It was my first time here. I saw the place as i was driving home. A part fell off my back passenger door and had to be fixed. Francisco was very helpful. I was charged $50 which was way cheaper compared to another place that had quoted me $145 for the same job. I will definitely be going back for more auto care. Also, i loved their cozy lobby.

This review is way past due but I feel it’s necessary to warn people who bring their car here.I brought my 2009 Nissan Altima for an insurance repair estimate. I had items in my car that I couldn’t take out because I didn’t have the means for it, including tools.When I got my car back, my stuff was rummaged through and my tools were stolen. I advised the owner and he denied my accusations but was kind enough and offered to replace my tools (breaker bar, ratchet, and lug nut sockets set)My review doesn’t reflect the owner, but the workers here. Sucks that a manger with great customer service has thieves as employees.

Efficient, reasonable & personable. Call first and make an appointment. Each appointment I’ve had as soon as I arrived they promptly took my vehicle into the bay and began work. Other mechanics seem to make you wait even though you have an appointment, not here.

Beware! We took our car in front fender damage on both sides for a 2016 Mazda 3. We obtained a previous estimate from another location of $1k for the repairs and color match on a 3 stage paint. We planned on also having our rims powder coated. We expressly wrote in text and their release document that we would only move forward with the rims when we reached a price for the fender repair. They came back with a price of $2000 and said that was the discount just for the fender repair. Remember this is only a 2016 Mazda three and not a high-end car. Not to mention that is double what another location gave us an estimate at. So I advised them that we would be picking up our vehicle and they said well they already sent the rims out to be done and I advised them that this was not authorized and then they said they were going to charge us $125 for taking the tires and the rims off. Despite the fact that we had our conversations and text. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a small claims suit against them if they don’t resolve this for their overstepping their bounds without approval. I will update this thread after we find out what is next.

I’m a business owner and have a very large fleet of vehicles. That being said time and time again Oscar and his team at Modern Auto have taken care of our little fender benders to some bigger wrecks. I’ve always been met with an excellent price and service is second to none. They underpromise and over deliver each and every time. It’s uncommon in today’s world to find a business based on customer service, values and professionalism!
