Lots of stuff to chose from. Associates are nowhere to be found. Couldnt find help and only 1 at the cashier with a long line. Oh ya and since we were paying cash we had to wait longer for another line?? They really need to get this place together. They need to remind their employees to be kind to paying customers!!

I went here recently with two of my friends. After being in the store for maybe 5 minutes, a male employee came over to us, took our clothes, and literally yelled at us for being disrespectful. We have been walking around the store, picking up a couple things, not being loud or rude at all. He then called someone and in front of us was talking about us as if to “report” us. We were so confused and ended up just leaving, which was disappointing because we were all planning to buy things. I’m not surprised all the other reviews are saying the same thing.

Will not be going again. Associates were not busy, we were never greeted nor asked if we were finding everything okay. Waited for Associate to let me in the dressing room (wasnt helped either.) Overall. I was never acknowledged by an associate.

I went to this store a last week and after being in the store for less than 5 minutes an employee approached me and yelled at me for how rude I was being. He went on and on how rude me and friends are for picking up clothes and putting them back in the wrong place. After that he picked up the phone and was talking very loudly about how rude my friends and I were being. We were all excited to purchase clothes, but due to the hostility shown towards us we decided to leave.This ruined our shopping trip!

I went to PacSun to buy my mom clothes for her birthday. I picked out the clothes, brought them to the counter, and pulled out some cash, only to greeted with a snarky You cant pay with cash! At that moment, he quickly pulled the clothes away from me like it was the last iPhone on sale for Black Friday. He then shot me a dirty look. Since I am only 11, I obviously didnt have a credit card to pay with, leaving me empty handed with nothing to give to my mom for her birthday. Thanks, PacSun, NEVER AGAIN! My moms birthday was ruined because of that rude cashier dude.

They had very poor Customer service there workers were very rude they were not welcoming they give u nasty looks I was very unhappy shopping there I will never go again! There workers were very rude

Lied to us about a shirt price, when I told them the girl said 1 price rang up different price guy at registered said No not on sale would have been nice if they had honored sale price. Will never come here again.

I went in and asked a girl how long they do holds for and in a very nasty way she said “we only hold for an hour” after we agreed to have the item held she left it on the counter. When we came back 30 minutes later it was gone (someone bought it) and when we went back in she once again got nasty even though I was very polite about it and did not act like it was her fault or accuse her of putting it back or losing it. She lied and said she wasn’t the one that held it and she wasn’t there, but it was clearly the same girl with glasses and dark hair wearing a vans t-shirt.

Its a bit messy sometimes but the people are nice. The prices are weird in some cases but its not too bad. Clothing is great though

Very unfriendly and incompetent staff. I left some items at the cash register to look around. When I came back after five minutes, it was said that my two clothes had been accidentally sold to other customers. Or. that these clothes have been accidentally put in another shopping bag .... Thats really incredible .... you believe that only if you experience it yourself. Unfortunately my clothes did not fit my size, so I was just unlucky. The girls at the cash register are also very naughty !!!! The only one who seemed reasonably competent was the male salesman.
