Went in to replace/upgrade a phone I bought there in Sanger a year ago that wont take a charge. one staff and one customer in the shop.no eye contact, no smile. no hello. Im thinking thats cool hes busy. over 10 minutes go by and I am still completely ignored. I would have been happy with any kind of acknowledgment while I looked around. just a look and a smile...but I ended up feeling super creepy like I was intruding.then I overhear him bragging about being a manager. I just left. if that is what a manager considers customer service, I wont try that place again.
My phone isnt working the was it was before T mobile took over my service from sprint...

They need to update their hours of business, it said they close at 8pm but got there at 7pm and it was already close

I have lost my cell phone charger and after that, I have purchased 2 chargers but none of them work well. Then I purchased the charger from this company. I must have to say that this is the awesome charger that I have ever seen.
