I really just have to give it to Peter. I went in to see your Navigators. At the time (early July 2021) I wasnt quite ready but was starting to look. Much to my surprise, there was an issue with inventory due to the pandemic. Peter was there at the time and explained the situation. He was very helpful. He took my number down and said we would keep me posted. Much to my surprise, I received a very professional happy birthday text message later that month. A few weeks later he texted me to let me know you had a couple of Navigators. I stopped by to look and neither one was quite right. However, that is when he introduced me to the Aviator. He told me about the car and showed me a couple on the lot. By then he was well versed in what I was looking for. Neither car on the lot was quite right but he knew that there was one in production that would be perfect for me. He showed it to me on the computer and I was impressed. He explained the deposit procedure to me so I felt very comfortable putting down a deposit so that I would be first in line once the car arrived. He texted me a couple of weeks ago to let me know the car had arrived. I went to look at it and was amazed at what a beautiful, and most perfect car he had found for me. There is no question that it was thanks to him that I got this car. He was always super professional and knowledgeable. And, by having selected the car he did, I know that he is not your regular car salesman, just looking to convince me to buy something. He actually listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to find it. Thank you Peter! You are great!
I made a service appointment online and when I arrived I was helped immediately. I was coming in for my 10K check up. I was told that my 12K warranty was about to be up and I appreciate that! I told them of an issue I saw in the car and they were able to take care of it that day under warranty! Waiting in the lobby (with my mask) was pleasant and the waterfall made it so relaxing. I was able to bring my work laptop and get some things done.I would recommend this location.
I brought my car in late afternoon Tuesday with a failed brake booster which is the first issue I have had in 110,000 miles. They needed to get the part from Sacramento, which sounded like a big deal to me, but the part came in Wednesday late and a technician worked late and had it ready to pick up first thing Thursday morning. My experience was very good. Lincoln South Coast came to my home and picked up my car for service and an oil change and left me with a loaner. They found a problem with my car under warranty which took a few days to order the part and install it. We were able to keep the loaner until the issue was fixed and the vehicle returned to us. Good service.

If I could I would have given a negative star - We leased a Lincoln MKC and unfortunately, we went over the mileage. Due to Covid, we did not have the means to pay off all the remainder. We called several times to see if we can work with them, they did not budge a cent. We were repeat customers, but they can rest a sure that our family will never go back - We will remember!!

Lincoln South Coast is an excellent dealership and sets the bar for customer service and satisfaction. Every one of their staff has a congenial and professional attitude.of the three Lincoln dealerships I was in contact with this one was by far my favorite.Im am especially impressed to have worked with sales rep Rae Galuska. She was highly communicative with me over a two month process while I test drove every luxury SUV on the market. I continually found myself comparing each car to the Lincoln Corsair and Rae spared no expense to go above and beyond and and answer my questions. She was neither pushy nor lax in her contact style which I very much appreciated.
Turned my Lincoln Navigator back as lease ended. Beautiful dealership but will never purchase another Lincoln again as no other dealership would take it back thats close to me.had to waste a entire Saturday taking it to Santa Ana..also was charged over 400 disposition fee because did not get another Lincoln. Was never contacted from 2017-2020 since I had leased my navigator also had 31,500 mileage credit and turned it back.with little over 20,000 .The gentlemen who took my lease was very nice but did bother asking me about options.Well I love my new Volvo XC90I guess Lincoln does not want to sell cars .
Paul went above and beyond I asked a question online and with in minutes he always looking for what I wanted at nearby locations. Very happy I was able to do everything online. My husband and I searched many dealers before finding the right car. My new Lincoln Aviator is beautiful and I am so happy with it!! However the experience we had at this dealership was just as great as the car itself! Bruce our salesman was knowledgeable, kind, patient all the things you would want in a salesman. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful from the manager to sales to financing. Although it is not the closest dealership to my house we will take my car for all services and issues because they are wonderful to work with!!!

