Great and safe location to store your rv/boat. We had our 5th wheel stored here for over a year and we always felt it was in a safe, clean location as they put in all the security measures.

Lizzie,Has been nothing but professional and helpful. I have been storing my boat here for the past year as well as a storage unit and the staff has been a major help. My original spot they gave me for my boat was difficult to park because of the size of my truck. Once a spot that was easier to get into they immediately called me and was able to move me into it seamlessly. Would recommend to friends.Shannon

Showed up at close with a flat tire to secure my parking space. It was quick and easy and when I was done Jan even came outside and put air in my motorcycle tire for me. Called me the next day to make sure my ride home was safe.In addition to the amazing customer service, the facility is extremely secure and well lit. Cant beat it for the cost either.

Amazing place, very secure and organize! The have light at the facility, cameras, gate code and even a washing stations SUPER CONVENIENT! And the staff is outstanding, great people! Nice helpful courteous and honest! Price out the door was exactly what they quoted me. No hidden fees like some other places.

This is a brand new facility that is very large and can handle very large RVs, not to mention storing your small stuff too. Staff member Jan goes the extra mile to ensure your storage needs are met; in a kind and respectful manner. During times of COVID-19, things are clean and neat; the place shines. Oh, they have some great specials as well.

Great customer service. Clean units. We booked a random unit online and were able to change units to a easier location were we could easily back in a trailer on a daily basis.

We were impressed with the service we received on our very first phone call to this facility and that level of service continued even after we booked. The facility is very clean. We do not have to worry about our belongings because of the security precautions that have been taken at this facility. The service we have received from Jan and Kiera is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best. If we need to store again it will DEFINITELY be at this Life Storage location.

Jan( the facility manager) has been extremely helpful and very kind to me since I started using Life Storage facilities.No BS, this is the nicest storage facility I’ve ever had the pleasure of working out of .This place is very spacious, clean, they’ve got really nice restrooms conveniently placed at either ends of the buildings and they always open the gate for me when I pull in .Even though Life Storage is a 30 min drive from my house, I’d rather drive the extra distance to come here because it’s way nicer and better than all of the other storage facilities near by .

Jan reassured our faith in Service Excellence this past weekend. He went above expectations helping us get an RV storage spot when it appeared none were available at the Sanford Life Storage facility. Thank you Jan for helping us out of a situation that seemed pretty bleak.

When was the last time you left the office of a storage rental place feeling WOWed? Probably never, but working with Jan today, that changed. I went to Life Storage to secure a spot for my fathers 25 camper, and just looking around before I went into the office, I knew this was the perfect place! Spaces were long and wide enough for every RV and camper there, with no one needing to park on or over their lines, and also allowed enough room to back into and pull out of your spot.Once in the office and working with Jan, you can tell he loves his job and people! He showed me a couple spots available so I could select the perfect one, and he had the patience of a saint while I was speaking with my parents to verify the length they needed. Once the spot was selected and everything finalized, I walked out of there truly feeling WOWed, like this place actually cares about making their customers happy and satisfied with their decision to choose them.I highly recommend Life Storage off Lake Mary Blvd!

This is a great place to store an RV, boat, food truck, or other large vehicle that you cant park at your house. It has a gate and you have a card to open the gate. They have a dump station, air pump and even a washing area. The only downside is no covered spaces but they are talking about adding some. We parked our RV there on and off for about 6 months with no incidents. It is well lit for evening access as well. (Recently the dump station was removed)

No better place to store your RV or Trailer. Completely paved lot, with electric fence securing the entrance and 24/7 surveillance. Fully equipped with a wash and dump station. Worth the premium price.

Staff was awesome to work with. I was running late and I received a call from staff to make sure I was okay. I used Park-4-Dayz when I flew out of the Orlando Sanford Airport. I was picked up at my car, taken to the airport and dropped off at the door, then picked up at the airport and returned feet away from my car. Cost was less than parking at the airport! I am a customer for life!!! Thank you!!

I have left my camper a couple of times in this place, there are times that I have called and the lady who attends is not available and I had to find another place to store my camper, but the last time I left my camper for 4 days I I was scammed by this lady, she charged me $ 130.75. I will not leave my camper again in this place !!!
