Ms. Nolly was sooo helpful and knowledgeable with the type of mattress we wanted. She is great and I highly recommend that you go here for any mattresses you may need. Delivery was made within 3 days after we purchased. The guys go delivered we’re awesome as well!!

We purchased our first King size mattress from Sweet Dreams Mattresses and we are absolutely in love with it! Nolly was amazing. She genuinely knows the products that she is selling her customers. She is also sweet as can be. She didnt pressure us in any way, instead choosing to spend the time getting to know our specific needs. We choose to buy a mattress that actually fit our needs rather than the over priced merchandise that other stores were trying to sell us. She was able to get us delivery for a time that fit our schedule, which was deeply appreciated. The delivery drivers were very nice and jovial, joking with me while still maintaining a professional demeanor. All together, it was a great experience, and when time comes for our next bed, we will definitely be coming back

Suggestion, they need to deliver during evening hours when most working people are at home to take delivery.Just had an awful delivery experience and very unprofessional delivery. After by myself lugged queen size mattress and box springs to the garage to help out the delivery guys. Wont be back to this store.

Ive known Keith for over a decade. He is a respectable and professional youngman who is well-liked and does so much for his community. His associate Grace was so helpful with assisting me, as I do not know much about beds. I tried out 4 different mattresses and she was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right mattress for me. We had scheduled my delivery for Monday afternoon, but Keith personally reached out to me the Wednesday before saying they had a last minute cancellation and I was able to get my bed 5 days earlier than expected! All positive comments! Thank you Sweet Dreams!!

This place is amazing! We decided it was time to upgrade to a king size bed and we started our search here. The owner, Kieth was so helpful, he got us set up with the exact mattress we wanted! We were able to get a great deal on a floor model and bought it right then and there! When we came back with our truck Keith had the mattress wrapped up for us and he loaded it into our truck. We got a mattress protector too since our dog sleeps in the bed sometimes. I’m glad we came here. The store was so pretty and clean and we found exactly what we wanted. Our new bed is so comfy. We love it !

Keith & his staff at the Sanford location provided great customer service from purchase, to delivery, & set up. My wife & I shopped at several other mattress stores, and found that Sweet Dreams had the best prices for what we needed. The bed is top of the line in its class, & received a great discount. We had purchased a TempurPedic mattress from SweetDreams Southern Pines location and loved it! Found that we wanted similar results from our pillows, and happened to be up in Sanford. Stopped in - and Keith happened to be available. He remembered who we were, and let us try several different pillow types, ultimately recommending Tempur pillows that did the trick for my wife and me! Couldnt be happier!
