Ali and Javier were great. I picked up a 2018 S90 last week. The car is amazing and I got a great price on it.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jose in parts and Matt in service.
Great customer service! Sam and Jeff were wonderful!😊
I honestly believe all of the bad reviews about this place. About nine years ago I stopped by the dealership to purchase an S60. I was told by the sales rep, Leann, that they had no basic models available. She then showed me around the lot and got me to fall in love with an S60 that had a moonroof and other extras. I test drove the car and then went home and negotiated a price with her via email. When I called her the next day, thinking I was going to drive down there and settle paperwork and down payment etc., she told me that she was with a customer and would call me back. A couple of hours later, she called me back and the first thing she asked for was my personal information to do a credit check. As soon as she ran my credit and told me it was fine, she then proceeded to tell me that someone sold the car I spent hours the day before negotiating with her, last night. No warning from her when I left the day before or during negotiating that the car was still up for grabs. Then she told me how she can get another one delivered but that it would be driven down from another dealership somewhere in a whole other County. When I then told her that I am trying to buy a new car and that would now make the car a demo or used car, she basically told me big deal and treated me like I was whining over nothing. Big snake in the grass! When she called me back, she knew the car was already sold the night before, yet tricked me into giving her my information so she could do a credit check and ding my credit. Of course after that, I ended the call and definitely did not buy a car from her or that dealership, and in fact, thanks to her big mouth on the lot the day before, letting on that Power Volvo down in south county was the only dealership that will not work with them, I immediately called them and bought from the fleet manager. Still driving my S60 and love it.
Great experience. The single most honest, straightforward, no nonsense car buying experience. Isse, the sales associate, was great. Highly recommend!
What a pleasure it was to buy a car from this establishment. Ted rocks. I was dreading the buying progresses. Volvo Cars OC proved me totally wrong. And the car is a total delight too. BLIS
Shabbir did our process of leasing very smooth and he gave us all the information about the car.he is very patient and helpful, cleared all our doubts and made whole process of leasing perfect.thankyou
Excellent parts and service department. I dont really like the receptionist and most of the sales team judges you on how you look. When I purchased my last Volvo I did have one sales person come right up to me and made me feel welcome even though I was not dressed nice. He didnt care how I was dressed, so I bought a car from him.
Every time I have been there, the repairs are completed and I have to go to the teller to pay and/or get my receipts. After that, I am (the customer) left hanging - who is getting my car? Where I am supposed to go to get it? How long is it going to take? Each time, I have been left wandering around in the service area. Eventually, someone asked if they could help me - and then they go find someone to find my car. This is not a snappy or professional approach and is so obvious that it is problem. Customers do not go to the dealer to spend some time hanging out; the car return should be efficient and quick - it is not.
Yikes. Better be careful of these guys. They only offered me $11000.00 for my mint condition 88 560 SL Mercedes where 3 other dealerships offered me $19,000-20,000. I would highly recommend ANY other dealership. Russell Westbrook Hyundai made me a great deal and I’m very pleased with my trade in. Ask to talk with there used car manager Joe. Good guy.
I am grateful for Volvo Cars Orange County.I am impressed by their clear and accurate communication. Their estimated timing for parts being delivered, the time to install, along with their timely status updates made planning on my behalf a breeze. Thank you Dave and Alvin. The staff here is extremely polite and with every interaction I felt like a valued customer and not a number being processed. It was nice to know that Alvin is an enthusiast about Volvo’s and his passion shone through his face and quality of work.I know my car is in trustworthy hands while at Volvo of Orange County.
Alvin took great care of my repair and made sure to inform me of everything needed to be done and what i should be looking out for in the near future. He was upfront, courteous and offered me reasonable prices for the work performed.I have been to another dealership in the area who was exactly the opposite which makes me recommend this place even more.Volvo-OC services both our cars.
I called to ask if they could make me a key for a Volvo, and they hung up before I finished asking my question. Then I posted the previous review. Within a few minutes, the manager called me back to make it right. He hooked me up with Frank in Parts who treated me well and solved my problem. Good save; good service.