Our experience was exceptional! I contacted Bruce Bender and explained that we had a bad experience at our local dealer but I noticed they had a Lincoln Navigator with all the features we wanted. Since we were making a trip to Newport Beach we scheduled a time for a test drive. Unfortunately, I realized the vehicle we wanted didnt have the trim package we were expecting so we had to return home empty handed. However, Bruce searched other dealers and found the vehicle we wanted and sent us a copy of the window sticker. We gave him the green light and they took care of everything including delivering our new navigator to our house in Palm Springs! Carmen did an amazing job detailing the financing options showing various extras such as extended warranty, etc and the effects on our payments.

They tried to help with my warranty concerns but there were a few inconsistencies in the explanations of why somethings arent covered. Overall, Jill was more than accommodating and courteous which stood out the most. The inspection was completed very quickly in comparison, which was nice as well.

I bought a used vehicle from Lincoln South Coast on Friday. Bruce was the primary salesman that helped me through the whole process, and Eddie was the sales manager who I finalized the deal with. Long story short, both of these gentlemen EXCEEDED my expectations in buying a car. Bruce was super personable and friendly the whole time. He is NOT a typical pushy salesman that just wants to sell a car. In fact, he came in 30 minutes early just to accommodate my schedule. He was honest and genuine from the get go, and never pressured or rushed me into buying anything.Once it came down to the numbers and negotiations, Eddie the sales manager worked with me on the price of the vehicle, which was already a great deal coming in. But he met me at a price that I felt like I was getting a great deal. He was also honest, and didn’t play games. Very straight forward. They washed and fueled my vehicle, and that was that. On top of all that, they are going way out of their way in accommodating getting my other car to me, since I was by myself and couldn’t drive both cars home.Overall, I had a great experience there and would certainly recommend this dealership, and specifically dealing with those two gentlemen.Thanks guys for going above and beyond!!

Inquired through their website never heard back so I called to verify stock number was still in inventory. Carlton called me back after touching the car. He said he was off early but would stay if I wanted to come look at it. When I arrived he had the vehicle ready to view with plenty of light under service drive. We took a ride I asked some questions some of which were answered upon returning. I told them I had financing in place but if they wanted to beat it I would go with them. It was a CPO which had a very good warranty and an option for an even more comprehensive warranty upto 140,000 miles which was perfect for my situation. Considering the level of electronics on cars today one should seriously consider the extended warranty options! They beat my rate by 3% points with zero down and the financing paper work went smooth and fast no pressure for any additional products. Carlton had the vehicle ready to go and even offered to help me get it home. I was in the car business for many years and was very impressed with the process at South Coast Lincoln. I will return to upgrade in a couple of years. Their facility is beautiful, absolutely top notch and nicer than the Mercedes dealer I frequent for service of my bosses cars. I would not hesitate to recommend South Coast Lincoln
I recently purchased a vehicle from South Coast Lincoln. I worked with Gabe and was beyond satisfied. I do not live near the South Coast area but they had the car I wanted. Gabe made the whole process so easy. We did most of the necessary arrangements online and Gabe even set up and paid for Uber to bring me to their location. Due to past experiences with other car dealers I was concerned about being there all day to complete the transaction and shared my fears with Gabe. He assured me that would not be the case. True to his word, between signing paperwork and learning about all the bells and whistles of my new car, I was in and out within 90 minutes! I highly recommend using Gabe! Sad to say that my repeat experience is poor!!!UNHAPPY !!!Ill driveway with the car and it has new small but simple service problems !!! Problems that were not occurring before?and thenI pointed out to them THAT I WAS JUST IN TWO DAYS AGO... YET they charge me again for a diagnostic.$ 150 + repair...so buyer beware!!!Im not sure what it is but every time I leave this place the car instantly (that day or next day I notice ) has a new problem; and Im not sure why when I ask it to be serviced even some of the most basic things like steering fluid and or the battery function is not serviced and malfunctioning!!!Over charge to diagnose?Mike Walton at Lincoln South Coast Exceeded my expectations spoke in clear terms so I understood exactly what worked what was needed to be done respected and supported decision-making that led to the better outcome for me; top-notch service top marks in all categories a professionalism I cannot say enough to fully express why Mike Walton & Lincoln South Coast deserve Five Stars!!! We couldnt ask for a better experience. There was not a Lincoln Dealer near where we live. I called my daughter about the Santa Ana South Coast Lincoln Dealer. She called the dealership and talked to Bob Cerami, the salesman. He was very polite and knowledgeable. She was impressed the way he handled the phone calls. My husband and I decided to drive to Santa Ana on Saturday. We were greeted by the Sales Manager. We told him we would like to talk to Bob. In no time there he was. He was a perfect salesman. There was no pushing a sale. He told us about the different models of Nautilus he had. He talked to us about what we needed tin a new car. He then left us alone while he figured the sales price and we could discuss among ourselves.. We had done research on the car and we knew what we had decided to pay. We went into the beautiful sales office and met with Bob. We did not haggle over the price. We felt it was very fair. We went to the office of the woman that handles all of the paper work. We were also very impressed with her. We signed the papers, gave her a check and that was that. Bob had the car readied for us to take home. He went over the many details and workings of the car.Bob followed up with a call at home to make sure everything was okay and tell us to be sure and call him if we needed anything. Overall, It was a pleasure to do business with South Coast Lincoln. I would highly recommend them. I love my Lincoln.

