Their pharmacy is slower than the 2nd coming of Christ!

It took two round trips to finally get my flu shot via the VA at the Walgreens pharmacy. As for my passport picture, I called in advance, travelled 40 miles one way and discovered their machine was down. Went across the street to Walmart and had my picture taken and ready for pickup in less tan 15 minutes, at half price what Walgreen charges.

The Customer Service is Fantastic!!

In short, two employees were very rude and short. They had no customer service skills what so ever.

The pharmacist and pharmacy techs are excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help me get my Rx renewed, filled, whenever the prescribing MDs office have been slow to send my Rx via e-script or if it was not correctly written. They are always very accommodating to their patients, very compassionate, and go the extra mile to help you. The real word to describe them would be exemplary people.

Wish i could leave zero stars. The audacity of a company to scan identification from the state into its computer system for any purchases? for starters... I have a full Gray beard why am I getting carded for anything? Second, you dont have the right to collect data on me for legal cash transactions.....taking my buisness and money elsewhere, if your smart people youll do the same. dont let these companies push you around.

My favorite drug store helpful staff never long wait .

I live in mountains, when I come to town before I shop I need to use restroom . Every time I come here they say its out of order. No biggie. I can cross street to wal mart its cheaper anyway. Thanks for nothing.