Everyone at this dealership is so nice! Javier was super attentive and made the experience really great. Choosing and leasing my new XC40 couldnt have been smoother. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Javier!
Car was 3 months out of warranty and still 10k miles under when a belt tensioner snapped precipitating further damage. This dealership, which had been servicing the car and previously claimed the belts were in good condition, said there was a manufacturer defect, but did not offer any concessions on repairs and made a trade-in offer 50% less than other providers. Salesperson said its only money.
Amazing team that makes you feel like part of the OC Volvo family.
Finally I have some good things to say about Service Department. This review is meant to recognize professionalism and helpfulness of Thavery - the new advisor. Talking repair specifics has never felt easier before, she knows the subject really well. Now I dont feel reluctant bringing my car to the official dealership for maintenance and repair. Thank you!Not going to list every advisor whom I had pleasure dealing with, but Ben also gets a shout out. He was the one who invited me into the Volvo family by servicing my car the first time.
We went in to buy my lease and ended up upgrading to a new XC90 T8 hybrid. Loved our sales person Shabbir Safri he made the process easy. Shabbi was so professional working with us and most importantly with our budget. He explained in detail all the upgrades that made us fall in love more with this vehicle.
Great service and it was pretty quick too.
I am a current volvo owner and was in a process of leasing another volvo. With the pandemic and all, my husband and I were utilizing the services of a broker to search for cars we wanted. This dealer had the Volvo we wanted and our broker reached out and secured a deal for us on Saturday. An appointment was made for the car to be delivered to our house on Monday. Come Sunday, our broker called us and told us that the sales manager from the dealer had pulled the deal and advised that the sale cannot go through at the price that was already negotiated and agreed upon. The deal was made with another sales representative and the manager did not want to honor it. Our broker was very apologetic but we know it was not his fault and was out of his hands. The sales manager wanted more money for the car. Very disappointed and shocked, we decided NOT to get Volvo altogether. Such a disappointing experience.
Had a really good experience at this dealership. We came in for service/repair and our service representative was Matt. He was very attentive and helpful and explained things well. I’d recommend this dealership over the one in Ontario every single time. It’s worth the drive.
I recently leased a new car with Volvo Cars Orange County. I couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. The salesperson Shabbir Safri was straight forward in our dealings, knew the car inside out, and personally delivered the vehicle to my home. I recommend working with him if youre considering a new vehicle at Volvo.
I rented one CX60 T8 five months ago.At that time, the salesman asked me to sign a document, saying that there was a preferential policy, which would send me a charging card of $500, but I havent received it until now, and its almost five months!
They did a seat belt replacement, oil change, tire rotation, and diagnosis of a problem very quickly. After the service my car was very clean too. Thank you so much for the great job!
EDIT 01-112021The rot starts at the top - got a reply from Volvo N. America (Michael Cottone, Head of Volvo Western Region) - about my compliant. Unbelievable - Volvo Consumer Relations Center cant spell & their dealerships wont sell me a car.At least at a well finance anybody stealership, they actually try to get you to leave the lot with a vehicle. Not Volvo Cars of Orange County.Made an appointment to see a hybrid...told they might not have one in stock. No problem... Well check out the petrol cars to see which trim level we like.Just as the salesman is about to pick up the keys, hes mysteriously called inside. 30 seconds later he passes us off to a different salesman & we have to go through the whole routine again. Hes hard to understand & impatient, then disappears inside leaving us not knowing if hes checking what stock they have, or picking up the keys to the 2 cars 20 feet in front of us.Did he even know our names? It was very quiet as we stood aimlessly in the lifeless lot.2 minutes later were still waiting, so we ambled slowly to our car parked immediately in front of the showroom window. No one inside or out. Not staff, not customers.Got slowly in the car expecting someone to try to sell us a car at a car dealership. Nope.Didnt get a text or call either.Owned 5 Volvos. Not getting another.. even if you change your name to Polestar. If you want to spend $20k less on a competitive vehicle & be treated as a valued client, try Toyota.
