Best price in town for a drive up a/c unit
Have used this facility before when we lived in Sanford, but now we live in greater Orl. area but were willing to travel to Sanford for the very accommodating and cheerful service with a smile.
Great storage facility, Property Manager, Tammy was friendly, professional and very helpful in introducing me to the property and answering questions. I look forward to enjoying having a storage unit in this facility.

Very happy with my experience so far. today is my 1st day using them. property is clean, safe, Affordable. Closed on Mondays. Property manager Michael M agee Is very professional and knowledgeable, was a big help .

Tammy is amazing she does a wonderful job getting me the trucks that I need and letting me get the equipment reserved and guaranteed for me she even checks in and lets me know if something was available but then it hasnt arrived so she never leaves me or my clients hanging I really enjoy doing business here because its 100% because of her!
This facility offers climate and non climate units. Great staff. Facility is clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for storage, look no further.
