They were rude the new girl that came from Fresno. Holds it down the rude heffer left. And should stay gone. The new girl. That was once there before shes super nice. And helps u more then others. She was transferred from Fresno. And the guys are nice too. Just that one rude girl but hope she dont come back

When I walked in there were 2 girls. One was helping a customer & the other was standing there leaning on the counter until she saw me look at her then all of a sudden jumped to look busy. I had a friend who gave me a ride & was waiting in the car. I waited a couple of minutes, dont remember if they even bother to greet me at all. Pulled out my money to see if theyd take the hint that I was just paying my bill but they continued to pretend like I wasnt there. I politely told the girl that had been leaning on the counter Im just here to pay my bill...whenever you get the chance. She gave me a dirty look and with attitude said I KNOW Im helping HIM *pointed to a customer* so Ill be with you in a moment. I then said I know I was just saying still trying to stay polite. I only told her because paying a bill takes one minute and like I said I had someone waiting. I didnt want to stand there for an hour to do something so simple because in no way were they showing me they were even trying to hurry to help me. They gave me the vibe that they had all day to help whoever. Then she said Can you take her payment? to the other girl. Without even looking at me like I was a nuisance. By the time they helped me I was already irritated so I kept it short just like they did. I paid & she said Thank you. Not sarcastically but not sincerely either. I then told HER to have a nice day since she failed to provideโ€‹ me with excellent customer service in saying it herself. Maybe this business just doesnt value great customer service which surprises me since every job Ive worked at usually does. I will not be returning to the store and will continue to just pay it online. I never had a problem there before because a man that works there has always been polite. Lesson learned. Thank you for reading this lengthy review. Those girls seriously need to check their attitude.

Another place in sanger ca is metro in sanger ca i needed a phone my other provider wont mention who just dont do it for me .diane is the person who helped me and explaind everything to me . so if u need a phone and u see a girl with glasses always smiling thats diane.thks diane . great customer service great interaction with others and a muti tasker

Out of all the metro PCs Ive been too these employees are the rudest. They Talk down to you and act as if your bothering them. Drive to Fresno to get better service.

Guy in there so unfriendly walked in there not even a how could i help you just payment I said yes took the money i said thank you didnt even get an answer. The other girl thats usually in there also very rude.

My husband went in to change the sim card from his phone to another one he had and the lady was very rude. She was going to charge $10 to make a phone call to customer service. (AT&T dont charge to call). Then my husband asked if they charge to transfer his contacts over and the lady told him he was being sarcastic. What customer service they have. My husband told me to switch from AT&T to metro because their plans are cheaper. But after what my husband told me what the lady said forget it. Id rather stay with AT&T and pay alittle more to get great service instead of dealing with stuck up rude people at Metro. I wont be recommending anyone to them. Maybe they need to send their employees to a workshop for customer service.