Walked up and looked at the car in the front next to the water display, and no one came out to greet us, see us, or ask us if we needed help. So we left.
Absolutely Amazing Team! Shabir, Kimo & Wally are awesome and great to work with. One of the best car buying experience😊
😀Absolutely Amazing Service department. I can’t express how impressed I am with the service here. They are extremely organized and responsive. The service writers are in constant communication with you in regards to what’s happening with your car, and they always respond back quickly if you reach out to them. If you have a Volvo, they are worth the drive !!!!!😀
Service was below expectation. I am comparing it to my home Volvo dealership in Portland, Oregon and its like 2 different worlds. The dealership representatives service department up in Oregon are so much attentive. This place is horrible. They just leave you to yourselves.
Good, honest service and sales. Always have a good experience here and never feel like Im being pushed into a sale or upsold.
Great service, text system function well, you know your repairing status, service advisor update frequently
Exelent service and mr matt exelemt comunication and very good service i recoment 100% to any one thanks
Great service.
Fantastic car buying experience. Ghaleb and Wally were great to work with. No pressure and we were in and out quickly. Thank you!
Great Experience.. from the moment I called to Schedule the Service to the moment I arrived and they guided me through the process. Provided a Loaner Car as scheduled.. great communication and assertiveness.
VOLVO XC90 BRAKE DEFECTS: We purchased a 2017 Volvo XC90 from this dealership at the end of 2017. A few weeks before our first maintenance vist at roughly 12k miles we started noticing an intense shaking while driving on the freeway. So much so that we would pull over thinking something was broken on the vehicle. We live in Arizona so we took the vehicle to Scottsdale Volvo for maintenance. We were told that they could find no issue in regards to the shaking but that our brakes we down to 20% life already. At 12k miles we had no brakes left. We asked them if that was normal to which they told us it depended on how we drove the vehicle. It has an active braking system they told us. Eventually we found out from one of the service techs that Volvo has a brake issue on the XC90. Basically if they do not use an organic (softer) pad, your brakes will sqeal like crazy. The problem is your brakes go out every year as a result of the organic pad, or twice a year if you drive alot. Its about $1100 for 4 new brake pads. We had our Volvo for a little over 2 years. About 40k miles in total on the vehicle. In that time we went through 9 rotors, and a few sets of brakes. And these were not just worn rotors due to normal wear, they would end up being warped. One person we found online went through 2 sets of brake pads and rotors in 6 months. If you look hard enough you can find issues like this all over the internet for the XC90. Basically Volvo uses an organic brake pad to mask the real issue and then they tell you its your braking habits and make you pay for it. But Ive never heard of a vehicle that has brake pads that go out at 12k miles. And I would never consider that normal by any means. Ive owned alot of vehicles but Ive never had brakes go out sooner than 50k miles. It just seems bizarre that you would have to replace your brakes every year or twice if you drive alot. I have a truck that out weighs the XC90 by a long shot and I always get 80k miles out of those brake pads. Now, the brakes were just one issue we had. The intense shaking at high speeds was never resolved. And to my knowledge theres a few forums online for the same issue and no one has ever had any resolve. The problem was intermittent for us. You would be driving on the freeway and then all of the sudden you would feel this intense pounding like you had a cupped tire or something. We would pull over thinking something broke on the vehicle. We took it in to Scottsdale numerous times. They told us for them to fix anything we would have to duplicate the issue every time. And if we happened to duplicate the issue, they would try something and then if the issue persisted, they would require us to produce it again. With an intermitent issue, you can imagine how many times we took it in just to reproduce the issue. For us it would happen numerous times a week. We were lucky to get it to happen on the day we took our vehicle in for the issue. We did reproduce the issue numerous times but Volvo could never figure it out. All they tried was force balancing all the wheels. They spoke to many of their engineers but never really did much. It got so bad that the car felt unsafe so we ended up getting rid of the vehicle. We lost $8k of our own money in doing so. One thing my wife and I commented on was, we never thought Volvo was this bad. We had always thought Volvo had a good name. But man, they were so terrible. We did everything we could short of hiring an attorney. We called Orange County Volvo where we bought the vehicle to see what they would do. And all they did was try to sell us a new XC90. I dont normally post reviews of any kind, good or bad. But this experience has just been so terrible and we lost so much money on this vehicle. I would want to know of problems like this before making a purchase. Ive never been treated like this from any manufacturer. I have to say, this by far was the worst vehicle I have ever owned and the worst manufacturer by far. I would never purchase any sort of Volvo again.
