Found the shoes I wanted while I was visiting out here in Santa Barbara. The workers were super nice, friendly, attentive and made sure to really assist. I was assisted by 3 employees who made my shopping experience great. Thank you. I love my Js.

Friendly staff upon entering and greeted, but Worst experience . Came in looking for Air Force 1 for my 11 year old boy . I asked for his size in youth . Manager mentioned he had one pair left . The size happens to be a 71/2 but apparently in women’s . I asked if I could get it priced matched because I’m clearly asking for a youth size not women’s but he tells me “there is no difference on the shoes just the price “. He tells me “it’s just ten dollars” in difference. Made me feel very offended. I asked if he can go ahead and place an order in youth size and he refused . I have never experience worst customer service. This has always been my go to footlocker so disappointed . What happened to great customer service ?

Staff is always friendly and lately theyve had alot of good sales.Update: A pair of shoes dropped that I tried to get on the first day and wasnt able to. So I came into footlocker looking for info on when the next drop and/or their restock date. I walked in and the female employee tried to tell me they hadnt even dropped yet. They had dropped 7 days ago.. She straight up didnt believe me, told me to wait while she checked. She came back and said I was right but the next restock wasnt for 7 months. I dont know why I believed this employee after she had no idea a huge drop just happened, but I missed the restock because I took the info she gave me.

Great people, everyone was safe distancing. Got everything I needed. In and out quickly. Thanks Miguel and Shalyce were awesome.

The prices are pretty high. They used to have a lot of sales but not much anymore. At the Nike Outlet in Camarillo I purchased 4 pairs of Nikes for $133 tax included. At Footlocker you can get 2 pairs at the most for that price.

Decent store. Staff seems happier to help young clientele first and then get to the older group later. Probably a status thing. The are pricey enough to make me not really want to wait for some one young and cooler to be helped first.
