After experiencing the worst customer service I have ever dealt with at another Audi location. Frank Pellerin completely changed my view and opinion on the Audi brand. Good courteous people in the service department. The free loaner is convenient. What I don’t get is why a wheel alignment is $450! Anywhere else, $150-$250.

We didn’t have to sit in the dealership all day as is sometimes typical with other dealerships. We were in and out of there in 2 hours with the car we wanted for my daughter! Great job guys!

Showed up at 530 pm on a Sunday, their window states they close at 7:00 pm. I approached one of their salesman and asked if the vehicle outside was still available. He went into the sales room and inquired. He mentioned it was available, to which I asked if we may see the vehicle. He went back to the sales room and came back to tell me that he was busy with a customer, which he wasnt and then told me they were closed. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Not what I would have expected having purchased an Audi, but this dealership has provided me with the worst customer service Ive experienced as a car owner. Ive been waiting over a week for a return call from both Eddie and James, neither of which have gotten back to me after several attempts to reach them as well as messages left with Hannah. And I found out yesterday that Eddie is out of the office all this week. The salespeople here were great, everything since then as been an absolute nightmare.

We brought our A5 cabriolet in for service and dent removal.Upon arrival my wife was sent into service office were she was to meet Eric her advisor, “she felt pushed away and shined on she said” and was thrown over to another adviser named Kyle who saved the day !!!He answered all the questions my wife had, brought out a loaner car and took care of a dent that had been bugging my wife for some time.Upon picking up the vehicle another young man quickly got her car, Kyle took care of all the paper work, car was clean and she was on her way ❤️I would definitely use Audi South Coast and make sure you request Kyle this guy does his job right 😊

My husband and I been leasing cars for over 2 decades now. This is our first experience with South Coast Audi and I have to say not only has it been painless but it was actually enjoyable. Frank did not try to upsell us on any upgrades we did not want or other maintenance and warranty packages. We were not pressured into making a decision on the spot. The car arrived about week earlier than anticipated, I was so excited to go pick it up. The car was washed and displayed like a Christmas gift, which made the whole experience even more exciting!

The service team at Audi South Coast is great! They’re personable, kind, efficient, and very thorough. They took care of my car and I was able to use one of their loaners while my car was in their shop. I will definitely be coming here for all of my future service and maintenance needs.

While Salesman was very patient in showing me their existing inventory and letting me demo several models, the delivery of the vehicle was very nonchalant and mundane. Spending $70k on a car, I expected a much more enthusiasm from the staff, with a few bits of swag (how much does a key fob cost anyway?). It may be routine for this dealership, but it wasnt to me.

I was looking for a CPO A4 and found one online at Audi South Coast. I called and spoke to Paul. He checked his system and the car I was interested in was still available. So I made the trip down to see it.Paul had the car pulled into the mini side showroom which was an awesome touch, because it was a hot day and this made it so that the car was comfortable to sit and take a few minutes to look around without being in an oven. We went for a test drive and everything was great.We went back in to look at the numbers and Paul was so professional and very relaxed about the process which made me feel very comfortable. It wasn’t long before we were on to signing docs and driving off the lot.From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience and I owe that to Paul. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next dream car.

First time I went one employee outside was not wearing a mask. The second time I came two employees INSIDE were not wearing masks. As I came in, one of them felt ashamed and put his on while the other one couldnt care less.Customer service is not that great. I had to ask for them to explain the work they wanted to do in more detail. When I received the online work approval form, a million suggested repairs were listed. I indicated that I wanted to be called back to discuss them, I received no such call.Finally, they stated that there was a complimentary car wash and vacuuming. I was surprised and obliged, however, when I got my vehicle back they had not cleaned it. Dont offer something you do not intend to do.

This was my first experience with Audi and it did not disappoint! This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had.Frank helped my wife and I look at some different options and we ended up coming back a few times trying to make up our minds. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank, he didnt rush us, he stayed late, he didnt try and upsell a bunch of stuff we didnt need or want.When it came to finalizing the paperwork and picking up the car, Frank was off sick and so Nahed and the manager, Derek, helped us out and jumped in where Frank left off. Today ‘s visit took an hour to checkin & wait for a loaner car 🙄. But, I guess due to fires the cars are dirty with ashes inside & out. I’m usually in & out in 20 mins.under the circumstances was hard to stand outside 6’ away from one another. Service was good . Hot a great car wash . just wish it was done before I got there.

I’ve been taking my A4 here for service for the last 3 years and I have always received exceptional service. I loved the availability and quality (Always nearly fully loaded) of the courtesy cars provided! Also, I can’t think of one time that I have paid more than the estimated price for unscheduled maintenance. I just purchased a new S4 and I am about to move back up to LA. It’s kind of sad that I probably won’t be able to get the S4 serviced with them. I highly recommend South Coast Audi’s service department if you live in the OC!

The two salesman were Awesome. Attentive and forthright.suoer great experience on the sales side. The only reason it’s not FIVE STARS was the rude lady that was in charge of having us sign the finance and purchase docs. The whole experience was five star up until that moment. She didn’t really speak she just pointed and grunted in the rudest way someone could be rude without saying anything. She gave biggest impression that she had something else to do. She would roll her eyes when I told her to please give me a second to read some of it. I didn’t need to read whole thing just glazing details. When I found a mistake. The salesman told me the dealership would correct a scratch the car had on it. On the due bill paperwork it didn’t list that item to be fixed. I told her it was wrong and she again rolled her eyes and said she would correct it when paperwork was done. I should have followed my instincts because when I got home and looked over paperwork she didn’t correct it. Now I’m going to have to pay bumper buddy couple hundred to fix a scratch next month on an item that was supposed to be fixed as part of the sale all because this lady had something else she would rather have been doing than filling out that paperwork. Someone should let her know it’s a blessing to have someone like me buy cars from her during covid or else she would have a job to go to daily. Again. Five star service up until her. So I would recommend south coast but for sure ask for someone different to fill out docs at the end and for sure pay attention to paperwork or she won’t fix it.

Everyone here is amazingly nice and gracious. I inquired about a car on a Sunday morning and was contacted a few hours later and made an appt to test drive a vehicle the same day. I was greeted with a genuine smile by Rich and made my visit all about me, not the sale. I was asked important questions about my needs and wants on a vehicle and was placed in cars that suited me based on my answers. I didn’t have to look far because I already had a car and price point in mind. I did not get haggled in extra or unnecessary fees and made the car buying experience stress free, smooth and exciting! Once I signed all the paperwork, Rich took the time to sit in the car with me and show me all of the technology, how to hook things up to Apple car play and made sure that i was 100% satisfied before letting me spread my wings. I was contacted the very next day to make sure he had answered all of my questions and that I was happy with my purchase. Been driving Audis for 20 years. When I need the help of a dealership, Ive always turned to Audi South Coast. Recently I had the water pump go out on my latest A4 (93k miles). Audi South Coast covered it under warranty and replaced the pump at no charge to me. Saved me $1500. Great dealership. Good people. Amazing service.