I generally like this shop but this most recent visit my car was there for 10 days and when I picked it up, the problem I took it for had not been fixed. Few things are more frustrating than having to return for the same problem. My car is there now. Ill post again with the outcome.
My wife and bought a 2017 CPO XC 90, its our 3rd Volvo, 2nd purchase from Volvo Cars Orange County. Shabbir (sales consultant) took great care to be sure that my wife and I were both comfortable with the car and understood the cars features. Frank (GM) made sure the car was in pristine condition he wouldnt let the car off the lot until he was completely satisfied that it had been detailed to his satisfaction. Walley (finance mgr) had all our paper work ready to go and the deal closing was quick and seamless. I recommend checking out the Team at Volvo Cars Orange County if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
This is a very clean and upscale dealership. I transport cars between dealers and I see a lot of them and the Volvo dealerships always impress me. This is one of the best.
Back in 2017 I got a really good deal on a Volvo S 90. With the recent pandemicI was looking for ways to save money so I reached out back to my sales consultant Ghaleb and the general Manager Frank.I told them my concern and was able to turn my lease in early and got a brand new S60 for a new 3 year lease for less money per month and a minuscule down payment...Same mileage. Not only does it save me a good amount of money each month it also saved me from having to do a large down payment when my Original lease was up.Ghaleb was incredibly helpful and sensitive to my situation.Above all I could tell they cared about the relationship which has earned and retained my business.Overall I love volvo as well. They are great cars without the pretentiousness of its European competitors.I feel This was a smart financial decision and frank and Ghaleb made that possible for me
I recently had my 2019 Volvo XC40 towed to Volvo Orange County because of battery failure and engine light on. Leo was very responsive and kept me informed of their progress by text. All the issues were resolved quickly, software update, 10,000 mile checkup and free of charge, a shuttle was sent to pick me up, the car was clean and like new. Thank you to all who made this happen.
We have leased or purchased 8 Volvos over the last 12 years from Volvo of Orange County. We could go to other dealers (in fact there are some closer to where we lived at various times), but we find all departments at the dealership to be customer focused.
Service department employees were very nice and professional.
Great selection of cars unfortunately the sales reps continue to call you and tell you text back stop
I live in clearwater Florida and had to unlock my girlfriends radio in her 1999 s70. All the dealers here in Florida were closed so I figure Californias time difference could be a very good thing. The guy that helped me was really nice and gave me all the information I needed to get the job done. Now the radio is working again and I really appreciate the help from these guys. Also probably one of my favorite stories I have from my mechanics experience. So thank you guys for the help and the time difference. Both helped me out a lot today.
I have a mixed bag on this place. Service is good, people are friendly, they just redid the store and it looks great. But when it comes time to actually make a deal and buy a car their pricing was much higher than competitors. Which is unfortunate because they seem to have the rest dialed in pretty good.
Sales man Ted was was so cool^^
We spoke to 3 different dealerships looking for a specific car at a specific price. Our rep here was the only one that didnt play games with us and was honest and kept his word. We were looking for a car for my mother and they worked a great deal for the car she wanted. The other dealers went like this: one lied to us about the numbers the other never even followed up even though we told them she was buying a car today. Crazy
It was a great experience. Javier was very responsive & provided all the information for us to make an educated decision. Were very excited about our Volvo purchase. Wally in finance was also very attentive & moved us through the process quickly & efficiently. It was a pleasant & painless experience. We recommend Volvo of Orange County.
