This twice now I have said that I needed to wait for my medication the 1st time I was told an hour and a 1/2 wait today I was told an hour its now 2 hours later and they told me I still have another 10 minutes because its not ready. This is why I left the big chain pharmacies in the first place. People are only a number! 5 years at a private pharmacy and not one issue! Not one! Unfortunately do to health issue they had to close!

Friendly staff and helpful

Everyone is very helpful and courteous. They all work very hard. The wait has not been very long at all. A couple of times I was the only one there. Great job everyone.

When I go to this CVS pharmacy store They are so friendly and they Great you when you walk in You dont see that very often! And they make you feel very welcome to their CVS Pharmacy store

I dont recommend nobody to this CVS SANGER pharmacy. Very rude employee Jesus. Also the manager short skinny guy not suitable for his position as well. Instead of apologize he says oh this employee just comes once in a month to work in this location. Need better manager who knows how to run business and train employees well.

This is a very friendly store, great atmosphere, they are always very helpful and always seem happy to help. The managers name is Odie, she is the best, I will go in just to see her if I am in need of a pick me up, she lways brightens my day, Jack and Dogs too!

Was contacted by a pharmacist to cover some of the issues that I was having with a pharmacy assistant. Today she just reiterated my issues. If youre getting new prescriptions, the pharmacist has to be there and theyre always on lunch it seems like every time I go in.

PHARMACY: please, strongly consider another pharmacy. They have no care for people who use daily medication to sustain their health. I called earlier on 4/28/19 to refill my order. Went in to pick it up, not ready. Okay, so I told the lady at the front desk to please have it ready as soon as possible. She said okay, in 30 mins they would text me. Nothing. I went in 30 mins later and they were closed. Unable to sell me my prescription because the pharmacy had closed. They do not realize people need medication to function/live a healthy life. God forbid this happened to any of their family members. I caution you. Please be aware. The manager was unable to do anything. I will be contacting corporate. This is NOT okay. You’re playing with people health and lives. This is not something to be taken lightly. This is not the first time. But it will be the last

A female pharmacist did a great job in explanation and customer service. She always welcomed me when I came to pick up my medications while the old pharmacist just ignored me all the time.

Pharmacy is horrible first time customer & I will not be back. Ive waited since 5:30 last night for my prescription and Im still continuing to wait. They keep giving me the run around.

We have tried CVS time and time again and everytime we regret it. This time was by far the worst to the point Im leaving my first Google review ever. We decided to try CVS again. My 8 year old had 3 teeth extracted and a simple prescription as usual CVS said there was a problem and it was gonna take some time to contact dr. We contacted dr ourselves and Dr said have them contact me now. We told that to pharmacy and very rudly she replied we will contact them when we get the chance. I took my prescription to El portal pharmacy down the street they filled it and had us out the door in 5 mins. I never will ever do that again and the front person said they just got a negative customer service score for the year. I wouldnt go here again try El portal pharmacy or Gongs you wont regret it.

This is the best cvs in the central valley. the cute short asian female pharmacist with glasses (i think her name is jami) is one of the most efficient and caring pharmacists whom i have interacted with. we brought a script from er 10 mins before the store close. she typed in and got my script done in less than 5 mins. i headed out with 4 medicines extremelly happy. keep up the good work.ps. i once came 5 or 6 years ago but the old male pharmacist was unfriendly. he didnt help technican to ring up and he doesnt make eye contact and ignore people in line. even though he filled my script in decent speed.
