accept my limited improvement. While taking my mother around town to meet appointments and fill prescriptions, her ear aid seemed to be acting up,so I called over to Bright Audiology and they told us we could drop the aids off. Having already been after hours that day we were sure they were to busy for us. When we got to Bright Audiology they invited us to wait while the technician tuned both aids and then proceeded to look inside both ears to make sure their were nofurther complications.

The staff is both friendly and professional, and Dr. B. Did an excellent job in explaining everything she would be checking. Not only is she thorough in her testing, her rapport with me, the patient, was superior! I plan to have my husband referred to her due to his ongoing ear issues!

Dr. Bright, Dr. Barbour and their staff are excellent! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my hearing loss and tinnitus. Due to my work as a Psychiatrist, being able to fully hear and undestand my patients is a necessity. Not to mention the positive impact improved hearing has on my marriage and family life. Although my kids miss being able to tease me about what i thought they said versus their actual words. I already had hearing aids when I moved back to Fayetteville 2 years ago. Due to the manufacturer, I had to find an audiologist who carried them, Bright Audiology was the closest office to Fayetteville. Since that time i have moved onto a different hearing aid, which has improved my hearing dramatically (Thanks to Drs Bright and Barbour). I cant leave a review workout mentioning, Jane, their receptionist, who is always pleasant, concerned and caring. By the way, they have fresh baked treats in the waiting room daily. Alhough I could be seen in Fayetteville, I will continue to drive to Sanford for my hearing loss needs. Simply put, Bright Audiology is the best!

I could never get in when I needed to and they had a hard time working with my insurance. They never could fix the issue with my hearing aids and I just gave up and found a new provider when I moved.

Since my credit is not good and they offer me a old hearing aid with is too big so I stop coming. I have hard time finding one because of my income