I bought a used 2012 Ford Focus SEL Hatchback here. I had excellent service! Zak was very down to earth, and was great with helping me get a great deal on the car. If youre looking for a new Volvo, or any type of used car, this place will welcome you with hospitality and do whatever possible to make sure that you leave with a car that youre excited to drive. Also, if you do go there, I recommend to get Zak for help. He was amazing.
They lied to me to get the deal and the sales manager said: maybe a Volvo is not a car for you. They also scrachted the inside of the drivers door with their shoes. So disrespectful.
August 11, 2017. Took delivery of a V60. Sales associate: Zak. A very pleasant experience. No hassles. Great above and beyond personalized service. Everything thoroughly explained. Could t ask for more. Best place ever. Zak so great. Great. 10 stars
We bought a car from here and the process was great... Buying a car always takes time. My experience was so enjoyable that I wouldnt mind coming back... Just kind people throughout the whole process
Super nice, and quick with repairs. Were from out of the state and even got a loaner car to use while they serviced our Volvo. I enjoyed working with them and felt secure with the repairs they did.The only problem we had was that one of the service technicians broke our backup camera monitor off our dashboard. While the service technician did mention he noticed it he said he hadnt done it. As of now weve received no calls to ask about our satisfaction or if the monitor even works still. Its been a couple of weeks and still no functioning backup camera monitor. We did get an email survey and mentioned the problem in the survey. I suppose they dont read the survey they send out.
I LOVE Volvo. They are easily the most underestimated/underrated luxury car brand and that should change! The s-60 and xc60 are my personal favorites. The latter has some much more power than I first expected. Not only that, but the car has an awesome look! Of course, we cant forget the safety reputation that Volvo has been advertising for years. I would easily recommend this brand to people who are looking to get a worthy investment. Ted is great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the different models and doesnt act like the typical sleazy sales guy. Would easily go back and work with him again if if I get another Volvo.
I purchased my first Volvo at the Santa Ana dealership. Ted, in sales was accommodating, informative, and patient. Frank the GM runs a good operation with the team. Big thanks to Ted, Frank, and Wally for creating a great buying experience!
We tried to shop for a Volvo at this dealership. There were several people standing around and not one greeted or tried to assist, although seemingly they were not busy. There was only one other customer in the showroom. We went outside to look at the Volvo immediately outside the showroom. They left it open, but apparently it was sold. We were rudely told it was sold and we shouldn’t touch it. Perhaps they should have locked the doors, put up a sign, or not left it parked practically in the showroom. If this is the service you get when trying to buy a car, I can’t imagine it’s better once they’ve already made the sale. Big red flag.
I always receive EXCELLENT care from Ben Daily in Volvos Service Department. He really represents that dealership at its best.
Everyone there is friendly. Salesperson TED is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for him as he can explain everything you want to know about Volvos. He also helped me setup all the features and that alone saved me an hour from not needing to read the manual :)
We had a bad experiance at another Volvo dealer a few weeks prior to us going to Orange County. Ali was great to work with and really worked for us to get the car that we wanted for a price we felt comfortable with. All of the team at Orange County made us feel great and it was a great experiance!
Ok, here is my feedback and opinion. The day I made my phone appointment for service on my XC90 your sales manager sent me an email inquiry regarding my interest I supposedly had expressed in a vehicle. This never happened. Then I brought my vehicle in for service (Major) Est $1,040. Next I get a follow up email from sales manager to see if I was still interested in a car that I never inquired about. So that was just last week. Today you send me a email offering major discounts on having services done on my vehicle. How about you apply these discounts to my bill from last week and we will call that Great Customer Service.
