I like this store because it carries one of my favorite jewelry lines. However, every time I have shopped, I have never been greeted or acknowledged. And it’s not just me, I’ll notice other customers ignored as well. It’s disappointing.Furthermore, upon check out I asked the sales associate if she had a certain pair of earrings in the back. She grabbed them, and I asked to see them. She responded, “Are you going to buy them?”I get it, we all have our days, but that’s not an excuse to be rude. Her response made me uncomfortable, and triggered a defensive response from me. Ultimately, the store is beautiful, but I think I’ll purchase the jewelry from the website going forward.

Beautiful & unique pieces.

I dropped into the Shopkeepers store yesterday after wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised by the nice eclectic store. The store was full of artsy creative items. The highlight was the energy from the extremely breathtakingly beautiful young lady who assisted my girlfriend and I by some gummy bears that they sold Sugarfina. Great customer service, great attitude, dressed exceptionally well, bright smile, and drop dead gorgeous.

Great store, cool items, clothes, jewelry, etc. Need to check it out if in Santa Barbara