Took the car for brake noise. I knew it was something simple but they wanted to do a whole brake job ( machine the rotors ) and 2 other minor things that didnt need to replace just clean. I had a second opinion with an expert in brakes. After the inspection. He said I cant believe the dealer didnt know for those types of vehicles to make brake noise. All it was condensation. Brakes were fine. So always get a second opinion. And I guess still true. Dealers always charhe more

She was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my issue. She worked quickly with the Lincoln concierge assigned to my case & fixed my Navigator in a blink of an eye. WOW! Amazing service and kudos to Lincoln for giving Lexus and other luxury brands known for outstanding service a run for there money! Jill and South Coast was an amazing Lincoln experience! Their new building is gorgeous! Made an appointment for Black Friday, and the place was a ghost town. Had to wait 20 minutes because there was only one service agent on staff that day, but he had eveything ready; once he helped the walk-in appointment, I was in and out within 7-10 minutes. Great experience from when I called to make my appointment until I picked up my car on Saturday.

Excellent service, from the start salesman Carlton had the suv I was interested on ready to see, up front when I got there. The whole process of negotiating the price was unstressful thanks to sales manager Eddie. Straight forward and honest not pushy. Both Carlton and Eddie make you feel comfortable and never felt pressure to make a deal.All I can say is that if youre looking to buy a new car you should stop by, their service is excellent. Next time Im in the market for a new car theyll be my first option!

The follow-up is terrible at this dealership. If you do not buy on your first visit they want nothing to do with you. I simply wanted a Navigator that they did not have on their lot during my visit, therefore they wanted nothing to do with me. Bob Cerami was the sales person that helped me initially and told me he would follow-up the next day. Three days later I get a call from a different sales person asking me why I didnt purchase a car from them. I proceed to explain to him that I am looking for a navigator that was not available on their lot and the next thing I hear is click. I waited a few minutes for a callback but never heard from them again.

When I looked up Lincoln South Coast, I did not know what to expect. They are a brand new division of Lincoln here in California. Minutes after putting in a credit application, I received a call from Bob Cerami. Bob is simply the best. With his help, I had found the car I wanted right then and there. He set me up with a trade-in deal on my previous vehicle and had my credit approved all over the phone that evening. The next morning, I walked into the dealership with my new car cleaned up and ready to go. I handed over my keys and worked with their very nice finance department. They didnt try to upsell me and were very thorough with explaining the deal terms to me. The car itself had more options than I even wanted, these guys went the extra mile. They got me into the car of my dreams and I still cant believe its mine. They are top notch over there at South Coast. Very honest. I knew I was getting the best deal possible and they told me everything up front. They were very forthcoming and thorough when it came to answering all of my questions (and I had a lot, as a first time leasee) about my car. I drove off in a 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and havent looked back since. Easily the best car for the money in its class. If you are looking for a new Lincoln, be sure to call Bob.