When I was shopping the car I test drove the car with a 12-inch drivers display and head-up display. Then the Salesman showed me the car in the backyard and said it will be exactly the same as I drove and offered me to apply for lease for very this car. Eventually, Ive got the car ALMOST the same. It has no head-up display and 12-inch drivers display.I couldnt realize it immediately since I thought it has to be set up first. Then I was reading the manual and discovered that this car has no that feature. Ive got upset and addressed the issue several times to the salesman. But he wasnt trying to resolve the issue. He even didnt answer me eventually.
I have used Volvo of Orange County since it opened. Im on my six Volvo. Ive bought four or maybe five (cant remember that far back) cars from them (a positive experience) and have always used them for service. Here are some of the good points.1. The facilities are nice, clean, and comfortable for waiting. Its easy to bring my laptop and work. They let me use a sales desk if the lobby area has the television on and I need more quiet. I often get even more work done while waiting for my car.2. The service staff (at the desk) seems to have very little turnover, and its nice to know names and faces and for them to be familiar with me and my car.3. I dont worry about the type of work they do. Theres never been a time that Ive brought my car back for a second service for the same problem.4. I dont wonder if theyre scamming me by telling me theres a problem when theres not. While this is something I probably wouldnt know anyway, I have good intuition and follow my instincts.Today when I went to make an appointment, the 800 number had changed, without a mention of a new number, which is why Im on this website and saw the need for the review. Im told that they are working with the phone company to fix this. I had a panicked fear that they were no longer in business and Id have to take my car elsewhere. Definitely relieved to know this isnt the case!
Ted and Mike at Volvo OC were a pleasure to work with as we were shopping for a new SUV. They were respectful, reasonable, and friendly--qualities that go a long way when shopping for a car. After spending the day car shopping, we felt much more comfortable at this dealership than other dealerships we had visited.
Javier is amazing for getting unbeatable deals. Before going to any dealership, I just sent emails to all dealership in LA. Javier is very quick to respond in email and text message, and he is very honest about lease quotes. He gives one of the best lease quotes for 2019 Volvo XC90. Since I got different aggressive quotes from different dealers, Javier was able to give me a lease quote other dealers will not able to think about. Entire signing process is super easy and straightforward, and everything is setup for you before arriving. Total process takes about 40 mins. No surprises. Javier is very patient answering all my questions for this new car. If you are in a market looking for a Volvo, you have a quote in your hand or not, talk to him. He can give you a quote even car brokers cannot get. I highly recommend to purchase/lease any Volvo from Javier.
Quality service
Orange County Volvo is the best! Always a pleasant experience when we go there, especially Ted! Please see him and he will take care of your needs... We love our new S60 and will be back in the years to follow.
Walked the sales lot for 20 minutes before being asked if I needed help. The sales person we worked with didnt seem very eagered to help us. We asked for a specific car. He showed it to us but didnt tell us much about the features. We werent offered a test drive. Not the greatest experience for a luxury car dealership.
Had an excellent buying experience at Volvo OC today. Ted, Mike and Delia were all welcoming and professional while providing a great deal with laid back and easy negotiation.Cant wait to see how the new building turns out!
Very professional and take great care of you even in dire situations 👍🏾👍🏾
Truly an exceptional experience! Working through numbers was professional, to the point and transparent. Every request I made was met with flexibility and a desire to get the best deal done.Ive had my XC60 for just under a week (took it from OC to LA over the weekend) and I love this car. Great driving experience inside and out.Technology is user-friendly, easy to navigate and seamlessly syncs with your iPhone. Rest assured, youre ahead of the tech curve in this car!Ill definitely be going back to this dealership.
Totally unprofessional and inappropriate attitude to people willing to buy a car for $77k. They don’t consider anyone who is not a citizen or a resident of the US to be able to have business with them. They tell you that they have nothing to do with it, but then when you ask them if it’s a discrimination, they immediately ask you to leave the building.
