Delivery was on time and the driver spoke to us about where to place our items. No complaints - we had a good experience!

Very helpful, very flexible. I needed soil delivered within a weeks notice, and then again on the same day as delivery and they had zero issue accommodating me and what I needed. Will be back for all my much and soil needs!

HORRIBLE customer service. I called at 4:40 pm to ask about the availability and price of a load of topsoil. The woman on the phone seemed annoyed and only gave me one word answers. I told her that I was already on my way there and that I would be cutting it close but would be there before they closed at 5. When I pulled up at 4:50, the gates were chained, lights off, and office was closed. Made it easy to decide to never give them an ounce of my business.

We ordered a truck load 6 scoops. When the truck delivered the top soil it didn’t look close to 6 scoops. I can’t even do a 1/4 of the garden with what was delivered. The young lady taking the order kept trying to figure out how much to order with the measurements we gave her. I called and spoke with someone else and she was rude about it. She swore it was correct and how the trucks couldn’t do more than that. I won’t use them again especially for the amount and price.

They say this is “6 yards” of mulch (see photo of my husband standing by the pile of mulch in a driveway). When I went in I tried to order a load, and they said 6 yards was what their truck held. When their truck came it was clearly not full. When I called to complain they then said their trucks held 15 yards, not 6, and didn’t even want to consider that they could have messed up the order. Calculating off the size of this pile it looks to me like about 100 cubic feet, whereas 6 yards is supposed to be about 160. Look at the photo and your own conclusions (my husband is just shy of 6’ tall).

They have no idea what a cubic yard is. Good prices though.

We just left the parking lot and the sales lady was the nasty and had no right being in sales !!!! We have always bought are stones and landscaping products here and they just lost our business for good. She was very rude for no reason and wouldn’t even listen she needs to be fired!!

Very disappointing!! Incorrectly advised on phone order so stone was tolarge for project. Rebecca was very nasty on phone when discussing the return. Stated that I should have come in to look stone prior to ordering and they were doing me a BIG favor on the return my money. I have purchased from them previously but never again. If they do not know how to advise a customer, they should not have that job!!

We had a great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I know about landscaping but I am from the North so I had some questions about the mulch and soil products that are best for this climate. Their prices are very reasonable. We will be coming back in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband called two different times telling them awe needed basic mulch for our flower beds and asking the best option for us. The first time they told us what we needed and gave us an estimate. He called again to order the mulch and was told that was wrong for what we need and was given a new, higher estimate. He didnt order so we could discuss the new estimate and decided it was fine. I called the next day to order the mulch they said we needed for our flower beds. They come the next day to deliver. I had 4 kids at my house so I was very distracted and then my husband covers it with a tarp that night because it was supposed to storm. A day later, I finally have time to go outside and spread the mulch and well... its not even mulch. There was an obvious miscommunication somewhere and they have been the most unhelpful company. This is the first time we have ever attempted to do flower beds and now were stuck with a huge pile of 50/50 compost top soil that never once came out of our mouth considering we literally dont know what you even use that for. Thanks so much southern mulch, youve been a huge help in making us want to avoid ever doing this again!