Our VOLVO S90 is the best of the other 5 VOLVOs our family has owned. We enjoy ridding in this VOLVO. ON long trips my husband does not get tired of drivings this car even after eight hours. Controls are easy to use on the large screen
Professional and honest dealership. Gave me lots on good information and Ted was so helpful.
We were looking for specific needs in our new car. Zak worked with us closely to help us with the same and also provided us with the lease numbers we were looking for.Great experience overall working with Zak and would highly recommend him!
Leased a car here and the general manager tells me that the lease was too cheap and bring the car back..... they gave me a car w out navigation when the car had navigation included
I appreciated the fact that my salesperson, Javier, was able to communicate with me over text before, during and after our purchase. I also appreciated that when I worked with Javier and Ted they did not make me feel rushed.
Excellent buying experience. Ghaleb was knowledgeable and helped me sift through the options list to find the right car for me. I highly recommend.
Bought a used 2006 Saab 9-3 2.0T from Ted a few years back. He made the process of buying my first car painless and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Ted and Volvo of Orange County for my future car purchases!
One day after installing a new battery in my 2011 xc60 I noted a battery low warning. I called the service department and was told that everyone was busy and I would get a call IF they had some downtime. Seven days later, no call. I sent an email to their customer feedback five days ago expressing my disappointment in their service. The web states that they answer all customer contact...no calls yet. I have two other vehicles that I take to our Mercedes and BMW-Mini dealerships and they treat you like a king and work hard to provide customer satisfaction. Our experience at this service department has never matched those dealerships. They seem to be rather aloof and our impression is that they see the customer as an inconvenience. Your best bet, dont require service.
Friendly and helpful sales staff. Excellent service department, with knowledgeable service writers who know the cars and wont try to sell you blinker fluid. Highly recommended.
I wanted to thank Javier M for helping me out get my 2014 Mini Cooper. Javier was very helpful and fair. I was looking for a Mini Cooper for quite some time and found the one of my dreams listed not only below bluebook, but Javier was able to negotiate an even better price with me . All the staff was amazingly kind, and did not make you feel like they were your typical desperate car salesman breathing down your neck pushing you to buy something. Also, Volvo was able to get me approved with horrible credit..Thank you Javier and Volvo, you guys are awesome, 5 stars!- Tyler Nagin
The only place I trust to when it comes to Volvo cars. I used to buy from them like forever. Now Im more into American cars so I had to try something else, thats how I have discovered RepoKar. But If Id have to buy a Volvo once again, I wouldnt hesitate and buy here.
Shabby is awesome! This is our second car from him and we couldnt be more pleased with the service, and attention to detail that he provides. Well see you in 3 years! Thank you!
Excellent experience. Javier was terrific. Everyone there was experienced, patient and not pushy. Great deal on an amazing XC90.
Unbelievable service and reasonable prices for repairs. Clean and comfortable showroom and customer lounge
Wow, leasing my vehicle was a great experience almost 2 years ago, and man I LOVE my car BUT the service dept needs some work. If you need a loaner, you best plan a month ahead as it is normally a 2-3 week lead time to make an appt with a loaner. This has been my experience each time I have made an appointment (3 appts so far). The people are nice and kind and all of that, but their system is horrible. If you advertise loaners for service calls, then have loaners available. So frustrating.
Spoke to Shabbir on Friday evening about a specific vehicle, on Saturday morning a test-drive appointment was schedule and by Sunday afternoon I was driving off in my new Volvo. Shabbir was very knowledgeable, communicated easily, took time to explain and show features and was flexible to work with. My experience at the dealership was overall pleasant. We agreed on a price without hassle. The paperwork took some time, but everyone that we came in contact with were very professional. Two thumps up!
Zak Barahow is outstanding, he is professional and willing to answer all of your questions to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. I have purchased two Volvos from him and couldnt be more satisfied. Zak is the man to see for your purchase or lease.
Bought so many vehicles in my days but by far this has been the best experience I ever had, no higher pressure and no hidden tactics, my salesman Javier made it so easy it was beyond belief, took only about 15 minutes to get to finance and Wally made things to pleasant and easy, he explained all of my options with no pressure and this is what made me purchase a couple of options that I saw lots of value in it and at a reasonable price, many thank to Javier and Wally and we will recommend all of our friends and family members to this dealership, keep up the good work, by the way I love my new XC90.
Ted was excellent. He showed my wife and I the 2018 XC60. He was patient and really helpful. Ive had a couple bad experiences with sales people who pre-judged us for whatever reason. Not today! We will be back to try to buy a car from him when they get more stock.
Volvo of OC is one of the best places to get your vehicle. Buying a car is usually so painful. Javier made the whole process smooth and fast. We brought our two kids with us. They were really friendly despite my toddlers causing havoc in the office. Our family is a big Volvo fan. This specific dealership is comprised of genuine people who really believed in their product. We love our new XC90 T8!
Terrible sales department. Nickel and dime for everything, no upfront pricing provided. Grow up guys, this is the internet age. Stop hiding true prices, give the customers the discounts they need. Your goal should be to make our decision easier, not keep us puzzled and in the dark.
I would say that Volvo OC provides horrible customer service. When we inquired about their shuttle, they told us that it only operates until about 2:30P. Also, they said that they dont drop off customers beyond a certain radius. Well we asked if they would drop off near the Irvine Spectrum. They said no. As a result, we scrambled to make arrangements to get to work. On the day we brought the car in for service, they tell us Oh yes, we can drop you off near the Irvine Spectrum. So, either they have no idea what they are doing our they just tell people that do that they dont have to drop people off to far away. The last time I brought my car here, the Service Rep asked me why I gave a bad review. The reason was because I took the car there 3 times and they NEVER fixed the problem. Thats when I started going to Volvo of Irvine but, they closed. Volvo of Irvine was able to fix the problem and they acknowledged that they werent able to fix it the first time. Volvo OC kept telling us that there was no problem or it was fixed.First of all, the Service Rep should not be engaging the customer and asking why he received a bad review. They should be asking themselves what they did wrong or how they can fix the problem that you brought the car in for.Its unfortunate that Volvo of outcome closed because they gave much better customer service and never told us that the shuttle doesnt drop off at a location. The funny thing is, I also have a Toyota and their customer service is outstanding. They offer me a loaner car when the service will take longer, without having to reserve one months in advance AND I dont even have to ask for one - they offer it. They will not only drop me off when I use the shutter but, they will also pick me up when the car is ready. The Service Rep NEVER asks me about the review I gave Now, thats great customer service and its only a Toyota, a car thats less than half the price of a Volvo.
Just took home a XC 90 SUV last night from Volvo of Orange County. Our experience was fabulous and painless! Ted, our salesperson was wonderful and not pushy at all. It was cold and rainiy when I called in to inform him that we were interested in that model. When we arrived, he had it running and nice and warm inside ready for our test drive! They may not have a fancy joint there but they sure know how to treat a customer right!
One of the worst car buying experiences one can have. The sales agent never returned calls and were constantly rude and didnt seem like they were really interested in selling the car. We were looking at a XC90 inscription package car and for the price tag the dealership definitely doesnt offer a good buying experience. Might as well go with luxury brands if we are paying so much for a car and the experience is this bad.
I highly recommend this dealership and Mitch Atkins, their internet sales manager. My wife & I bought a used Infiniti from them a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with the vehicle and the purchase price. The car was in great shape and I knew from the test drive and quick inspection that the brakes would need to be replaced soon and that the rear tires were shot. They reduced the price to account for the tires and more importantly, allowed me to cancel the contract within 2 days to allow for my mechanics inspection. I brought the car to my trusted Infiniti dealership the next day and everything checked out fine except for the brakes & tires. Normally you have to pay $250 for a 48 hr contract cancellation option in CA. Mitch kept us entertained with his jokes while they prepared the paperwork which took a little longer than I would have liked. Overall, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with and based on my experience, I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them again in the future.
